I truly cannot express how sad the Parking and extra fees you guys' charge? it's disgraceful! $35 a night for offsite parking where there is a shuttle that is never available. and its easy to walk back and forth from ... but there is empty parking lots everywhere. and then additional fees for daily charges and security. Will never go back, not what I expect from a Hilton.

The view was amazing and the room was so spacious and comfy. The breakfast room is a must if you stay here. We paid extra at hotel for breakfast meal set CAD 35 each. (No buffet option)

Amazing hotel close to event concert. We ate dinner at Corso Italian restaurant which was delicious and a variety of pasta dishes wine and dessert included. The hotel gym overlooked the falls and appreciate upgrading to a fallsview room. Would return 100 percent.

Honestly, this was a very nice hotel! I went during spring break so it was a bit busy, but I was satisfied for the most part. The staff was very kind . They have a buffet styled breakfast which I loved!!! The only downfall is the parking. If you’re visiting soon, save yourself the money and just take the shuttle bus for $35 a night. Liked - Stayed at the Family Suite for one night on Jan 7. Gorgeous view of both the Falls. The suite was quite big, with 3 queen beds, 2 televisions and a jacuzzi style bathroom. Clean and tidy. Upon our groups arrival we were greeted by very friendly and helpful valets. They explained the off site parking while some in our group checked in. We got checked in, parked and shuttled back very quickly. All the staff we encountered were very organized and offered many great tips for our stay. The view of Niagara Falls from bed is incredible!!! Many hotels photoshop the view from the window in pictures of the guest rooms but what you see on the website IS what you see from your room! Rooms are always nice. Have been upgraded to a really nice sweet on one of the highest floors overlooking the falls. Clean and with great amenities; coupons for food and attractions in the area, free breakfast, free drinks at reception! Pool and gym available. Good price for great value stay!

Good for family experiences and good for kids

After 10 days i still did not receive my bill.they charged me without sending bill and when i contacted them they said we sent it and we can not send it anymore.i told them i did not receieve but they insist we can not send bill again.one time bill ,funny.it seems ehen they send bill it will be gone from their database.zero for customer service in canada

Very clean room, spacious, kids really enjoyed the water park, staff gave clear instructions, easy check in and check out.

Rooms are a bit dated. Kids had fun at the waterpark.

We had a great stay at Hilton, staff was just amazing. We reached early and Shanya at desk was super helpful and got room ready for us earlier than check in time. The ladies at bar area were super friendly. We used pool and jacuzzi which was very nice. The views of river from the room were amazing.

Very clean hotel and staffs were great. Cookies are tasty but the one thing that bothered me was the sound of the air conditioning unit was too loud.. I couldn’t sleep well.

Good resort hotel near the falls . This is especially helpful if you are to visit Skylon Tower . This is within walking distance. Good impressive lobby.

Clean room with comfortable beds with some slight wear and tear. But 8th floor could not see the falls. We could see a glimpse of the river past the parking lots/skylon. In the middle between Clifton hill and table rock. Should be walkable but was too cold to walk the night we were there.

Nice hotel but our room was supposed to be with the falls view, which being on the 16 the floor, wasn't.

We are happy to stay in doubletree … the room is clean and good fit with family and kids… also our room can see the fireworks…. And I checked with front desk, all the rooms can view the fireworks. I definitely will come back to this hotel again.

Part of the hotel is some motel rooms that is in convenient to families that take more than one room, strange people hanging out side of room smoking

Close to everything- hooters bar brings trouble tho- fridge didn't work- rooms could be cleaner- ours was dusty and smelled of smoke. We were all coughing the first night until the smoke smell cleared. Staff are helpful and friendly.

Building very old , damaged and bad. Facility felt bad including very old elevator and swimming pool. Queen bedroom very old and damaged shower tool head. Breakfast quite OK overall.

Need to get used to drinking cold water, because there is no water boiling equipment in the room

Staff was very cooperative and helpful. Specially I want to mention Om and Laadi names , Both was helpful and know how to serve customer. You can not expect room comfort like 5 star in these hotels, you get what you pay for ,on that note I can say we had nice stay in our 2 night stay.

The hotel is located along the road, a little far from the center, there are no shops nearby, shops are located 20-25 minutes walk away, the department has a continental breakfast! There are no minuses, the main thing is that the department is clean, and there are no unpleasant smells!

The hotel is in a great location, just a few minutes' drive from the Great Falls. Parking is free, and breakfast is free, but it's a simple American meal. You can take the meal to your room, which is good. There is no bottled water in the room, so you need to ask for it at the front desk.

Loved this hotel especially the hotel staff (especially a very kind lady who helped with my baby’s milk at 11 pm in night) are super friendly and accommodative. The hotel is very clean and the rooms were spacious. Loved our stay.

The room is sealed and the air circulation is by air conditioning. The facilities are old and the air conditioning is very noisy. It is so noisy that you can't sleep when it is turned on, and it feels stuffy when it is turned off. The floor does not feel very clean.

Service na d location are by far the best, the breakfast is crowded and why not as it offers a rich blend of coffee cream cheese bagels and yogurt

In the downtown area, the room is small, but the surrounding environment is good and there are many places to eat

The location is excellent, within walking distance to almost all attractions and facilities. The staff is also very friendly. There is a little noise if you are near the parking space, but it is acceptable.

Great location! Stayed here for the location. Right on Clifton Hill in the middle of all the action. 5 minute walk to falls. Restaurants, shops, and all attractions right out your door.

We had a wonderful stay and always do when we come to Niagara once a year. The rooms are clean, beds comfortable, and the staff very helpful. The hotel is right on Clifton Hill near all the action and just a quick walk to falls. We will be back next spring.

All the staff were so nice and professional! This property is literally right in the middle of the Niagara ***** so it's perfect. I've come here for years when I was little, and now I get to bring my son here.

The hotel itself is fine. My problem is with the fact that parking is not free for hotel guests and we have to pay $15 daily. On top of that they rent it out to visitors so good luck for hotel guests to find convenient parking!

GPS told us to turn into 66Th st, but the main entrance is off 65th, there is an overflow parking off 66th. it was a nice place, the breakfast area is kinda small, a TV would have been nice, not a spot to lounge in. there were no snack or soda machines, just an ice machine! outdoor sitting area was small near the main entrance. Good location but bit higher priced. They give free breakfast, free parking. Its very close to Niagara river. There is a convenient store at walking distance which is an advantage. Its seems to be a family run Motel. The cleaning staff etc are supportive and quick to help. Good for short stay.

After a long drive from New York City, when I got there I was very tired and I couldn’t wait to check in and to relax in my king room with jacuzzi(114)! Inside by the front desk I found a nice guy(probably the owner/manager) that helped me to check in 1,5 hours before than I supposed to! I was delighted to find that my room was exactly like in the description on the booking and everything was clean...

Enjoyed our room. Nice easy access to Niagra Falls. Breakfast was the normal fair with a waffle option. Room was clean but a little dark. Had movie channels on the TV. The only staff I interacted with was the lady at the front desk. She was pleasant and helpful. Not a bad option on the cheaper side.

Pretty nice hotel. It's a bit of a walk to the main part of the falls but the surrounding area is still.worth it to walk around. The people at reception are very nice and helpful. When we read the reviews it mentioned it being old but an inexpensive place to lay your head. Since it was on AirBnB we figured it couldn't be that bad. The room was not that clean, there are some rust, stains and smells like someone smoking or vaping or something. But I don't wanna underrate because of those things. I had a wonderful experience. Looks may be deceiving. The outside looks dated which may worry you but that does not matter. What matters is inside the room. We had an amazing time I went with my sister for my 52th Birthday. Everyone at the resort was great, and the best part is its location. You can actually walk to Canada from the hotel! We came there on Friday about 30 minutes before the check In time. Had to wait almost 3 hours to get into room due ti a water line break. Had dinner reservations that we almost barley made it to. The location is excellent, right next to the park and the waterfall, the parking lot is spacious, and the decoration retains the atmosphere of a century-old hotel. Yes! This hotel is well priced for the location. The rooms were semi-renovated, leaving room for improvement only in the shower/tub combo. The views were decent, but there's great indoor pool and the famous Anchor Bar is connected to the hotel - seriously, what more could a tourist ask for? Was bit apprehensive about this place (Days Inn) as I had bad experience with Days inn in new Stanton but this Days Inn ( Niagara falls blvd) is an excellent place to stay. 20 mins drive from Falls, its super clean and well maintained. This hotel is no frills, but it is a clean, worthwhile experience. Also the gym/fitness center is fabulous! My husband and I were visiting Buffalo to go and see Niagara fall in Toronto.
