Nice and clean hotel

I had a great stay here. Rooms are spacious and staff helpful and professional. The area is very "downtown", just like any business district: lots of concrete, not that much greenery. Useful if you're there doing business. And makes you appreciate the hotel gardens and waterfalls even more!

The room was spacious and clean, good service overall. Excellent food and drinks at the restaurant! The one BIG downside of this hotel-the staff are not overseeing the pool/hot tub area, so people were packed in the hot tub and never got out. They also had 4 toddlers in there. Not cool!

Great spot to stay in Montreal! The hotel has such a cool vibe with the pool and greenery on the roof. My boyfriend lost his clear framed glasses in the pool in the last 10 minutes of the night and we couldn't find them - the lifeguard was helping and messaged us the next day when he found them himself!

I am definitely planning on coming back in the summer time.

The hotel is beautiful, the amenities excellent. It's clean and modern. The staff are very helpful as well. My only complaint is that our room was not sound proofed and we heard people in the hall too well. It was as if the walls and door were paper thin. That is my only complaint for an otherwise amazing hotel.

This is a gem of a spot. Great location! Close to shopping, train station and family activities.

The service is above and beyond. I have stayed multiple times in the last 5 years and see the same staff. The restaurant servers were great at accommodating kids too.

Pool was clean and temperature was great for outdoor swimming in March. Hot tub was big and full, but looks like they are adding another one. The sauna was not super hot, but perfect since there were a lot of younger kids due to March break.

They had a games room set up with 2 big bouncy castles, ping pong, and fuse ball.

We had all ages pre-teen, teens, adult and senior in our group and all agreed it was a great spot.

Great location, walking distance from airport bus 747 and VIA RAIL Station. Rooftop pool. However my first two days encountered drilling noise till 10pm, broken TV and coffee machine
