Beautiful hotel. Nice rooms. Housekeeping is awesome. Even when I did not need my room cleaned, Deanne did small things to make my stay more comfortable and she was very pleasant to talk with. I was there during a conference so the elevators were very slow. I also had a hard time getting my room to cool off. It was much too warm.

The hotel is nice and it was a good experience. You can go from your floor to the train station just by the elevator directly as the station is in the bottom of the hotel which is great! Good not great. We had an upgraded room to a junior suite. Initial room with two double beds was tiny. Upgraded room the bathroom was still tight. Pool was great, nice temperature. Small hot tub. I stayed in this hotel for a work conference and the room was great. King size bed on the 6th floor, was a comfy bed. Bathroom was a little small but otherwise a good room. The service at the hotel was great. They were really accommodating for our very large group. I didn't have a great view from my room but a number of my colleagues did. I would stay here again.

The room was stunning, beautiful designer-feeling touches, modern fixtures, great integrated entertainment. The bed was so comfortable and the automatic blinds great for keeping the room dark. This was our first time in Montreal as we were attending a convention. We chose this location as it looked very nice and it was extremely close to the congress center. Shared a room here for Otakuthon 2023 and it was great, probably the best hotel I've ever stayed in. This hotel is well situated and the valet service is awesome. You know your car is safe. The cleaning service however still needs some Improvement. Our used towels were not Changed for the first two days we stayed and were left hanging wet on the hook. We stayed for 3 nights and the shower gel Was not refilled at all. Great experience! Nice and clean room, although on the smaller side. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The valet parking was easy. Great location! Close to everything! We didn't use the restaurant or the bar, but it looked nice from the outside. Really enjoyed our stay!

Dean at the front desk made our stay pleasant. I truly believe in the first encounter, it gives a sense of the vibe a certain place has. Dean was very welcoming and friendly upon checking in and checking out. It is because of him and the cleaning staff that this place is 5 stars in my books. The location is decent as well. Urban oasis, up at penthouse level with a beautiful outdoor landscape and water features in the heart of downtown Montreal. It’s located directly across from Central Train Station and metro station. Spacious, clean contemporary interior with large, comfortable beds and linen.

Travelodge Montreal Centre is ideally located, close to many interesting neighborhoods. The room is spacious and clean. The included Continental Breakfast is a great way to get started in the morning. The optional underground parking is convenient. Travelodge offers excellent value and a great stay experience!

Located between Old Montreal and Eton Centre ,Travelodge was a perfect choice for walking and exploring the city.

I had to book here last minute after getting stranded by another hotel in the middle of the night. Travelodge was they only hotel that didn't have a set check-in time. I was grateful to have been able to stay here in that instance, but I probably wouldn't choose to stay here on purpose. The room I booked (a queen, I believe) was SUPER TINY and had none of the basic amenities I'd expect from a hotel...

The staff was very nice and helpful. The hotel was conveniently located in the city. The room was clean and a fairly good size.

Stayed here for F1. Rates were reasonable for the busiest weekend of the year. Room was nice, bed comfortable, hotel bar was good and got a great night’s sleep. Location is less than 10 min walk to subway station and we were back at hotel after F1 race on Sunday within 40 mins. Incredible. They also had a free shuttle van taking people to the subway if needed. Would definitely do this again.

This was our first time staying here and we were pleasantly surprised! The rooms are in good condition and the beds are comfy. There’s an indoor heated pool, which we enjoyed. (There’s also an outdoor pool, but we didn’t use it.) The Front Desk staff and bartender were very kind! They also offer a shuttle service within a 3km radius, which was very quick for us. Good place. Comfortable room. Enjoyed the pool, but it was weirdly warm. We stayed away from the restaurant, too many bad reviews. Instead we walked to Cora's. Convenient proximity to the Biodome, Botanical gardens, and the metro too. Parking was very convenient. Area was busy for driving but we knew that going in.

The rooms were clean and recently refurbished. Bathrooms are great, with nicely tiled, walk-in shower. Beds were very comfortable and felt new, as did the pillows. Unfortunately the windows don't open but the AC worked fine. Everyone was helpful and friendly including the man who worked in the little convenience shop. Ate a light dinner and breakfast in the hotel restaurant.

The lobby is under renovation and it's a mess. The price is very expensive. The Body Lotion in the room is not refilled after it is used up. You have to go to the front desk to get it in the middle of the night. The cost performance is very low.

My experience was awful. The first night a false alarm went off in the entire hotel at 4:45am. The next day we came back to our room and the room service was not done. Lastly, since the hotel was going through renovations, our last night at the hotel was horrible since the day before the AC units on our floor were turned off cause of the same renovations previously stated. The location is amazing. Central to multiple tourist areas within short walking distance and 2 blocks from the metro for easy connection to any other locations. Staff was courteous and accommodating without being intrusive. I would definitely stay there again. It is up the hill from the metro station, so if you have mobility issues, you should reach out to staff to find out their accommodations.

We were greeted by friendly and proficient doormen who silmiled and greeted us warmly. The space is welcoming with lots of space to sit and relax. Returned to this hotel after 10 years because I have fond memories of my first stay. The hotel has expanded to 3 buildings and my room was in building 1 which is the newer part of the hotel. It did not compare to my first experience. It lost its old world charm. My friends had a room in building 3 which I much prefer. I believe that's the original part of the hotel. The room and location were perfect for us. The breakfast was perfect for what we needed to start the day.

Very large family suite, reasonable price for the size and location. Nice but not so fancy a regular person feels uncomfortable, great views from the rooftop pool and gym. Valet parking, very dog friendly. My only complaint is that they don't have wheelchair accessible rooms at the lower prices in the non-suite options so we had to pay more for the family suite. Room was great. Had little kitchen (with an oven). Bug sell for me was gym. Normal size for hotel but good variety of machines and all in working order. Only thing I didn't like was the lighting in the bathroom, created yellow hue when getting ready. Also served continental breakfast. And perfect location for me.

This is a great hotel in a not-so-great location for tourists. If you are on business travel, this place is perfect with a decent gym and great kitchen, dining and work areas. For tourists, you really need to take public transportation out of the city or walk to the old town for more interesting walking and dining experiences.

Large, comfortable, and quiet room, good bed. Kitchenette available if want to self-cater, but many eating options nearby. Very good breakfast, though no hot foods. Could not set room temperature below 21.5C - warmer than we like for sleeping. Pleasant staff. Great location. Would return.

We had a great experience here. Rooms were clean and spacious. The front desk and valet were all very friendly and helpful. The rooftop balcony has nice views and is a great place to unwind on the property. My only regret is that we didn't get to try the (unaffiliated) restaurant downstairs. If you are staying here and want to eat there, make sure to make a reservation.

Everything was amazing. The room was big, the bed was super comfy and there was a bathtub. One disappointment was the spa was closed - that’s one of the reasons I chose this hotel. The staff said it would be closed until the weekend.

Comfortable beds with lots of pillows. Nice kitchen counter for making small snacks, sink, fridge, kettle and plates but no cooktop. Indoor pool was nice but no chairs on the outdoor balcony. Parking on the premises much too expensive at 70$/day - needed to park in a different building for less than half.

Basically a whole apartment with all the necessities for the price. $2 for laundry and $3 for dryer. Pool is small but nice touch. They are close and walkable to many areas. Also very walkable for the metro or bus and we were able to take a bus back to the airport from here. They can hold your bag if you check out early free of charge. Friendly staff. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately, the noise level in the area was a major downside. This hotel made our vacation. It's hard to travel as a large family (two adults, four children) but our rooms were perfect. The beds were amazing and the chocolate croissants for breakfast were worth the price of admission on their own! This has become my favourite place to stay in Montreal. I've probably stayed there a dozen times in the last 4 years. It has friendly helpful staff, the rooms are very clean/comfortable & the breakfast that comes with the room is yummy. Consistently great place to land & it's also a safe area to go for a walk at night.

Service was lovely. Everyone was helpful, kind, and had wonderful recommendations for things to do and places to eat. Room was clean and comfortable with a lovely view of the city. Public transit was convenient and valet service meant we were able to park for the entirety of our stay and not worry. My only complaint was our room was very warm and even though it was 6°C outside, we had the AC on.

Stylish room, comfortable bed, excellent location, but what stood out most was the level of service from employees. I stayed here for three days and every single interaction with staff was 5-star-hotel caliber -- genuine, friendly, super helpful and professional. This is such a beautiful Hotel. We made a last minute reservation because we were accepted to Diner en Blanc in Montreal. The staff was really incredible. From the time we arrived and checked in, to the Concierge's guidance on local caterers, directions and recommendations to a liquor store and directions to the metro. It was a memorable stay and we'll definitely be back.

Very nice hotel in the heart of old Port in Montreal. Very clean and attentive service. Very nice rooms. Reasonable priced. Not extremely quiet inside the rooms . You can hear the cars from outside , especially if the exhaust is a bit loud. I was on the last floor and I could still hear the cars passing by in the middle of the night if I was awake. Maybe the best value hotel downtown. Room was very simple but clean as a whistle. Staff was friendly. Parking was $20 a night and very tight but convenient and safe. Breakfast was nothing to write home about but got the job done. For the price it exceeded the value especially with a location so convenient for Montreal attractions.

Hotel Labelle is extremely conveniently located close to the Berri-UQAM metro station, which can take you almost everywhere in Zone A of Montreal. The room I had was basic but comfortable. Great hotel for visiting Montreal, located close to historic Montreal and a major metro station. Hot breakfast in the morning was a welcome perk with fruits, bacon/sausages, eggs, waffles, pastries, cereal, tea and coffee. No issues with security or comfort. Very helpful and cheerful staff. Able to easily stay with little to no French language skills.

I had a pleasant stay at Hotel Labelle. The room was spotlessly clean which I wasn’t expecting. Toilet was clean too and well equipped with toiletries and a hair dryer. The rooms are a bit small but very cozy and clean.the hot breakfastwas surprisingly good. The rates were excelent. The hotels location is its main drawback, it's located in one hell of a sketchy alley. The parkin garage is also kinda crazy, very steep and only one way in or out with one lane for two way traffic. The hotel was great value.
