I had read all the bad reviews and was a little nervous but the place is fine. So yes it is old know that going in. I was told a total renovation is coming. The pool is big but weird. First of all you have to accept that this place is a vintage 1964 stay and still looks that way. We called it HoJo's back in the day! Not a bad little hotel. Staff is vary nice and accommodating. The building itself is a little rundown. We had a room in the tower 603. I was worried that the view wouldn’t be that good. The hotel is located along the road, a little far from the center, there are no shops nearby, shops are located 20-25 minutes walk away, the department has a continental breakfast! There are no minuses, the main thing is that the department is clean, and there are no unpleasant smells!

The hotel is in a great location, just a few minutes' drive from the Great Falls. Parking is free, and breakfast is free, but it's a simple American meal. You can take the meal to your room, which is good. There is no bottled water in the room, so you need to ask for it at the front desk.

Loved this hotel especially the hotel staff (especially a very kind lady who helped with my baby’s milk at 11 pm in night) are super friendly and accommodative. The hotel is very clean and the rooms were spacious. Loved our stay.

The room is sealed and the air circulation is by air conditioning. The facilities are old and the air conditioning is very noisy. It is so noisy that you can't sleep when it is turned on, and it feels stuffy when it is turned off. The floor does not feel very clean.

The price is very good. Whether you go to the revolving restaurant or take a boat to the waterfall, you can walk there. There are also various places to eat and cafes along the way.

Parking is convenient but charged. Breakfast is simple but filling. The room is large and quiet. It takes less than 10 minutes to walk to the waterfall. We stayed two nights in a row, highly recommended!

Overall, it was okay, but there seemed to be some issues with cleanliness. There were bugs. However, most of the staff were friendly. They were especially helpful in allowing early check-in.

We always stay in a Hampton Inn when we travel. This location is clean, fairly up to date. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful, the kitchen staff not so much. However, the walking distance to Niagara Falls is a huge plus. **I do not recommend walking after dark. ** If you visit during the off season, there are many attractions and restaurants in the area that are closed.

This hotel is more like a Comfort Inn than a Hampton Inn. Very expensive, small rooms, not particularly clean, all for the low, low, price of $350/night. It would be fine if it wasn't so ridiculously overpriced. Their breakfast is very good though but when you spend major bucks on a room, I expect more than just a good breakfast. Clean hotel and very friendly staff. Location is solid, but not the closest. Roughly a one mile walk to cave of the winds and 7/10ths to maid of the mist. Biggest negative or positive, depending on your perspective, this is a pet friendly hotel. Those with allergies might need to reconsider. Lots of pets on-site during our recent stay. Overall, had a good stay.

I enjoyed my stay here and I would recommend it to others. It is very affordable and the hostel is walking distance to the falls. The Amtrak train station is about 1 mile from the hostel. There is a nice nature trail that takes you there. When I arrived, the owner provided a lot of helpful information about Niagara Falls and his recommendations. Really enjoyed my stay at the Gorge View Hostel close to the falls and so much more. Owner was very helpful and had a great since of humor🤣 would differently stay again rooms were great with loads of space. Great place to stay for Niagara Falls. Easy to check in and the rooms are nicer than a normal hostel based on space. Walking distance to the Falls and all public transportation options are very close too.

I visited back in 2015, and the hotel itself was very good, for the price! The location was also top-notch. The only downside was that the beds were quite hard, but maybe that has changed half a decade later. Also, how come it says it costs $893 to stay one night on Google Maps? Great value for money. Booked this one for a last-minute visit to the Falls and got a great rate. Staff reached out to confirm arrival time, explained how to get the key (since we were arriving late after close of office hours) and was extremely friendly. Check-out was smooth (less than 20 seconds). Room was clean and the facilities were as described. Highly recommended.

We stayed here over the long weekend and we had a good experience! Clearly dated but quite neat and clean nonetheless. I stay here every time I come to Niagara falls great prices, clean rooms, friendly staff and they just keep getting better. Its not a modern hotel but captures the old Niagara feel before the big casinos took over. Tip for a great breakfast go to Dad's Diner about a block away

This place is old, sheets looks relatively clean. Biggest issue for me was the slow internet. Also no slippers were provided. Probably never go again.

It's pretty good, close to the falls (about a 10-15 minute walk). The parking lot is also large. Overall, I'm quite satisfied, except the breakfast restaurant is a bit small. It gets crowded during Christmas. Overall, it's worth staying at; the location is comparable to larger hotels. Those with a large budget can ignore this.

The set up of the building is confusing if you’re not familiar with it the attendant on staff was little to no help . After explaining to him my elderly mother needed to get to her room , I asked twice for help , he showed very little kindness and no actual professionalism at all . Good budget hotel, good breakfast, friendly staff

I stayed one year back, but the experience was bit bad. The reception lady was good but the old Indian lady with glasses in the kitchen always stare your child and it looks too rude. You have to request them to clean your room. Overall 60% value for money.

We had a few issues with this property, specifically our room. One of the tables in the living area was cracked almost in half. The air conditioning unit was extremely loud. Breakfast ended way too early (9am). Once we finished breakfast, our room keys did not work. We had them re-keyed but they still didn't work. Good location but bit higher priced. They give free breakfast, free parking. Its very close to Niagara river. There is a convenient store at walking distance which is an advantage. Its seems to be a family run Motel. The cleaning staff etc are supportive and quick to help. Good for short stay.

After a long drive from New York City, when I got there I was very tired and I couldn’t wait to check in and to relax in my king room with jacuzzi(114)! Inside by the front desk I found a nice guy(probably the owner/manager) that helped me to check in 1,5 hours before than I supposed to! I was delighted to find that my room was exactly like in the description on the booking and everything was clean...

Enjoyed our room. Nice easy access to Niagra Falls. Breakfast was the normal fair with a waffle option. Room was clean but a little dark. Had movie channels on the TV. The only staff I interacted with was the lady at the front desk. She was pleasant and helpful. Not a bad option on the cheaper side.

Jacuzzi wasnt working. People werecswimming in the pool fully clothed with pants shirts no bathing suits. Never went swimming there.

Booked a double-bed room at Courtside Inn on a November 2022 Sataurday for $59 + taxes and fess => $70.70 CAD total. The staff were very kind allowing us to change our booking date and honour it in the case of severe snowstorm, after we have called and emailed them. We had a great time here. They accommodated us right away. It was our first time in a motel and I must say we enjoyed it more than a hotel stay. The kids enjoyed the pool. The sweet manager opened the pool for us at nigbt so the kids can swim. Frank from front end was easy to talk to and so nice. Never judge a book by its cover. After recently commenting our dislike for Roadside motels, we were discouraged upon driving up to our reservation. The recently redone sink and bathroom brought comfort to our minds, and the large comfy king bed brought comfort to our bodies. We enjoyed our stay and left well rested.

Very nice. Very clean. I wish it advertised that there is no elevator as I am handicapped and if course I was assigned an upstairs room. The gentleman at the desk seemed a bit put out when I needed to change it but with a heavy sigh he did. The maintenance staff was great. Had an issue with the TV and the gentleman who helped us was so friendly. He wanted to make sure it was fixed properly.
