The hotel is nice and it was a good experience. You can go from your floor to the train station just by the elevator directly as the station is in the bottom of the hotel which is great! Good not great. We had an upgraded room to a junior suite. Initial room with two double beds was tiny. Upgraded room the bathroom was still tight. Pool was great, nice temperature. Small hot tub. I stayed in this hotel for a work conference and the room was great. King size bed on the 6th floor, was a comfy bed. Bathroom was a little small but otherwise a good room. The service at the hotel was great. They were really accommodating for our very large group. I didn't have a great view from my room but a number of my colleagues did. I would stay here again.

This is such a beautiful Hotel. We made a last minute reservation because we were accepted to Diner en Blanc in Montreal. The staff was really incredible. From the time we arrived and checked in, to the Concierge's guidance on local caterers, directions and recommendations to a liquor store and directions to the metro. It was a memorable stay and we'll definitely be back.

Very nice hotel in the heart of old Port in Montreal. Very clean and attentive service. Very nice rooms. Reasonable priced. Not extremely quiet inside the rooms . You can hear the cars from outside , especially if the exhaust is a bit loud. I was on the last floor and I could still hear the cars passing by in the middle of the night if I was awake. My mom and I had high tea at the Ritz! From the moment we stepped into the hotel, the staff was excited to welcome us. We got a little lesson on the history and significance of the hotel. The high tea service was excellent! The food was excellent as well as the teas! Definitely a must do!

The room was stunning, beautiful designer-feeling touches, modern fixtures, great integrated entertainment. The bed was so comfortable and the automatic blinds great for keeping the room dark. The communal areas were immaculately kept and the staff were super helpful - they were happy for us to leave our bags for a while on our departure day. This was our first time in Montreal as we were attending a convention. We chose this location as it looked very nice and it was extremely close to the congress center. We were disappointed by the actual size of the rooms, as they appear much bigger in the photos. We also encountered some issues with the cleanliness of the room. Shared a room here for Otakuthon 2023 and it was great, probably the best hotel I've ever stayed in. This hotel is well situated and the valet service is awesome. You know your car is safe. The cleaning service however still needs some Improvement. Dean at the front desk made our stay pleasant. I truly believe in the first encounter, it gives a sense of the vibe a certain place has. I had a great stay here. Rooms are spacious and staff helpful and professional. The area is very "downtown", just like any business district: lots of concrete, not that much greenery. Useful if you're there doing business. And makes you appreciate the hotel gardens and waterfalls even more!

The room was spacious and clean, good service overall. Excellent food and drinks at the restaurant! The one BIG downside of this hotel-the staff are not overseeing the pool/hot tub area, so people were packed in the hot tub and never got out. They also had 4 toddlers in there. Not cool!

Great spot to stay in Montreal! The hotel has such a cool vibe with the pool and greenery on the roof. My boyfriend lost his clear framed glasses in the pool in the last 10 minutes of the night and we couldn't find them - the lifeguard was helping and messaged us the next day when he found them himself! I am definitely planning on coming back in the summer time.

The hotel is beautiful, the amenities excellent. It's clean and modern. The staff are very helpful as well. My only complaint is that our room was not sound proofed and we heard people in the hall too well. It was as if the walls and door were paper thin. That is my only complaint for an otherwise amazing hotel.

Stayed here for F1. Rates were reasonable for the busiest weekend of the year. Room was nice, bed comfortable, hotel bar was good and got a great night’s sleep. Location is less than 10 min walk to subway station and we were back at hotel after F1 race on Sunday within 40 mins. Incredible. They also had a free shuttle van taking people to the subway if needed. Would definitely do this again.

This was our first time staying here and we were pleasantly surprised! The rooms are in good condition and the beds are comfy. There’s an indoor heated pool, which we enjoyed. (There’s also an outdoor pool, but we didn’t use it.) The Front Desk staff and bartender were very kind! They also offer a shuttle service within a 3km radius, which was very quick for us. Good place. Comfortable room. Enjoyed the pool, but it was weirdly warm. We stayed away from the restaurant, too many bad reviews. Instead we walked to Cora's. Convenient proximity to the Biodome, Botanical gardens, and the metro too. Parking was very convenient. Area was busy for driving but we knew that going in.

The rooms were clean and recently refurbished. Bathrooms are great, with nicely tiled, walk-in shower. Beds were very comfortable and felt new, as did the pillows. The lobby is under renovation and it's a mess. The price is very expensive. The Body Lotion in the room is not refilled after it is used up. You have to go to the front desk to get it in the middle of the night. The cost performance is very low.

My experience was awful. The first night a false alarm went off in the entire hotel at 4:45am. The next day we came back to our room and the room service was not done. The hotel is located next to Chinatown, which is very convenient for Chinese people to travel. It is also very convenient to have a Notre Dame Church near the exhibition center opposite. It is about 29 minutes away from the airport. The breakfast variety is relatively small, so be prepared. It is simple and filling.

The hotel is in a good location, within walking distance to Notre Dame Cathedral, Chinatown, and the Science Center. The room is quite big, the reception service is quite good, the restaurant service is also quite good, but the service of the breakfast omelette is not good.

The location is amazing. Central to multiple tourist areas within short walking distance and 2 blocks from the metro for easy connection to any other locations. Staff was courteous and accommodating without being intrusive. I would definitely stay there again. It is up the hill from the metro station, so if you have mobility issues, you should reach out to staff to find out their accommodations.

We were greeted by friendly and proficient doormen who silmiled and greeted us warmly. The space is welcoming with lots of space to sit and relax. Returned to this hotel after 10 years because I have fond memories of my first stay. The hotel has expanded to 3 buildings and my room was in building 1 which is the newer part of the hotel. Very large family suite, reasonable price for the size and location. Nice but not so fancy a regular person feels uncomfortable, great views from the rooftop pool and gym. Valet parking, very dog friendly. My only complaint is that they don't have wheelchair accessible rooms at the lower prices in the non-suite options so we had to pay more for the family suite. Room was great. Had little kitchen (with an oven). Bug sell for me was gym. Normal size for hotel but good variety of machines and all in working order. This is a great hotel in a not-so-great location for tourists. If you are on business travel, this place is perfect with a decent gym and great kitchen, dining and work areas. For tourists, you really need to take public transportation out of the city or walk to the old town for more interesting walking and dining experiences.

We had a great experience here. Rooms were clean and spacious. The front desk and valet were all very friendly and helpful. The rooftop balcony has nice views and is a great place to unwind on the property. My only regret is that we didn't get to try the (unaffiliated) restaurant downstairs. If you are staying here and want to eat there, make sure to make a reservation.

I’m a member of the private gym downstairs. Have been for a few years. I’ve been in the lobby a handful of times, sometimes waiting for my session, and have heard the staff deal with an array of situations. So I just want to say that everyone is very well spoken, great team rapport and the place is always clean. If I didn’t live in the city, I’d have gladly been a guest.

Location is the best part about this place, by far. It's near everything. The rooms were okay, the bathroom was clean and probably the best part about the room. Half the plugs didn't work to recharge phones. It's fairly cost-effective and a great location. It's a great spot to stay if you're not planning on spending too much time at a hotel. Service was lovely. Everyone was helpful, kind, and had wonderful recommendations for things to do and places to eat. Room was clean and comfortable with a lovely view of the city. Public transit was convenient and valet service meant we were able to park for the entirety of our stay and not worry. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately, the noise level in the area was a major downside. This hotel made our vacation. It's hard to travel as a large family (two adults, four children) but our rooms were perfect. The beds were amazing and the chocolate croissants for breakfast were worth the price of admission on their own! Enjoyed our stay at the Montreal Marriott Chateau Champlain! The only issue we had during our stay was the workers strike happening at the time, which meant we weren’t getting our rooms cleaned every day. The customer service was on and off during our stay. This is one of those places where you can spend a lot or not, depending on what you want. The double suite was amazing! Great views, modern room (super cool toilets!), tons of space. The house is spacious and well located. The balcony is open for activities, but due to fire safety requirements, there are no tables and chairs. Please note that Google Navigation does not lead to the main entrance of the hotel. The parking lot is right at the main entrance.

Room is big, bed is comfortable. Shopping and food are near, quite good.

The hotel is conveniently located near shopping malls, and there are almost all kinds of chain restaurants. There is also a "Chuan Yue Xuan", which is actually a Cantonese dim sum and tea restaurant. We met Shanghainese people twice when we went there for dinner, and they were all locals.

The parking lot is large and you can park anywhere. There are no facilities. The coffee machine in the room does not work and you need to pay for it in the lobby. Like most hotels, no toiletries were provided.

Snug room that the hot shower and warm air were all working in severe winter in Montreal.  Perfect location with 5 mins walk from the metro station. Also the hotel provides plenty parking lots which suitable for driving visitors. Staff are always friendly and answerable!

The staff were incredible and very calm even when busy. Everyone seemed to want to be there. The room we booked was beautiful and had a lovely view of old Montreal. We loved opening the large bay windows and letting the sounds flood in. It did get a little loud at night (bar / club down the road) however closing the windows made the room peaceful and quiet. Service was excellent from the minute we arrived and consistently so until departure. The valet wouldn't let me lift a finger with our luggage on arrival or departure. The front desk staff were polite and helpful. The cleaning staff were incredibly efficient, we would leave for breakfast and by the time we returned our room was spotless. Hit and miss. The location is great, but the place needs some updating. Also, the staff is not trained to the best level. No greetings, no offers to help, no attempt to go above and beyond. Great value, room service. Great location. Bath towels could be thicker and softer. They had some dark lint stuck as well. That is my sole complaint. If staying in old Montreal, this is a great option. Bed was most comfortable I've ever had in a hotel. Luxury toiletries, fun mini bar options and snacks too.(extra$of course)

We had a wonderful stay here. Every member of the staff we interacted with, from the front desk to the restaurant staff and the housekeepers, was helpful, friendly, and accommodating. We truly felt welcome. There was so much to do within walking distance that we only took an Uber once all weekend. This is now our hotel when we visit Montreal.

On check-in, we got upgraded to a two-bedroom loft apartment. Overall, excellent experience. Very clean, great location and service. One thing: the gentleman at the front desk on the night shift wasn’t the most helpful. When I did get him to answer the phone, I changed our valet drop-off time in the morning from 8am to 7:45 but the message was never passed on. Make sure you book the correct time earlier...

Had spent 3 great nights with family in this gorgeous place. Really like the nightlife around. Also have to say the spacious apartment and amenities of the loft were really impressive. Will definitely come back

We realized that we had not posted a review for our last year's anniversary stay and wanted to make sure that we did this! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Le Terra Nostra. We loved the room, found it extremely clean, had awesome breakfasts and enjoyed amazing hospitality. We would definitely stay there again!

Really unique hotel. Rooms are way spacier and decorated nicer than your standard hotel. Felt like your own apartment (and a good one). Great king beds, nice bathroom which has a jacuzzi.

Prime location. This small hotel sits above an Ethiopian restaurant with unique food and design. The room has everything you need (including a fully stocked kitchenette). Even a small shared balcony! I love this hotel and would return again. It is perhaps the best hotel room I've ever seen. While not downtown, this boutique hotel is very unique. I had the junior suite. The rooms are gorgeous and just very special with its unique African theme. There was even a real palm tree in my room! I used the bubbling 2 person soaking tub and enjoyed the bathrobes provided. Top notch service. Everyone at the hotel is friendly and welcoming. There's a great restaurant downstairs or you have many choices for dining within a short walk. Square Saint Louis is steps from the hotel and is a good place to sit and rest. Montreal's largest park is about a 20-minute walk. The rooms are comfortable and quiet.
