The hotel’s location is not bad. There is a bus terminal that you can go to the airport directly. but the facility and smell was a disappointing.

Room with some cracks on the wall, door had a huge gap on the top. Mold smell and by the window you could see big rats outside.

Great location! Lots of bars and restaurants around. Close to downtown and Old Port. Metro station around the corner.
Room's cleanliness could be better. Translucent sheets. Bathroom is ok. I usually spend the day walking around the city and just get there to sleep, so no big trouble.
Front desk staff is a mixed opinion. The couple that checked me in on Friday morning was far from welcoming. They look bad at you and follow you up all the way since you pass the entrance, every single time. Guess it's for security reasons (?) but doubt it.
The guy that checked me out on Sunday was really friendly and even let me store my luggage for a couple of hours. Great attitude 👍🏼

There is no lift in this hotel and there are 4 floors.
Pros- Near to bus stop, lot of restaurants nearby, accessible place.
My recent experience at this hotel was incredibly disappointing. From the start, the condition of the bedsheets was unacceptable—holes, tears, and stains greeted us. Requesting a change was necessary. The hot water situation was even worse. Despite notifying the reception, their definition of "hot water" was far from reality; it was lukewarm at best. The management's explanation about a tank system felt dismissive and didn't address the issue effectively.
Despite attempts to rectify the problem, the hot water supply remained inconsistent, especially for multiple guests. The attitude of the reception staff, possibly the owner or manager, was far from welcoming. Their demeanor lacked friendliness, and the lack of gratitude upon checkout was disappointing.
In a nutshell, this hotel's disregard for basic amenities, coupled with unhelpful and rude staff, overshadowed any positives. I cannot in good conscience recommend this establishment to anyone, even considering its budget nature. A complete disappointment—please seek accommodations elsewhere.

The place is close to the bus station and metro, has a lot of restaurants around.
While the hotel actually is kind of smelly as there is a Microwave on the first floor and it has been used by many people.
The bed sheets has holes and stains left on side, which made me concerned a lot about it tidiness.
Also, the hot water had some issues too, it is hard to imagine how cold it was to take cold shower in the winter.

Hotel was perfect for our trip. We decided to go a night early and they were more than happy to accommodate. The service was great, the hotel was quiet, and the location was perfect. Smelt so nice and was so clean. The business centre was the highlight and our view from the room was one of a kind. Parking was perfectly fine, no trouble there. Definitely recommend this hotel if you are not looking for the common four seasons experience.
