Clean rooms, customer service was great at check in, limited seating area in room. Close to falls, and a 15 minute walk to Clifton hill. Noisy in lobby area, kids riding their bikes in parking lot unattended. But overall enjoyed the experience and definitely recommend to others.

The rooms are fine but the location of this hotel seems to be in the ghetto. There were homeless people hanging out outside of the hotel. Groups of young "questionable looking" men in the lobby and elevators. Didn't feel safe at all. Not coming back!

The location is excellent, right next to the park and the waterfall, the parking lot is spacious, and the decoration retains the atmosphere of a century-old hotel. Fortunately for us we are Best Western Rewards members so we did not have to pay the $10 a day parking fee. No complimentary breakfast. Walls are very thin. We didn't get the breakfast package, but did the buffet, which because of the area is expensive; but nice selection though the bangers are a bit different than American sausage so be ready for a different consistency and flavor. The location is perfect and a nice view of the falls. Night time...

Location great, view great, staff great. Price is a bit high (over $450/night with parking) but we were here in peak season end of June into July so we understand. IHOP in the building is nice. Rooms a bit small and could us an update but that actually adds to the charm of the stay. Bed comfy, shower hot right away, and no road noise, lol. Would stay here again... if my finance situation becomes...
