The location of the hotel in the René- Lévesque Blvd W is quite convenient to visit ICAO HQs and downtown. Next door in Mansfield St is Mary, Queen of the world Cathedral. Rooms are OK, nothing great to be mentioned. Breakfast layout is quite impressive.

The hotel is an old castle-like building, next to a church. There's an escalator leading to the underground central train station, and several restaurants offer 24-hour dining. I was very satisfied with everything.

Everything about our stay was excellent. We had stayed at the Lowes property approximately 3 years ago, prior to the beautiful renovation we were pleasantly surprised by. This fantastic place which I've known for many years is now closed. The management said they could not withstand with impact of the pandemic. They have suggested they might reopen someday in a new form, maybe partly condo, but who really knows. The hotel has visited by many A-list people over the years, and I loved the restaurant as a place to impress visitors.

This is such a beautiful Hotel. We made a last minute reservation because we were accepted to Diner en Blanc in Montreal. The staff was really incredible. From the time we arrived and checked in, to the Concierge's guidance on local caterers, directions and recommendations to a liquor store and directions to the metro. It was a memorable stay and we'll definitely be back.

Very nice hotel in the heart of old Port in Montreal. Very clean and attentive service. Very nice rooms. Reasonable priced. Not extremely quiet inside the rooms . Amazing hotel - great location - the service is superb

Great place for the venue we attended. Lots of fun close to everything you need. The beds were comfortable. The only reason I gave 4 Star for service was trying to get a luggage cart. I was told to go back to my room and dial 0, and they would come get it. It may sound like a five-star feature, but only if you're willing to wait for them. Enjoyed our stay at the Montreal Marriott Chateau Champlain! The only issue we had during our stay was the workers strike happening at the time, which meant we weren’t getting our rooms cleaned every day. The customer service was on and off during our stay. When we got to the hotel room, we were immediately stunned by our rooms. The view was nice and it was so comfortable! However, the heat in our rooms wasn't working right. Maintenance came and helped us and it startled working. The next day, though, we came back to find... King bed was nice and comfortable. Room on the smaller side. Customer service was lacklustre - made it feel more like a 3 star hotel than a 4 star.

Reception at check in was totally robotic, the lady had no intention to service. The room was claimed to 22sq.ft but actually felt smaller, like a 18sq.ft.. The shower and tap water was terribly weak. Breakfast offers almost no choice, only continental breakfast available.

There was a constant noise, I don't know if it was the sound of the water pipe, and the hotel couldn't provide a comb. But the location is pretty good.

The beds are not comfortable at all. I had a hard time sleeping as my back hurts the entire time. I stayed 2 nights. The coffee machine did not work. Location was perfect for where I wanted to go. The biggest problem was the bed otherwise clean and convenient hotel.

Urban oasis, up at penthouse level with a beautiful outdoor landscape and water features in the heart of downtown Montreal. It’s located directly across from Central Train Station and metro station. Spacious, clean contemporary interior with large, comfortable beds and linen.

Enjoyed the Le Labo products and billiard room, aside from that there isn’t much amenities unfortunately. Spa is not free for use and queen rooms are currently looking at a construction site. We stayed wondering what did Michelin award them a key for, but overall a pleasant experience!

I liked this great pillow in the hotel to have the best sleep.

The location is amazing. Central to multiple tourist areas within short walking distance and 2 blocks from the metro for easy connection to any other locations. Staff was courteous and accommodating without being intrusive. I would definitely stay there again. It is up the hill from the metro station, so if you have mobility issues, you should reach out to staff to find out their accommodations.

We were greeted by friendly and proficient doormen who silmiled and greeted us warmly. The space is welcoming with lots of space to sit and relax. A pool table aside for the lobby makes a fun place to meet with friends before you head out on the town. Our room was spacious and romantic with brick features and a comfortable bed. We stayed here two nights on a weekend away with friends for a wedding. It was great! The hotel itself has a lot of charm in old town - many different room types. The staff was all vibrant and welcoming and very accommodating. They remembered us and helped with everything they could! The soaps in the bathrooms were nice. Good hairdryer. The bed (king size!) had nice sheets. The shower was great too...

Everything was amazing. The room was big, the bed was super comfy and there was a bathtub. One disappointment was the spa was closed - that’s one of the reasons I chose this hotel. The staff said it would be closed until the weekend.

Comfortable beds with lots of pillows. Nice kitchen counter for making small snacks, sink, fridge, kettle and plates but no cooktop. Indoor pool was nice but no chairs on the outdoor balcony. Parking on the premises much too expensive at 70$/day - needed to park in a different building for less than half.

The hotel is modern and clean. Love the size of the bed. It is a prime location of downtown.

Comfortable and stylish accommodations, including a spacious bathroom with a great shower. Conveniently located without being too noisy. The booking and reception staff were flexible and nice; they also applied a discounted rate I was eligible for to my entire stay, when they could just as easily have been stingy and only applied it to the days I was eligible. Quality was ok. Work space in the rooms was not well setup. Chairs were too low for the work surface. Climate control screen in the rooms are way too bright. Be prepared to cover it with a sock or hand towel if you want a dark sleeping environment. Fitness centre was a bit rough and the towels could be used as sandpaper. Other that that feedback, the basics of the hotel were covered.

Great experience staying here! My only concern was the rooms were a little dark and there was no staff available overnight to support with housekeeping. Otherwise, had a fantastic stay, would definitely go back! Love the decor is well, very feminine.

overall a great spot. friendly staff. walking distance to many cool spots in MTL. clean rooms. would be a 5 star if it wasn't for the club next door thumping well into the night at 3am. Good if you are there to party late.

We are a family of 4 from LA and had a great stay overall at Hotel 10. We had no issue with any noise from a nightclub (maybe it wasn't open when we were there?) and the staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a great location for walking and the room was clean and well equipped. My only quibble was that the in room fridge is only good for storing beverages, which seemed odd...

This is a clean hotel and in a great location to get around. Not giving 5 stars because the staff seem miserable and don’t even smile. Beware they charge $100 for early check-in. I was not told this over the phone so they waived the charge for me. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The toilet splashes and the bathroom was slightly dated.

Room were clean,bathroom was clean, tub sparkling. Full length mirror, black out curtains, AC was blessed. I cant remember if there was USB charging ports on the desk, but the radio/alarm clock one worked. Bed was comfy AF, you really sink into it, nice big comfy duvet, pillows were comfy AF also. This hotel is beautiful and wonderful service. Our room was the Panoramic view room and it was beautiful, however, the windows are not sound proof. Consequently, we heard all the commotion outside during the night. Lets just say, I didn't get a good night sleep during my two days there. The up side of the hotel location is great as everything is close and no need of a car :)

St Paul is very well located in McGill street in Montreal. Close to old town and with several options of restaurants and bars. In the ground floor a nice Japanese restaurant with great cocktails as well. Restaurant is a bit overpriced but the food is delicious. The hotel is very good but may need some renovation specially in the common areas.

Excellent location, with some of the front desk staff being very helpful. The room was spacious and overlooked the cobbled street which was very nice. The location was in close proximity to many of the landmarks and the nearest train station was less than a 5 minute walk. Plenty of places to grab a drink and relax.
