The location of the hotel in the René- Lévesque Blvd W is quite convenient to visit ICAO HQs and downtown. Next door in Mansfield St is Mary, Queen of the world Cathedral. Rooms are OK, nothing great to be mentioned. Breakfast layout is quite impressive.

My sister and I just finished visiting my son in Toronto and we decided to visit Montreal. We booked 2 rooms. We had a terrible experience at Royal York Fairmont . We got kicked out from the lobby lounge by Karen over there for voicing our concern for the service being slow. For we had absolutely low expectations for QE. When we checked in there were 3 staff at the counter. 2 of them were engaged...

The hotel is an old castle-like building, next to a church. There's an escalator leading to the underground central train station, and several restaurants offer 24-hour dining. I was very satisfied with everything.

Staying at this hotel for the third time. It is especially recommended for those who need to take the train, because the central station is connected to the back door of the hotel. The hotel's location is within walking distance to the old town and shopping streets. The hotel bed was very comfortable.

King bed was nice and comfortable. Room on the smaller side. Customer service was lacklustre - made it feel more like a 3 star hotel than a 4 star.

Reception at check in was totally robotic, the lady had no intention to service. The room was claimed to 22sq.ft but actually felt smaller, like a 18sq.ft.. The shower and tap water was terribly weak. Breakfast offers almost no choice, only continental breakfast available.

There was a constant noise, I don't know if it was the sound of the water pipe, and the hotel couldn't provide a comb. But the location is pretty good.

This is my second time staying at Hotel Monville. The hotel location is convenient and close to the train station, and the room was clean and comfortable.

Travelodge Montreal Centre is ideally located, close to many interesting neighborhoods. The room is spacious and clean. The included Continental Breakfast is a great way to get started in the morning. The optional underground parking is convenient. Travelodge offers excellent value and a great stay experience!

Located between Old Montreal and Eton Centre ,Travelodge was a perfect choice for walking and exploring the city.

I had to book here last minute after getting stranded by another hotel in the middle of the night. Travelodge was they only hotel that didn't have a set check-in time. I was grateful to have been able to stay here in that instance, but I probably wouldn't choose to stay here on purpose. Hotel is really cool and beautiful. We loved the pool. It got crowded but great vibe, great music, friendly bartenders. The restaurant was good, beds really comfortable. I saw lots of ducklings in the stream. Would definitely return!

Urban oasis, up at penthouse level with a beautiful outdoor landscape and water features in the heart of downtown Montreal. It’s located directly across from Central Train Station and metro station. Spacious, clean contemporary interior with large, comfortable beds and linen.

Stayed three nights. Perfectly situated across from Metro and just down the street from McGill University and the Underground City. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Room was excellent. My experience was awful. The first night a false alarm went off in the entire hotel at 4:45am. The next day we came back to our room and the room service was not done. Enjoyed the Le Labo products and billiard room, aside from that there isn’t much amenities unfortunately. Spa is not free for use and queen rooms are currently looking at a construction site. We stayed wondering what did Michelin award them a key for, but overall a pleasant experience!

I liked this great pillow in the hotel to have the best sleep.

The location is amazing. Central to multiple tourist areas within short walking distance and 2 blocks from the metro for easy connection to any other locations. Staff was courteous and accommodating without being intrusive. I would definitely stay there again. It is up the hill from the metro station, so if you have mobility issues, you should reach out to staff to find out their accommodations.

We stayed here two nights on a weekend away with friends for a wedding. It was great! The hotel itself has a lot of charm in old town - many different room types. Hotel room is nice, but watch out for weather. If heavy rain, this hotel will be flood with water. Your car will be a total lost and ruin your vacation. We are event presenters, and had a conference here. That very same night that there was a massive flood at the hotel due to crazy weather and city water pipe issues. The staff was incredible, solicitous and cool under pressure. This is when you really see the measure of an organization! And our event was beautiful, and the rooms were excellent.

The staff here does not like Americans. So mean and grumpy. But rooms are very nice and comfortable. I understand that I don't speak French but damn.... I still love the holiday inn.

Easy access to all things family visit related and to the highway. I didn't have any issues with parking or getting in or out of the area. The staff was excellent, and the service was exemplary. The hotel was centrally located between 5 family members and their homes; the location made this trip a breeze.

Comfortable beds with lots of pillows. Nice kitchen counter for making small snacks, sink, fridge, kettle and plates but no cooktop. Indoor pool was nice but no chairs on the outdoor balcony. Parking on the premises much too expensive at 70$/day - needed to park in a different building for less than half.

Overall I am very happy with my stay. Aya, James, Stephanie, Karina, Manuel and Yvon were all pleasant to deal with and talk to and worked quickly to try to resolve issues. I like that the hotel has made an effort to keep their most frequent members happy. They were quick to acknowledge a mistake and compensate for it. I leave the hotel with a very positive impression and look forward to coming back

Located near McGill, walking distance (10-15min) to the center of Montreal.  The building looks as if it has been there since 80’s, though the facility worked perfectly fine. All the receptionists were very friendly and I had a pleasant stay. I checked out and returned two days later to stay the night, so I asked if they could keep my suitcase, which they gladly accepted. Thanks to this, I was able to travel to another town and stay there with only my hand luggage. The room was clean and had a stove and pots, so I could cook a lot, which was very convenient.

As always suitable for business trips

Everything was limit ok, but it smelled like humidity in the room, and the elevator looked bad.

Great location, but the service was terrible! We stayed for three nights and four days. Despite putting out the 'make up room' sign daily, our room was never cleaned (we typically left early and returned after 2 PM). We had to resort to just requesting fresh towels every day. The facilities were also subpar; the bathroom exhaust fan and the in-room air conditioner rumbled loudly, making it impossible...

I didn't enjoy my stay. There was a leakage in the washroom and a stain in the bathroom. This is an old hotel. No restaurant 😕. Room service is available after 3 days. They withheld $200 as a deposits fee and mentioned it would be refunded, with a printed receipt that payment has been reversed. However, they said it will take 5-10 days for funds to be repaid, which to me was ridiculous.

We have a trouble on parking, they gave us a map where to park our car with a parking fee. They told us they dont have hotel parking for customers which is weird. Our room is a bit old and the wall on the bathroom is peeling off, the room is clean.

The room was big, but there were stains on counters and the floors, the lights in the bathroom were actually coming out of the wall, and the shower had multiple faucets at different levels for no apparent reason. The hallways once you left the lobby smelt very musty and bad. Overall very weird atmosphere but the location was great.

The hotel was clean and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately, the noise level in the area was a major downside. This hotel made our vacation. It's hard to travel as a large family (two adults, four children) but our rooms were perfect. The beds were amazing and the chocolate croissants for breakfast were worth the price of admission on their own! Service was lovely. Everyone was helpful, kind, and had wonderful recommendations for things to do and places to eat. Room was clean and comfortable with a lovely view of the city. Public transit was convenient and valet service meant we were able to park for the entirety of our stay and not worry. My only complaint was our room was very warm and even though it was 6°C outside, we had the AC on.

This is such a beautiful Hotel. We made a last minute reservation because we were accepted to Diner en Blanc in Montreal. The staff was really incredible. From the time we arrived and checked in, to the Concierge's guidance on local caterers, directions and recommendations to a liquor store and directions to the metro. It was a memorable stay and we'll definitely be back.
