The location of the hotel in the René- Lévesque Blvd W is quite convenient to visit ICAO HQs and downtown. Next door in Mansfield St is Mary, Queen of the world Cathedral. Rooms are OK, nothing great to be mentioned. Breakfast layout is quite impressive.
My sister and I just finished visiting my son in Toronto and we decided to visit Montreal. We booked 2 rooms.
We had a terrible experience at Royal York Fairmont . We got kicked out from the lobby lounge by Karen over there for voicing our concern for the service being slow.
For we had absolutely low expectations for QE. When we checked in there were 3 staff at the counter. 2 of them were engaged...
The hotel is an old castle-like building, next to a church. There's an escalator leading to the underground central train station, and several restaurants offer 24-hour dining. I was very satisfied with everything.
A century-old hotel with beautiful architecture, an ancient castle-style building and a great platform
Perfect view and location
perfect service
Supplies perfect
Staying at this hotel for the third time. It is especially recommended for those who need to take the train, because the central station is connected to the back door of the hotel. The hotel's location is within walking distance to the old town and shopping streets. The hotel bed was very comfortable.

Great place for the venue we attended. Lots of fun close to everything you need. The beds were comfortable. The only reason I gave 4 Star for service was trying to get a luggage cart. I was told to go back to my room and dial 0, and they would come get it. It may sound like a five-star feature, but only if you're willing to wait for them. Everything we needed was a 3 to 5 minute walk.
My son and I stayed here for a weekend hockey tournament and I was impressed by the attention to detail of every aspect of the stay. They make sure to spread out the families from the same team so as not to create noise problems for other guests, and they have a strict system with hefty penalties for those who flout the rules. While it means your team can't run roughshod over a whole floor or a particular...
I really enjoyed my stay here. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. The rooms are super modern and updated. The beds were so comfy.
My only "issue" is that the bathrooms only have a "vent" and not an exhaust fan. So if we used the bathroom, the smell was still there when we got back to he room 6+ hours later. More often than not, we ended up using the bathrooms in. The lobby, to keep the funk...
Overall a decent experience. We thought this would be a good deal based on price and location, but turns out it’s priced just right- the pool was constantly overflowing with people (we never got to use it), and between one and two of the elevators were constantly out of commission. We drove an electric vehicle- they do have chargers but of the 8 on site, only 3 were functional. Otherwise the rooms...
We stayed there for 6days and 5 nights. Everything is excellent. From the front desk, Ingrid, who checked me in and out, was so friendly and accommodating. The housekeeping who cleaned our rooms everyday. Just for 1 thing, the housekeeping who cleaned our room last Saturday forget to replaced our shower curtain, but its ok. We enjoyed our stayed there. Love it 👏🏻👍🏻❤️
If you get Club Level access, very nice hors d’œuvres at happy hour, 5-8pm daily.

Enjoyed our stay at the Montreal Marriott Chateau Champlain! The only issue we had during our stay was the workers strike happening at the time, which meant we weren’t getting our rooms cleaned every day. The customer service was on and off during our stay. I loved that this hotel was walkable to all the places we wanted to get to. Overall, I loved the stay and would return!
The hotel was located in a good spot, near many attractions in downtown Montreal. The service is friendly and the rooms are nice. The gym was fantastic. However, you can hear clear as day with the room attached to yours. This is very disruptive at night and all throughout the day having to listen to someone cough and sneeze all day...
Very nice hotel, quiet despite being downtown and close to a very busy hockey arena. The room was clean and comfortable.
One thing to mention is the access to the tub/shower. Access is via a sliding door...and although I am not handicapped (my mobility is restricted due to hip arthritis and was extremely tough to enter/exit the shower. This could be an anomaly because my stay was booked through my...
This is one of those places where you can spend a lot or not, depending on what you want. The double suite was amazing! Great views, modern room (super cool toilets!), tons of space. The meal options are a fresh change. Lots of variety for breakfast and an evening tapas type offering for a couple of hours with a main dish changed each day. For instance, yesterday there was smoked meat and today...
Great hotel, clean and well furnished. Staff is very friendly and accommodating.
There is a Nespresso machine in the room and a kettle for tea drinkers. Breakfast buffet was amazing, and they offer a la carte option as well. Gym and sauna are available to guests.
The hotel is located minutes away from Rue Ste-Catherine, the old town and Gare Centrale.
Overall, great experience.
This lobby is so beautiful, and the rooms did not disappoint either. The staff was exceptional, from the moment our car pulled in and unloaded luggage and had a warm greeting, to the extremely polite and professional front desk team. The rooms are modern spacious and so inviting with their modern decor, and the arched window with beautiful views were lovely. Very clean, and everything was very nice...

Spent a week in the hotel for work and I have stayed her in the past. The only issue I had this time around is at check in there was one employee and an airline crew checking in before me. The staff member seemed to spend a log time with with and then rushed me away. The room was clean and the view was fantastic. Good location with some good food options around and close enough to everything. I would...
Had an amazing stay.
I arrived and was greeted by a very friendly valet. He offered me Valet or self parking and informed me of the advantages to valet. I chose to self park and he offered me instructions.
Upon arrival at the lobby, you can tell that this is a place that holds high standards from lighting to ambience I felt like I had made a great choice to stay the night.

The hotel is great. The rooms are very nice. It's in a great location. It has a nice pool table.
Great hotel. Kind of difficult to get to because you have to take one elevator up to the 6th floor from the shopping center and that puts you out by the bar area and you walk around to reception, then take another set of elevators to get to the guest rooms. Other than that quirk, I had a great stay and would definitely come back. It's nice to be connected to the shopping center if you need to go buy...
My family and I stayed at the Hyatt Regency whilst in Montreal. It was near a mall and a lot of attractions to see nearby. The atmosphere was absolutely beautiful, interior was clean, polished, and updated! The hotel room was clean, as the staff were very kind!
However, one thing that I did not like was the pool. It was fairly dirty, but the upstairs to the balcony had a beautiful view of Montreal...
This is a great hotel located very close to Rue St. Catherine in downtown Montreal. The hotel is attached to an indoor shopping mall and is very close to many attractions. Had a great experience staying at Le Westin. Amazing location, walking distance to conveniece stores and restaurants. Very clean main lobby and nice lounge area on the 3rd floor. Room was spacious and came with a fridge and complimentary water. Kevin (over night staff) wad absolutely exceptional. He went above and beyond to assist when an issue arose.
Glad we decided to go with the Westin again, they never disappoint. As usual the beds are divine and suck you right in for a great night sleep. The food is always on point. Had dinner at the hotel restaurant The Gazette our first night, we had the chicken Caesar salad and poke bowl. The poke bowl was absolutely amazing and the salad was great as well, fresh and tasty. Extremely professional staff, attentive and accommodating. I am in a wheelchair and they've been wonderful in helping us get around with a smile. Upgraded our room and brought us complimentary drinks. They made us feel very special on our honeymoon. Would highly recommend if you're in the area, great location in the heart of the city too! Everything was so close by.
We had a good time. Can't complain about anything. We made ourselves at home in this place. Our friends booked a suite and we had so much fun. Montreal needs a place like this to accommodate foreigners. The only thing we didn't try was the pool.
Great, convenient location in between Old and New Montreal. Nice rooms, very clean. Fantastic entrance..off the street, out of the elements and unrushed off loading. Staff is the best. Very eager to help and their recommendations we're spot on! Terrific restaurants we never would have found. Looking forward to returning!

Nice room and efficient counter service
I booked this hotel for my friend as Trip.com got better price. The room is clean and big. The service team are nice!
They forgot to clean the rubbish in the room and could see they did not sweep the floor in the toilet

The hotel is a bit dated in terms of decor, it needs some investment. What it does have is a warm, friendly very accomodating staff. Jonathan delivered our room service two of the three days we stayed was absolutely delightful. He displayed exceptional attention to detail by communicating and making our breakfast orders very customized. He was also able to make recommendations for dining options we were very happy with.
It's such a beautiful hotel. I love the classic original vibes I got. It is a real piece of history but also incredibly clean. The staff made us feel warmly welcomed. I highly recommend the ambassador program even if you just stay at Intercontinental a few times a year. It's totally worth it. The club lounge was a blessing and a curse. Slightly disappointed in service.
Delay in check-in due to amount of customers, understandable over the long weekend. However, we waited 3 hours for their call and had to change our plans for today to be around the area. No call or update at 6pm, so had to purposefully go to concierge before we were told that our room was ready. Why no message or follow-up? No goodwill action given for the delay...

When we got to the hotel room, we were immediately stunned by our rooms. The view was nice and it was so comfortable! However, the heat in our rooms wasn't working right. I love this hotel. Great location, with nice size rooms. The staff are very nice. The parking lot across the street is handy, and all around you are amenities that bring a lot of people to Montreal...the sights, shopping, restaurants, and nightlife.
The bar inside the hotel is great, with a nice selection of drinks and very good service.

Very nice hotel. Spacious and higher quality... But rooms are slightly dated although being maintained well. Staff is helpful all around. Easy walk to so many city neighborhoods and other areas (but such is Montreal). Good value for quality establishment.

I would highly recommend Omni Hotel for anyone. It's in a very good location. Close to shopping, restaurants and the Bell Centre for those looking to watch a hockey game.

It's clear this hotel lost some of it's 5-star status. I had a hole in one of my towels; the spa and restaurants were closed, and the property felt underwhelming.

Friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful and peaceful hotel. Comfortable room with amazing pillow top bed. Couldn’t even tell construction was happening. Lack of bar or restaurant, but that did add to the peacefulness.

Pros:

King bed was nice and comfortable. Room on the smaller side. Customer service was lacklustre - made it feel more like a 3 star hotel than a 4 star.
Reception at check in was totally robotic, the lady had no intention to service. The room was claimed to 22sq.ft but actually felt smaller, like a 18sq.ft.. The shower and tap water was terribly weak. Breakfast offers almost no choice, only continental breakfast available.
There was a constant noise, I don't know if it was the sound of the water pipe, and the hotel couldn't provide a comb. But the location is pretty good.

Excellent stay. We especially enjoyed the festive vibe in the pool area. Loved the jazzy music they had playing. The pool, hot tub and sauna were great.
Room size was decent, however the layout of the hotel rooms are akin to a maze. You may have to walk quite far if your room is all the way at the back.
Location is good, which is walking distance to the main station. Service was alright, could have been more swift and efficient as well.

A special note of gratitude to the front desk staff who not only walked with us to our room, but also shared stories of the Ritz’s rich history along the way. In that quiet moment, surrounded by elegance and kindness...
We had an amazing stay at The Ritz-Carlton Montreal! The rooms are spacious and beautifully appointed, and the location is perfect for shopping and museums. The staff were all wonderful and attentive. Ricardo truly stood out; he’s the epitome of hospitality! Warm and genuinely kind, he went above and beyond to make us feel special. Can’t wait to come back!

Best hotel I have ever stayed in! Staff goes out of their way from the moment you arrive. The room had so many modern amenities including heated bathroom floors and a huge closet/changing room. Pool area is incredible. I cannot wait to go back here!
