Montreal, 1041 rue de Bleury 🧭 Map
The only hole I felt was that there was no airport shuttle
King bed was nice and comfortable. Room on the smaller side. Customer service was lacklustre - made it feel more like a 3 star hotel than a 4 star.
The room is super clean and the service attitude is also very good
Shared a room here for Otakuthon 2023 and it was great, probably the best hotel I've ever stayed in
good location and services. A bit hard to park the car
There was a constant noise, I don't know if it was the sound of the water pipe, and the hotel couldn't provide a comb. But the location is pretty good.

Room size was decent, however the layout of the hotel rooms are akin to a maze. You may have to walk quite far if your room is all the way at the back. Location is good, which is walking distance to the main station
There are several cozy corners in and around the hotel to find your zen. The food is also very good and the spa services are great! I've tried other hotels but this one is definitely my staple when I visit Montreal
Hotel is really cool and beautiful. It got crowded but great vibe, great music, friendly bartenders. The restaurant was good, beds really comfortable. I saw lots of ducklings in the stream
Felt like a resort great pool area and the food was good! Drinks were a little pricey but overall excellent!
Excellent stay. We especially enjoyed the festive vibe in the pool area. Loved the jazzy music they had playing. The pool, hot tub and sauna were great.
Amenities were great, there is a central pool with jacuzzi tubs at the side, mini sauna and a small-mid sized gym which has sufficient equipments to get a workout in

I had a great experience at the hotel. Comfortable beds and good breakfast. One comment, the hotel is in perfect condition, but I don't understand the chairs situation
Pleasant stay and close to McGill. Breakfast was not as good as we expected.
Perfectly situated across from Metro and just down the street from McGill University and the Underground City. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Standup shower was roomy with great water pressure
Breakfast was tasty and plentiful. The breakfast staff were friendly and very efficient. I will definitely stay here again
Service was great. Location was great and the room was very clean.
Minus one star for the poor elevator situation. Three tiny elevators that hold max 5 people (fewer with luggage) for 20+ floors, so was an endless wait going to and from room

In summary, an awful experience especially for how expensive the hotel was. The only good thing was the location but will never stay at this Embassy Suites again
It is another nice trip in Montreal and stay in the same hotel. Very enjoying here location, food and service.
Great service, great experience. Room is clean, and quiet
Took off one star because the bedding was quite thin and my room was cold even with the heat on max. Despite that the bed was very comfortable, and no bed bugs!
Finding the parking was a bit tricky for someone who isn’t from the city. Very close to the Metro! Super convenient location to explore Montreal
Staff were very friendly, found everybody very pleasurable. Free drinks and breakfast are nice.

I liked this great pillow in the hotel to have the best sleep.
Worth a stay for some old town Montreal feel and access! Walking distance to many old town restaurants and shops (also in the same square as the Norte Dame) as well as easy access/close by to the underground system
Central to multiple tourist areas within short walking distance and 2 blocks from the metro for easy connection to any other locations. Staff was courteous and accommodating without being intrusive
The staff was all vibrant and welcoming and very accommodating. They remembered us and helped with everything they could! The soaps in the bathrooms were nice. The bed (king size!) had nice sheets
The hotel rooftop bar has incredible views and fabulous cocktails and the restaurant was scrumptious. We had a problem with our AC and it was fixed quickly. Would highly recommend a stay here
A pool table aside for the lobby makes a fun place to meet with friends before you head out on the town. Our room was spacious and romantic with brick features and a comfortable bed

Montreal, 1193 Place Phillips 🧭 Map
The room was huge, and hotel in good location close to the main drag of restaurants and bars and short walk to old quarter. Breakfast buffet ok and you can take out/back to room but closes early 9.30 sharp.
Housed in a beautifully renovated old French-style building, the apartment combines a stately exterior with a modern interior. It comes with a fully equipped kitchen and laundry facilities (washer and dryer)
Very large family suite, reasonable price for the size and location. Nice but not so fancy a regular person feels uncomfortable, great views from the rooftop pool and gym. Valet parking, very dog friendly
Great hotel! Very spacious room, comfortable, well working no too noisy airconditioning, very clean, nice matress. Only note: the pillows were too soft (as is often the case in hotels). Would recommend!
Very big room with full utensils set, cooking equipments and big dining location. Walking distance to Saint Catherine and Saint Paul Street, and a number of sightseeing spots. Convenient location.
This apartment is perfectly situated in Old Quebec City, only a 10-minute walk from the iconic Chateau Frontenac. With restaurants right downstairs, it's incredibly convenient

Great Recovery by Management – Excellent Location!" Our stay started off on the wrong foot due to a few issues with our initial room. However, I was very impressed with how management handled the situation
Thanks to the excellent service recovery, we left with a positive impression and would consider staying here again
Very good hotel, especially two 1.81 meter big beds
Overall, I would definitely recommend the Hotel Le Crystal if you're looking for somewhere comfortable, reasonably priced, and with a good location right in the Heart of the City
It was really nice and service was really good
The room was big, the bed was super comfy and there was a bathtub. One disappointment was the spa was closed - that’s one of the reasons I chose this hotel. The staff said it would be closed until the weekend

The price/performance ratio is very good 👍I am very satisfied with all aspects. The room is well-equipped and comfortable, and the service is perfect. It is worth recommending
Although it was bigger than what we needed, we found this hotel to be a good choice for us for our overnight layover in Montreal. Good staff and breakfast. Thanks.
Great breakfast with an excellent service. Everything is great!
The hotel is located in the center of Montreal, 30 minutes walk to Notre Dame Church, Old Port, etc. Clean and sanitary, very good.
Good location to access university. More flexibility for food as it had a Kitchen
Breakfast was good, but sometimes crowded. Room had a kitchen Central location to downtown 24 hour reception. Close supermarket for any food requirements and beverages Reasonable value for money

Stayed a weekend in Montreal and the hotel has everything you want. Gym facilities were great (and I hear they are getting renovated soon). Room was spacious, clean, and nicely appointed
There's a nice gym on site and plenty of restaurants in the area. Rooms are spacious, clean, and modern. Our first visit to Montreal was amazing, thanks to the W
We spent one night at the W and had an incredible experience. The staff went above and beyond—truly attentive in every way
Special thanks to Mauricio for making our stay even more memorable! Our room was upgraded and featured a beautiful view. We especially enjoyed the vinyl lounge—it was a highlight of our visit
Mauricio reached out ahead of my group’s booking to make sure we had everything we needed, organized the payment ahead of time as requested and provided a number of recommendations to ensure we optimized our time in the city
We had an amazing 2 days at the W. We were great by Mauricio at check in and he just made our stay so welcoming. He invited us to the connection lounge for some cocktails on Saturday night and it was just spectacular

Will be good if the front desk can reserve some coins for exchange with guests who need to use the self laundry service
Good location and convenience to go everywhere. Room is very clean with daily cleaning service.
The hotel location is good but the cleanliness and room services were not good No curtain blocks the sun
I got a room right by the elevators, which wasn't great, and it sounded like someone was bouncing a soccer ball against the adjoining wall for most of my stay, but the room itself was clean
Overall nice staying at the hotel. The only inconvenience is the self laundry at the adjacent block and require coins to operate
Efficient and friendly service at the front desk

There are countless restaurants within walking distance. Without a doubt the best part of the stay was the people. Everyone we encountered was extremely friendly and helpful, while patiently listening to us
Being in an older building doesn't mean it is not kept in good condition and we had no issues with anything during our stay. You are quite literally 2-3 blocks from the Notre Dame Basilica and Rue St Paul
Most importantly, the staff at LHotel are young, professional, and willing to help. I have never experienced the complete effort this group exhibits at ever turn. Their welcoming approach to guests is refreshing
We loved our stay in Montreal at LHotel. It was the perfect spot to explore old Montreal and beyond. We stayed a total of 4 nights and we enjoyed its great location, amenities and they made us feel very special
It was an extended weekend get away for a special occasion as a couple. It is such a unique hotel with an eclectic feel with very interesting decor and furnishings
The bed was very comfortable and the room had everything you'd expect. If you are looking for a special place when in Montreal, you won't go wrong staying here

Stylish room, comfortable bed, excellent location, but what stood out most was the level of service from employees
Public transit was convenient and valet service meant we were able to park for the entirety of our stay and not worry. My only complaint was our room was very warm and even though it was 6°C outside, we had the AC on
Everyone was helpful, kind, and had wonderful recommendations for things to do and places to eat. Room was clean and comfortable with a lovely view of the city
No carpets which is awesome! So great job to room service staff too! This hotel is walking distance from Guy metro station and 13 minute walk to downtown
I stayed here for three days and every single interaction with staff was 5-star-hotel caliber -- genuine, friendly, super helpful and professional
It was our second time at this hotel and since the second time is often the test, I am happy to write this positive review. The beds are quite nice but the pillows are really comfortable

From the time we arrived and checked in, to the Concierge's guidance on local caterers, directions and recommendations to a liquor store and directions to the metro. It was a memorable stay and we'll definitely be back
I came here 10years ago and this hotel service is always the best not to mention its location. Rooms are very charming and tastefully decorated. The hotel is a boutique style and located in the heart of the old Montreal
Hotel St James is one of my favorite hotels in Montreal. This hotel is pure luxury, with a beautiful restaurant and SPA. Staff at this hotel are very professional and friendly. I must say the service is impeccable
Thank you very much for making our stay so special and for helping me celebrate my mother’s birthday in style. Looking forward to coming here again and again
Very nice hotel in the heart of old Port in Montreal. Very clean and attentive service. Not extremely quiet inside the rooms. You can hear the cars from outside , especially if the exhaust is a bit loud
I was on the last floor and I could still hear the cars passing by in the middle of the night if I was awake. The bar inside the hotel is ok

FACILITIES ARE A LITTLE OLD BUT ACCEPTABLE IF NOT TO FUSSY. FOOD WAS EXCELLENT AND HAD A GOOD VARIETY OF SELECTION. QUIET LOCATION TO SLEEP WHEN TRUCK GARBAGE COLLECTION IS NOT ACCOMPLISH DEPENDING WHERE YOUR ROOM IS
Maybe the best value hotel downtown. Room was very simple but clean as a whistle. Parking was $20 a night and very tight but convenient and safe. Breakfast was nothing to write home about but got the job done
Very clean and quiet little street. The parking lot is small but accessible by small car! I recommend it!
Clean and tidy, the service is also good. Especially the breakfast is very delicious, freshly made croissants, Danish, coffee are all very good
The location is great near the UQAM metro. Luggage storage before check in and after check out is available. Complimentary breakfast is good.
The facilities are a bit old, but the hygiene is good. The croissants and dried apricots for breakfast are delicious

An Apple computer was provided on the desk, something I hadn't experienced before. The hotel was clean, well kept, and offered a good breakfast (including Montreal bagels). The front desk staff was cordial and helpful
Good hotel and a good price compared to other hotels nearby.
Best location modern hotel and friendly kind  staff !
The room had a Mac desktop and a Dyson hair dryer which is quite high end for any hotel and especially an affordable one such as this. They serve free continental breakfast. I would highly recommend staying here
The staff are excellent, they are responsive and attentive. The breakfast is good - nice pastries, juice, and cereal. The rooms are on the more modern end and overall a nice place stay

Great staff and comfortable rooms. Excellent value
The room is large, the hotel has its own paid parking lot, and is within walking distance to the nearby church. There is a supermarket opposite, which is very convenient for buying food.
Traveling with friends, a large suite on the last day, a king-size bed room and a twin bed room to meet different accommodation requirements
I've stayed at the Hotel Terrasse Royale a few times and had only very positive experiences. The staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and spacious, and the location is incredibly convenient. I'll be back!
5 rooms (bedroom, walk in closet, kitchenette, sitting area, bathroom). Complementary laundry with soap provided. Off street parking for only $20 per day plus tax. Restaurants and grocery store on the same block
Terrace Royal in Montreal was a great choice for our family. Its convenient location, close to the subway, restaurants, and a farmers' market, made exploring the city easy

I stayed here mid November, and I honestly cannot say enough good things about this hotel. The staff were helpful, attentive and overall wonderful (even offering us bottles of water “for the road” when we departed)
We stayed at Hotel Nelligan for our first anniversary, and it was incredible. Jonathan made it a beautiful, romantic and memorable experience. He went out of his way to do everything he could to make it a perfect stay
The service from the staff was immediately warm and welcoming, especially the staff who valeted our car. Our room was gorgeous and the environment immediately created the feel of a nice vacation
Highly recommend. Customer service was great, food was delicious, and rooms were spacious. Honorable mention to the staff at valet, they were great. I would stay here again. This feels like a 5 star hotel
She was so pleasant and helpful answering our many questions about Montreal. She also brought by a cup of smoking coffee beans to deter the wasps. Highly recommend this terrace
We stopped here to have a glass of wine and to enjoy the lovely view of the port from the terrace. Our server , Malak, made the experience even better

We just returned from our 25th anniversary trip to Montreal. Hotel Kutuma is a real gem: delightful staff, well-appointed and clean rooms, and excellent location (reminded us of the Marais District in Paris)
Adam took care of every need, anticipating everything. Well priced and good value, especially compared to antiseptic, pricey chains. This is a beautiful family/run business
Square Saint Louis is steps from the hotel and is a good place to sit and rest. Montreal's largest park is about a 20-minute walk. The rooms are comfortable and quiet
We loved our 4 day stay at Hotel Kutuma. Friendly and helpful staff, comfortable room, great amenities, excellent restaurant and fantastic location.
We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Kutuma! The location was fantastic, close to everything we wanted to explore in Montreal, yet tucked away enough to feel quiet and relaxing
We enjoyed the comfort of our room, the bed and pillows were wonderful (one soft pillow and one hard pillow 😊) and the windows were able to be opened! I can't say enough about this hotel - great location, walking distance to many restaurants, but far enough away from noise and the busier downtown area

Great value, friendly staff. Might look a little undesirable on the outside, but is nice inside. Walkable neighborhood. The parking is tucked behind the building, so it's best to drop off your bags before parking.
It's a pretty good hotel with fairly spacious rooms and a balcony. It's in an old building with no elevators though. Location is pretty convenient. There are a lot of nice cafes and restaurants in the street
That all quickly changed once I saw the inside: the apartments are spacious with full-on kitchenettes, and quite comfortable. The front staff are very lovely and eager to help. I would definitely come back here again
There is also a supermarket and pharmacy story right around the corner. However, please note, the street has many homeless people right outside and a strong stench of marijuana in the air
Room was clean and large enough for our family. Didn't love the "extra" charge for my kids. But affordable rooms for a family of 5 are not easily found. Front desk was kind and helpful
The parking is in an alley behind the street and costs $20 per night. Also they charge a pet fee of $30 per night
