The location of the hotel in the René- Lévesque Blvd W is quite convenient to visit ICAO HQs and downtown. Next door in Mansfield St is Mary, Queen of the world Cathedral. Rooms are OK, nothing great to be mentioned. Breakfast layout is quite impressive.

My sister and I just finished visiting my son in Toronto and we decided to visit Montreal. We booked 2 rooms. We had a terrible experience at Royal York Fairmont . We got kicked out from the lobby lounge by Karen over there for voicing our concern for the service being slow. For we had absolutely low expectations for QE. When we checked in there were 3 staff at the counter. 2 of them were engaged...

The hotel is an old castle-like building, next to a church. There's an escalator leading to the underground central train station, and several restaurants offer 24-hour dining. I was very satisfied with everything.

Staying at this hotel for the third time. It is especially recommended for those who need to take the train, because the central station is connected to the back door of the hotel. The hotel's location is within walking distance to the old town and shopping streets. The hotel bed was very comfortable.

It was really nice and service was really good

Everything was amazing. The room was big, the bed was super comfy and there was a bathtub. One disappointment was the spa was closed - that’s one of the reasons I chose this hotel. The staff said it would be closed until the weekend.

Comfortable beds with lots of pillows. Nice kitchen counter for making small snacks, sink, fridge, kettle and plates but no cooktop. Indoor pool was nice but no chairs on the outdoor balcony. Parking on the premises much too expensive at 70$/day - needed to park in a different building for less than half.

The hotel is modern and clean. Love the size of the bed. It is a prime location of downtown.

This is such a beautiful Hotel. We made a last minute reservation because we were accepted to Diner en Blanc in Montreal. The staff was really incredible. From the time we arrived and checked in, to the Concierge's guidance on local caterers, directions and recommendations to a liquor store and directions to the metro. It was a memorable stay and we'll definitely be back.

Very nice hotel in the heart of old Port in Montreal. Very clean and attentive service. Very nice rooms. Reasonable priced. Not extremely quiet inside the rooms . You can hear the cars from outside , especially if the exhaust is a bit loud. I was on the last floor and I could still hear the cars passing by in the middle of the night if I was awake. Amazing hotel - great location - the service is superb

Excellent location in the old Montreal.

King bed was nice and comfortable. Room on the smaller side. Customer service was lacklustre - made it feel more like a 3 star hotel than a 4 star.

Reception at check in was totally robotic, the lady had no intention to service. The room was claimed to 22sq.ft but actually felt smaller, like a 18sq.ft.. The shower and tap water was terribly weak. Breakfast offers almost no choice, only continental breakfast available.

There was a constant noise, I don't know if it was the sound of the water pipe, and the hotel couldn't provide a comb. But the location is pretty good.

This is my second time staying at Hotel Monville. The hotel location is convenient and close to the train station, and the room was clean and comfortable.

Urban oasis, up at penthouse level with a beautiful outdoor landscape and water features in the heart of downtown Montreal. It’s located directly across from Central Train Station and metro station. Spacious, clean contemporary interior with large, comfortable beds and linen.

Stayed three nights. Perfectly situated across from Metro and just down the street from McGill University and the Underground City. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Room was excellent. Enjoyed the Le Labo products and billiard room, aside from that there isn’t much amenities unfortunately. Spa is not free for use and queen rooms are currently looking at a construction site. We stayed wondering what did Michelin award them a key for, but overall a pleasant experience!

I liked this great pillow in the hotel to have the best sleep.

The location is amazing. Central to multiple tourist areas within short walking distance and 2 blocks from the metro for easy connection to any other locations. Staff was courteous and accommodating without being intrusive. I would definitely stay there again. It is up the hill from the metro station, so if you have mobility issues, you should reach out to staff to find out their accommodations.

The hotel was clean and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately, the noise level in the area was a major downside. This hotel made our vacation. It's hard to travel as a large family (two adults, four children) but our rooms were perfect. Service was lovely. Everyone was helpful, kind, and had wonderful recommendations for things to do and places to eat. Room was clean and comfortable with a lovely view of the city. Public transit was convenient and valet service meant we were able to park for the entirety of our stay and not worry. My only complaint was our room was very warm and even though it was 6°C outside, we had the AC on.

It's only a two-minute walk from the subway station, which is very convenient for doing things in the city. The breakfast in the morning is just bread, milk, juice and coffee. It's simple, but it's cost-effective.

Stayed in Montreal for 4 days and chose this hotel in downtown. It was quite comfortable and had a microwave and refrigerator. There were no slippers. There is a bus terminal next to the hotel. What a gorgeous hotel. We stopped here to have a glass of wine and to enjoy the lovely view of the port from the terrace. Our server , Malak, made the experience even better. She was so pleasant and helpful answering our many questions about Montreal. She also brought by a cup of smoking coffee beans to deter the wasps. Highly recommend this terrace.

Hotel Nelligan is located in beautiful Old Montreal and my wife and I had a great overall experience during our stay. The service from the staff was immediately warm and welcoming, especially the staff who valeted our car. Our room was gorgeous and the environment immediately created the feel of a nice vacation. Hotel Kutuma is a real gem: delightful staff, well-appointed and clean rooms, and excellent location (reminded us of the Marais District in Paris). We loved our time at Kutuma - the suite was such a relaxing home away from home and the staff were extremely attentive. It's a perfect base to have in the Plateau, which is a great neighbourhood to stay in due to its proximity to Mont-Royal but also its more relaxed, less touristy feel.
