Fairmont The Queen Elizabeth Gold Experience, Montreal1 / 35

Montreal, 900 Blvd Rene Levesque West-Bldg A 🧭 Map
The location of the hotel in the René- Lévesque Blvd W is quite convenient to visit ICAO HQs and downtown. Next door in Mansfield St is Mary, Queen of the world Cathedral. Rooms are OK, nothing great to be mentioned. Breakfast layout is quite impressive.
My sister and I just finished visiting my son in Toronto and we decided to visit Montreal. We booked 2 rooms. We had a terrible experience at Royal York Fairmont . We got kicked out from the lobby lounge by Karen over there for voicing our concern for the service being slow. For we had absolutely low expectations for QE. When we checked in there were 3 staff at the counter. 2 of them were engaged...
The hotel is an old castle-like building, next to a church. There's an escalator leading to the underground central train station, and several restaurants offer 24-hour dining. I was very satisfied with everything.
A century-old hotel with beautiful architecture, an ancient castle-style building and a great platform
Perfect view and location perfect service Supplies perfect
Staying at this hotel for the third time. It is especially recommended for those who need to take the train, because the central station is connected to the back door of the hotel. The hotel's location is within walking distance to the old town and shopping streets. The hotel bed was very comfortable.

It's clear this hotel lost some of it's 5-star status. I had a hole in one of my towels; the spa and restaurants were closed, and the property felt underwhelming. On the positive side: The front desk and housekeeping was incredibly kind and professional. The location is incredible. It's walkable to great shops and restaurants. The sleeping situation was excellent. I loved the bedding, pillows...
Friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful and peaceful hotel. Comfortable room with amazing pillow top bed. Couldn’t even tell construction was happening. Lack of bar or restaurant, but that did add to the peacefulness. Gave 4 passes for breakfast and accepted all of them at the two times I attended breakfast with my partner. But at checkout, charged for two breakfasts because I made the hotel reservation...
Pros: The room was very comfy; bed was very soft, but firm, duvet was very soft, had 2 pillows that were hard and soft. The bathroom was amazing, there was a heat lamp in front of mirror and a thermometer for the bathroom itself. Rain shower was amazing, just wish there was more ledge space in there and maybe some side showers too. It was nice to have an ice and water machine on the floor which allowed...
My family and I recently stayed at the Sofitel Hotel in Montreal, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Initially, the room we booked did not fully accommodate our needs, especially since we were traveling with young kids. However, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. They upgraded us to a stunning penthouse suite at no additional cost. The suite was spacious...
I had an upgrade to a Junior suite and I loved the experience. The bathroom was spacious and the bedroom was just right the bed was as usual excellent and my view on the Mount Royal was super nice.
rare find in comfort, outstanding food, and incomparable service. asked to have my car brought around so i could get my sunglasses, valet offered to get them from car and have them at the bell desk - when I asked "you'd get them for me?" he replied "it would be my greatest pleasure". Carly at the front desk started our weekend stay with an upgraded room, royal treatment, checked in on us during the...

Everything about our stay was excellent. We had stayed at the Lowes property approximately 3 years ago, prior to the beautiful renovation we were pleasantly surprised by. We were given a warm greeting by the valet attendant, had a seamless check-in experience, were blown away by the modern yet luxurious rooms, enjoyed the large gym space, and the staff was lovely. I forgot how amazing the location...
Even without restaurant and bar access (remodeling) the hotel is fantastic. Breakfast is promptly delivered daily. Hotel staff were attentive and very friendly. Rooms were great, spacious. Great tub! And the location is central to downtown, with lots to do and see nearby. Would recommend.
This place is awesome. The entire staff is very nice and accommodating. The rooms are spacious and very luxurious. Even though the hotel is being renovated you still get great service. While their breakfast option is not bad, the hotel is located within walking distance to other breakfast options. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Montreal.
I had the opportunity to stay here last week and I'll definitely be coming back to Vogue. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. Located is great, right in the heart of Downtown. The rooms have been renovated and look amazing! I highly recommend Vogue for your next stay in Montreal.
Great location and extremely friendly and helpful staff. You are made to feel welcome as soon as you walk in and right at home for your entire stay with any needs you have being met immediately. The beds and linens were very comfortable. The bath amenities smelled so good I loved the added touches of the month wash, bath salts and loofah! The bath towels were thick and very soft. This was a great place to stay, with ample room and nice amenities. The cost was comparable to other hotels in the area as well. I would definitely recommend staying here.

My mom and I had high tea at the Ritz! From the moment we stepped into the hotel, the staff was excited to welcome us. We got a little lesson on the history and significance of the hotel. The high tea service was excellent! The food was excellent as well as the teas! Definitely a must do!
Great hotel in the heart of downtown! Great service, room service is excellent but the prices are expensive! It was unforgettable moments with my love but not sure if we come back. Thanks for everything
Every minute spent here has turned into a cherished memory. My heartfelt thanks to Arlene from customer service — your warmth and thoughtfulness made everything feel effortlessly perfect. We had an amazing stay at The Ritz-Carlton Montreal! The rooms are spacious and beautifully appointed, and the location is perfect for shopping and museums. This fantastic place which I've known for many years is now closed. The management said they could not withstand with impact of the pandemic. They have suggested they might reopen someday in a new form, maybe partly condo, but who really knows. The hotel has visited by many A-list people over the years, and I loved the restaurant as a place to impress visitors.
A beautiful hotel great service and people are friendly and helpful . We loved our stay at st.james
This is such a beautiful Hotel. We made a last minute reservation because we were accepted to Diner en Blanc in Montreal. The staff was really incredible. From the time we arrived and checked in, to the Concierge's guidance on local caterers, directions and recommendations to a liquor store and directions to the metro. It was a memorable stay and we'll definitely be back.
Very nice hotel in the heart of old Port in Montreal. Very clean and attentive service. Very nice rooms. Reasonable priced. Not extremely quiet inside the rooms . You can hear the cars from outside , especially if the exhaust is a bit loud. I was on the last floor and I could still hear the cars passing by in the middle of the night if I was awake. The bar inside the hotel is ok.
Hotel St James is one of my favorite hotels in Montreal. This hotel is pure luxury, with a beautiful restaurant and SPA. Staff at this hotel are very professional and friendly. Great place for the venue we attended. Lots of fun close to everything you need. The beds were comfortable. The only reason I gave 4 Star for service was trying to get a luggage cart. I was told to go back to my room and dial 0, and they would come get it. It may sound like a five-star feature, but only if you're willing to wait for them. Everything we needed was a 3 to 5 minute walk.
My son and I stayed here for a weekend hockey tournament and I was impressed by the attention to detail of every aspect of the stay. They make sure to spread out the families from the same team so as not to create noise problems for other guests, and they have a strict system with hefty penalties for those who flout the rules. While it means your team can't run roughshod over a whole floor or a particular...
I really enjoyed my stay here. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. The rooms are super modern and updated. The beds were so comfy. My only "issue" is that the bathrooms only have a "vent" and not an exhaust fan. So if we used the bathroom, the smell was still there when we got back to he room 6+ hours later. More often than not, we ended up using the bathrooms in. The lobby, to keep the funk...
Overall a decent experience. We thought this would be a good deal based on price and location, but turns out it’s priced just right- the pool was constantly overflowing with people (we never got to use it), and between one and two of the elevators were constantly out of commission. We drove an electric vehicle- they do have chargers but of the 8 on site, only 3 were functional. Otherwise the rooms...
We stayed there for 6days and 5 nights. Everything is excellent. From the front desk, Ingrid, who checked me in and out, was so friendly and accommodating. The housekeeping who cleaned our rooms everyday. Just for 1 thing, the housekeeping who cleaned our room last Saturday forget to replaced our shower curtain, but its ok. We enjoyed our stayed there. Love it 👏🏻👍🏻❤️

Enjoyed our stay at the Montreal Marriott Chateau Champlain! The only issue we had during our stay was the workers strike happening at the time, which meant we weren’t getting our rooms cleaned every day. The customer service was on and off during our stay. I loved that this hotel was walkable to all the places we wanted to get to. Overall, I loved the stay and would return!
The hotel was located in a good spot, near many attractions in downtown Montreal. The service is friendly and the rooms are nice. The gym was fantastic. Very nice hotel, quiet despite being downtown and close to a very busy hockey arena. The room was clean and comfortable. One thing to mention is the access to the tub/shower. This is one of those places where you can spend a lot or not, depending on what you want. The double suite was amazing! Great views, modern room (super cool toilets!), tons of space. The hotel is great. The rooms are very nice. It's in a great location. It has a nice pool table.
Great hotel. Kind of difficult to get to because you have to take one elevator up to the 6th floor from the shopping center and that puts you out by the bar area and you walk around to reception, then take another set of elevators to get to the guest rooms. Other than that quirk, I had a great stay and would definitely come back. It's nice to be connected to the shopping center if you need to go buy...

Extremely professional staff, attentive and accommodating. I am in a wheelchair and they've been wonderful in helping us get around with a smile. Upgraded our room and brought us complimentary drinks. They made us feel very special on our honeymoon. Would highly recommend if you're in the area, great location in the heart of the city too! Everything was so close by.
We had a good time. Can't complain about anything. We made ourselves at home in this place. Our friends booked a suite and we had so much fun. Montreal needs a place like this to accommodate foreigners. The only thing we didn't try was the pool.
Great, convenient location in between Old and New Montreal. Nice rooms, very clean. Fantastic entrance..off the street, out of the elements and unrushed off loading. Staff is the best. Slightly disappointed in service. Delay in check-in due to amount of customers, understandable over the long weekend. However, we waited 3 hours for their call and had to change our plans for today to be around the area. Very nice hotel. Spacious and higher quality... But rooms are slightly dated although being maintained well. Staff is helpful all around. Easy walk to so many city neighborhoods and other areas (but such is Montreal). Good value for quality establishment.

King bed was nice and comfortable. Room on the smaller side. Customer service was lacklustre - made it feel more like a 3 star hotel than a 4 star.
Reception at check in was totally robotic, the lady had no intention to service. The room was claimed to 22sq.ft but actually felt smaller, like a 18sq.ft.. The shower and tap water was terribly weak. Breakfast offers almost no choice, only continental breakfast available.
There was a constant noise, I don't know if it was the sound of the water pipe, and the hotel couldn't provide a comb. But the location is pretty good.

Snug room that the hot shower and warm air were all working in severe winter in Montreal.  Perfect location with 5 mins walk from the metro station. Also the hotel provides plenty parking lots which suitable for driving visitors. Staff are always friendly and answerable!

Lovely hotel, great location. We love the rooftop terrace for drinks and dinner and the library/coffee shop area. We stayed here two nights on a weekend away with friends for a wedding. It was great! The hotel itself has a lot of charm in old town - many different room types. The staff was all vibrant and welcoming and very accommodating. They remembered us and helped with everything they could! The soaps in the bathrooms were nice. Good hairdryer. The bed (king size!) had nice sheets. The shower was great too...

It was really nice and service was really good
Everything was amazing. The room was big, the bed was super comfy and there was a bathtub. One disappointment was the spa was closed - that’s one of the reasons I chose this hotel. The staff said it would be closed until the weekend.
Comfortable beds with lots of pillows. Nice kitchen counter for making small snacks, sink, fridge, kettle and plates but no cooktop. Indoor pool was nice but no chairs on the outdoor balcony. Parking on the premises much too expensive at 70$/day - needed to park in a different building for less than half.
The hotel is modern and clean. Love the size of the bed. It is a prime location of downtown.
Very good, I've stayed there several times
Amazing service and clean room.
Beautiful hotel in fabulous location in Montreal! Right in the middle of the city, walking distance to restaurants, shopping, the Old Montreal, etc… Super comfortable bed with soft, cooling sheets. Sparkling clean! Lovely, welcoming staff!

Great Hotel. Clean, comfortable, and well situated.
Comfortable and stylish accommodations, including a spacious bathroom with a great shower. Conveniently located without being too noisy. The booking and reception staff were flexible and nice; they also applied a discounted rate I was eligible for to my entire stay, when they could just as easily have been stingy and only applied it to the days I was eligible. That kind of decision is the sort of thing...
Quality was ok. Work space in the rooms was not well setup. Chairs were too low for the work surface. Climate control screen in the rooms are way too bright. Be prepared to cover it with a sock or hand towel if you want a dark sleeping environment. Fitness centre was a bit rough and the towels could be used as sandpaper. Other that that feedback, the basics of the hotel were covered.
Great experience staying here! My only concern was the rooms were a little dark and there was no staff available overnight to support with housekeeping. Otherwise, had a fantastic stay, would definitely go back! Love the decor is well, very feminine.
overall a great spot. friendly staff. walking distance to many cool spots in MTL. clean rooms. would be a 5 star if it wasn't for the club next door thumping well into the night at 3am. Good if you are there to party late.
We are a family of 4 from LA and had a great stay overall at Hotel 10. We had no issue with any noise from a nightclub (maybe it wasn't open when we were there?) and the staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a great location for walking and the room was clean and well equipped. My only quibble was that the in room fridge is only good for storing beverages, which seemed odd...

This is a clean hotel and in a great location to get around. Not giving 5 stars because the staff seem miserable and don’t even smile. Beware they charge $100 for early check-in. I was not told this over the phone so they waived the charge for me. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The toilet splashes and the bathroom was slightly dated.
Le St-Martin Montreal Hotel Particulier is an exceptional choice for travelers seeking great value and convenience. The hotel's location is unbeatable, just a short walk from the VIA Rail station, making it ideal for those arriving by train. The rooms are impressively quiet, providing a peaceful retreat from the city's hustle and bustle. The staff is attentive, and the amenities are top-notch, offering...
Room were clean, bathroom was clean, tub sparkling. Full length mirror, black out curtains, AC was blessed. I cant remember if there was USB charging ports on the desk, but the radio/alarm clock one worked. Bed was comfy AF, you really sink into it, nice big comfy duvet, pillows were comfy AF also. I was happy with the location, I don't mind walking, took like 25-40 min to get to old port Montreal....
The location, my panoramic view room with hot tub was perfect and the staff was amazing! Especially the reception staff was so helpful and professional. Undoubtably best hotel in Montreal and I can highly recommend them to anyone who seeks quality, excellent service and all-round class hotel.
Location always important and it was perfect for us. Located .6 miles 13 minute walk to Centre Bell to see their Canadian hockey game. Safe location and so much to see. Also a train station near by, 5 minute drive from hotel very convenient to travel to other cities. Excellent hotel and location as I mention. Experienced front desk, friendly and spoke English also. The hotel is immaculate, the rooms...
This hotel is beautiful and wonderful service. Our room was the Panoramic view room and it was beautiful, however, the windows are not sound proof. Consequently, we heard all the commotion outside during the night. Lets just say, I didn't get a good night sleep during my two days there. The up side of the hotel location is great as everything is close and no need of a car :)

St Paul is very well located in McGill street in Montreal. Close to old town and with several options of restaurants and bars. In the ground floor a nice Japanese restaurant with great cocktails as well. Restaurant is a bit overpriced but the food is delicious. The hotel is very good but may need some renovation specially in the common areas.
The Hotel St Paul was wonderful. The location was perfect within the historic area and very close to multiple restaurants and attractions. The over all atmosphere was trendy and welcoming. Lobby was so cool and the guest rooms were perfect. The best feature was the staff. They were all amazing, patient, responsive & super great to deal with. I would definitely return to this hotel!
Staying at Hotel St. Paul in Old Montreal was unforgettable. This boutique hotel blends design and lifestyle, feeling both like home and a luxurious retreat. The stunning design is evident in every detail, from the elegant lobby to the beautifully designed rooms that combine comfort and luxury seamlessly. The breakfast buffet was spectacular, with a variety of delicious options each morning, making...
rooms were spacious, staff friendly and helpful . Bar is excellent
I loved staying at Hotel Saint-Paul. The ambiance is cozy and chic. The design of the Hotel made me feel very comfortable. The bar is in the lobby but well seperated in which makes you feel like you are totally in a different place! The location is simply perfect, walking distance from amazing restaurants... The receptionist had beautiful smiles and were so kind. Overall I strongly recommend staying...
This is the PERFECT hotel to stay in for a getaway the in heart of Old Montreal. It is a gorgeous building and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in (the warmest welcoming lobby with a fireplace and classy furniture). The front desk staff is extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful, and made the experience of staying at St Paul Hotel even more enjoyable by going above and beyond to make...

Beautiful hotel in the heart of Old Montreal. Had a lovely stay here. The Basilica greets you as you approach the hotel down cobblestone streets. Simply park out front and the valets will be with you to assist in unloading your luggage. The room was comfortable and spacious. Bathroom was great with a full tub and large walk in shower. Every staff member we interacted with was helpful and kind from...
Overall nice hotel. Clean. Breakfast downstairs was delicious and service was good. Our room was very hot the first night I could barely sleep and our thermostat wouldn’t go below 20. They gave us a fan the next day and that improved it. Large room with nice tub and shower. Staff were friendly. Great location. Cons: toiletries are refillable so anyone can put anything in there. No screens on the windows...
Beautiful hotel! Staff is so friendly and helpful. Our room is beautiful as well. Bed is in its own room for privacy. Kitchenette with cooktop. Nice living room area. The bathroom is wonderful with a big tub, a handheld shower option, and the toilet is not right next to the shower, so it's a pretty roomy bathroom.
What an incredible and amazing experience at this wonderful hotel. From the moment we checked in to the moment we left… nothing short of amazing! Our family with 2 kids stayed here for two nights and had the best time. Best location… nicest staff and amazing rooms. Loved it and couldn’t recommend this boutique hotel more!!! Thank you for such an amazing experience.
Excellent location, with some of the front desk staff being very helpful. The room was spacious and overlooked the cobbled street which was very nice. The location was in close proximity to many of the landmarks and the nearest train station was less than a 5 minute walk. Plenty of places to grab a drink and relax.
This was the best hotel experience I have had in Canada. The service was absolutely incredible. It was not just one person it was the same with every single staff member we dealt with. They just do the little things so well. we asked to have our car brought to the front door at 630 am and Manuel from the front desk personally pulled it up to the front and knocked on our door at 630 am on the dot to...
