My mom and I had high tea at the Ritz! From the moment we stepped into the hotel, the staff was excited to welcome us. We got a little lesson on the history and significance of the hotel. The high tea service was excellent! The food was excellent as well as the teas! Definitely a must do!

We had an amazing stay at The Ritz-Carlton Montreal! The rooms are spacious and beautifully appointed, and the location is perfect for shopping and museums. The staff were all wonderful and attentive. Ricardo truly stood out; he’s the epitome of hospitality! Warm and genuinely kind, he went above and beyond to make us feel special. Best hotel I have ever stayed in! Staff goes out of their way from the moment you arrive. The room had so many modern amenities including heated bathroom floors and a huge closet/changing room. Pool area is incredible. I cannot wait to go back here!

Currently staying in hotel, usually don't write reviews like this but the service at this property has been top notch. They have mastered the soft service aspect of the experience. Every staff interaction is top notch here....From a warm towel and water upon arrival to the turndown the soft product here is immaculate.

The hard product is also very nice, being the first Ritz Carlton in North America means some of the layouts will be dated. In spite of this, the property has done an amazing job of updating features. In addition their property branded items around are beautiful and a unique touch.

While an expensive hotel I would recommend this property to anyone who appreciates the small service touches. You will not be disappointed here.
Only disappointment is not being able to easily stream on the TVs-might be possible but haven't been able to figure out-this is important feature for an English speaker in the Province of Quebec.

The room itself was absolutely stunning—modern, spacious, and impeccably designed. The attention to detail in the décor was impressive, and the amenities were top-notch. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom had a luxurious feel with high-end finishes. It was the perfect blend of contemporary style and comfort.
