This was my favourite of 30+ hotel nights in 2022. I love the style and decoration of the room, like a chic modern version of mid-century modern. Nice separation of bathroom and storage from the sleeping area

The room had a great view and was quite nicely appointed: big, beautiful curved window overlooking the city; chic and useful would describe the rooms decor (I like the sectional sofa with over-the-lap desk)

Excellent location if you are planning to attend an event at the Bell Centre. Easy access from the train station. You can take the tunnels to both and not have to deal with the bad weather outside

She was absolutely FANTASTIC!!! Super kind, courteous and friendly!!! Could not have asked for better service than the one that she gave us!!! Thank you so much for your amazing help and courtesy throughout our stay! We will most definitely be back! :)

Had a lovely two night stay here in a king room. The hotel is centrally located for most of the major tourist sites in Montreal and felt brand new. The bed was luxurious and comfortable

Popped into the Starbucks for a coffee and bagel and day in the Hotel Le Crystal's lobby. Was really modern. Loved the crystal chandeliers.

Overall, I would definitely recommend the Hotel Le Crystal if you're looking for somewhere comfortable, reasonably priced, and with a good location right in the Heart of the City

Pool area has great coffee in the morning. Nice area to relax. Hotel is good but not 5 star. 4 for sure though.

Beautiful hotel in fabulous location in Montreal! Right in the middle of the city, walking distance to restaurants, shopping, the Old Montreal, etc… Super comfortable bed with soft, cooling sheets

On one of the higher floors there is a pool and a beautiful hot tub with an amazing view of Mount Royal and more of the downtown business district area so I recommend checking that out if it's open

Shared a room here for Otakuthon 2023 and it was great, probably the best hotel I've ever stayed in

The highlight of this was when waiting to check out, a helpful staff member plucked us out of the line to do the check out at the kiosks to the side, and also stored our luggage for us without having to do a thing

The room is smaller than what you'd usually expect in a hotel but I don't feel it was cramped with two people. The space is used very efficiently

It's right next to the convention center (and therefore the metro), cleanliness is top notch and the everything is very modern feeling

Shower pressure and the temperature control was on point, better than my shower at home. Staff are also very friendly and helpful

Great experience! Nice and clean room, although on the smaller side. The bed and pillows were very comfortable

I've stayed in several hotels in Montreal and never knew this hotel was there. It came up on a booking site so I thought I would try it. The customers service was great. The food was good with an excellent bar

Heated pool and hot tub are great in winter!!! Vincent at the front desk was AMAZING!! He was extremely helpful got us a renovated beautiful comfy room and assisted us every time the best he could making our stay the most pleasant it can be

Djameel and Irvin in the restaurant are the best, trying to accommodate us and our requests as we dined the best and the fastest they could. The price is reasonable and worth the value big time! Highly recommended

The hotel has good service and very kind works. Our rooms were ready on time and the view was amazing. The pool isn’t always crowded but the hot tub is mostly full

The restaurant’s food is not that great but it’s okay generally, regardless the staff at the restaurant are very polite and service is very pleasant

The staff was very kind, always helpful, and always had a smile on their face. The breakfast was wonderful, nothing too special but enough to fill your belly to take on a day of adventuring or business or relaxing

There is a gym on site as well and our unit was furnished with towels and everything needed for a comfortable stay. We will definitely come back here again, we wouldn't think of staying anywhere else in Montreal

Yes, the elevators are slow and small but they're in no way a deal breaker. We absolutely loved that it was located so centrally within the city. We were able to explore the city on foot with a little one

The room is spacious, with a kitchenette where you can cook quick and easy meals. The staff are very accommodating and helpful

Typical Marriott Residence Inn; staff were all friendly and helpful, and of special note, while breakfast is the typical chaos the staff working there worked very hard to keep everything supplied and the area clean

Room was great but the elevators are the slowest and smallest I've ever used/been in (didn't help they were being renovated and only two of the three were in service) and be aware that parking is offsite but nearby

I even had a fireplace and jacuzzi in the room. I will definitely go back when next I visit Montreal. Thanks to Bernard in the breakfast room and everyone who made my stay comfortable

Nice hotel with good location close to subway station, downtown and historic centre. Room was quiet and clean, bathtub was perfect, bed as well. Breakfast is not bad, but nothing special

Took off one star because the bedding was quite thin and my room was cold even with the heat on max. Despite that the bed was very comfortable, and no bed bugs!

I enjoyed my short stay at Embassy Suites Montreal. The staff was amazing, the food was very delicious especially the vast variety of choices for breakfast. The room was large and comfortable

Finding the parking was a bit tricky for someone who isn’t from the city. Very close to the Metro! Super convenient location to explore Montreal

I like the bar at the corner with funny bartender. Evening reception is nice plus, but nothing extra

Had little kitchen (with an oven). Normal size for hotel but good variety of machines and all in working order. Only thing I didn't like was the lighting in the bathroom, created yellow hue when getting ready

The bed height is probably a little high for people who transfer from a wheelchair - I have an elevate feature on my powerchair or else it would have been a problem

My only complaint is that they don't have wheelchair accessible rooms at the lower prices in the non-suite options so we had to pay more for the family suite

The bathroom was large and nicely accessible except there is no roll in shower

This is a great hotel in a not-so-great location for tourists. If you are on business travel, this place is perfect with a decent gym and great kitchen, dining and work areas

I would highly recommend this hotel, and I would definitely stay again. My boyfriend and I stayed here for 4 nights while I was traveling for work. The location is fantastic - very walkable to downtown and Old Montreal

There is absolutely nothing negative to say about this hotel We checked in at 11pm. after our booked hotel was cancelled due to the Ice storm whilst we were flying to Canada. The check in staff were absolutely lovely

Excellent hotel situated with a convenient location in downtown. The staff are amazing and extremely helpful. Walking distance from the convention center and metro, and it's connected right to the underground passage

TBSP restaurant is another plus. I've stayed at 5 star hotels all over NA and EU; this by far is the best

WoW, this property and the people who work here!! I've stayed at 3 other W's. Even the one in Miami, which apparently wins awards. But this hotel; let me break it down for you: 1. one of the most comfortable beds 2

To give you an example: W: London, the doors didn't close properly to the bathroom and the shower. W Miami: the drawers didn't close; and were warped. W: Montreal: PERFECTION! I wished I lived in that hotel

The room service staff were also quite good with prompt and super friendly service both on the phone and with delivery. The welcome gifts included in our room package exceeded expectations

The staff made this one of our best hotel stays ever. They were not only friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating but also proactive

They added little rubber bands to our long cords to keep the bedside table tidier and left an eye glasses microfiber cloth when they noticed I had a glasses case in the room among many other small things we greatly appreciated

I’ve stayed at the Four Seasons a few months back, and if I were to compare the Ritz Carlton is far better than it’s competition. It’s simpler to use, and more user friendly and has preserved the old grandeur

We went for a weekend getaway to Montreal, and stayed at the Ritz. As soon as we walked in, Andre (Concierge) knew us by name, ensured we had everything we could ever want, and treated us like family

The first Ritz Carlton ever built and boy has it met the expectations. Got upgraded to a Junior suite, which was a pleasant surprise. Andre helped me gather my luggage and showed me around my room

The valets are super nice, the staff surprised us with chocolate and water bottles in our room after cleaning, and both restaurants are excellent

Central to multiple tourist areas within short walking distance and 2 blocks from the metro for easy connection to any other locations. Staff was courteous and accommodating without being intrusive

I would definitely stay there again. It is up the hill from the metro station, so if you have mobility issues, you should reach out to staff to find out their accommodations

We were greeted by friendly and proficient doormen who silmiled and greeted us warmly. The space is welcoming with lots of space to sit and relax

We stayed here two nights on a weekend away with friends for a wedding. It was great! The hotel itself has a lot of charm in old town - many different room types

Worth a stay for some old town Montreal feel and access! Walking distance to many old town restaurants and shops (also in the same square as the Norte Dame) as well as easy access/close by to the underground system

Great hotel. Very comfortable bed. Good location. Easy to get to. Friendly staff. Parking was a bit tight, but I have a large vehicle. Definitely would stay here again.

Really nice experience at this hotel, staying in one of their condo/studio rooms. It felt really private, with not many rooms on each floor and good sound proofing

We got a great deal on the room as well. The hotel had a spa but we didn't visit it. There is a convenience store around the corner. The hotel seems out of the way relative to a lot of attractions

The shower was a walk-in with six jets, hot water and food pressure. Housekeeping was regular and thorough

We've stayed at Le Nouvelle Hotel twice now and both times the stay was excellent. Rooms are spacious and clean. We'll definitely return again the next time we are in Montreal.

Each year I spend the day here as the Montreal St Patrick's parade headquarters. Staff are extremely accommodating and service is excellent

I got a small room with only a small window. Overall I think it’s good value. Easy going staff. Everything worked properly. Just the fridge in my room made a lot of noise so I had to pull it out.

Perfect when you're travelling on a budget like we were. The view out the window wasn't great and the AC was loud and the bathroom was tiny but we made due with what we had

Bus directly to the airport (747) is just a short walk away

The location was nice, right by shopping places and great food joints. Though, I recommend going on foot as getting there is kinda complicated (especially with larger vehicles)

Basic budget at the level of some hostels at best. No housekeeping, so make your bed and keep the towels off the floor. disappointment was the nicest word i will use for this place

Beautiful hotel, great location! We checked in for a last-minute weekend in Montreal and the room was so interesting! It was a corner room with a very pretty view, very clean, great amenities

Parking was a bit tough since we arrived late and by car and it didn't seem like they had a parking lot or anything, so we had to figure out street parking

But we did it! The hotel has a great location and you can walk easily to anywhere you need. Great food and fun bars are all within walking distance

If you need a lot of space, the room was a bit small but we only used it for sleeping and getting ready to go out so the size was perfect for us

I don't know when I'll be in Montreal next but I'd certainly look at Hotel Zero1 for another visit!

Stylish room, comfortable bed, excellent location, but what stood out most was the level of service from employees

Public transit was convenient and valet service meant we were able to park for the entirety of our stay and not worry. My only complaint was our room was very warm and even though it was 6°C outside, we had the AC on

Everyone was helpful, kind, and had wonderful recommendations for things to do and places to eat. Room was clean and comfortable with a lovely view of the city

No carpets which is awesome! So great job to room service staff too! This hotel is walking distance from Guy metro station and 13 minute walk to downtown

Breakfast was good, but sometimes crowded. Room had a kitchen Central location to downtown 24 hour reception. Close supermarket for any food requirements and beverages Reasonable value for money

Basically a whole apartment with all the necessities for the price. $2 for laundry and $3 for dryer. They are close and walkable to many areas

Also very walkable for the metro or bus and we were able to take a bus back to the airport from here. They can hold your bag if you check out early free of charge

Decent included breakfast, though we missed it the first couple of days since it closes at 9:30 on weekdays. The banana bread tasted homemade. Would definitely stay here again

The beds were extremely comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful and fresh with many cold protein options to choose from as well as cereals and assortment of breads

Great location in Old Montreal. The hotel is stunning, the food is delicious and beautifully presented, the rooms are phenomenal, and the service is exceptional. I've never had a bad experience at the St-James.

This is such a beautiful Hotel. We made a last minute reservation because we were accepted to Diner en Blanc in Montreal. The staff was really incredible

I came here 10years ago and this hotel service is always the best not to mention its location. Rooms are very charming and tastefully decorated. The hotel is a boutique style and located in the heart of the old Montreal

From the time we arrived and checked in, to the Concierge's guidance on local caterers, directions and recommendations to a liquor store and directions to the metro. It was a memorable stay and we'll definitely be back

Hotel St James is one of my favorite hotels in Montreal. This hotel is pure luxury, with a beautiful restaurant and SPA. Staff at this hotel are very professional and friendly. I must say the service is impeccable

I stayed here mid November, and I honestly cannot say enough good things about this hotel. The staff were helpful, attentive and overall wonderful (even offering us bottles of water “for the road” when we departed)

Service was excellent from the minute we arrived and consistently so until departure. The valet wouldn't let me lift a finger with our luggage on arrival or departure. The front desk staff were polite and helpful

The location is amazing, the valet was efficient, the restaurant was amazingly cute with a little courtyard, and an excellent breakfast. This place is worth every cent

Breakfast is basic continental, but good quality. As of November 2023, the walk to the hotel can seem initially intimidating due to nearby construction, but the area was safe

We traveled from New York and wanted to be in Old Montreal. This hotel is perfectly located there. Each day, we walked everywhere and took in the varied architectural structures and holiday charm

Everything was very clean and the service was impeccable! Things i was not very fond of: The breakfast is rather specious and 'served' on paper plates and in paper cups - very wasteful. Also - no plant milk was offered

Spent a weekend in Montreal with my husband and we stayed in a king room. Great location, walking distance to old Montreal. The room was the best value we could find and it was much nicer than expected

The room had a Mac desktop and a Dyson hair dryer which is quite high end for any hotel and especially an affordable one such as this. They serve free continental breakfast. I would highly recommend staying here

We split up three nights here over a week during Osheaga. The location is perfect as it is less than 5 minute walk to a metro station. The rooms were clean and large with comfortable beds

Very clean, and the staff were very nice. Parking was just down the street. We paid about $40 for the 2 nights we were there. The breakfast in the morning was simple. Hard boiled eggs, toast, fruit, cereal

Love the location, you're walking distance to everything. Beds and pillows could be more comfortable, but that's definitely a preference thing!
