Parking was easy. Very close to Niagara falls state park. lots of dining options available nearby.

It was ok. The “excellent” reviews were an exaggeration. The bathroom was tiny. The room had a very strong disinfectant smell, which was almost overwhelming. We probably would not choose this hotel again.

Very good price for a hotel so close to Clifton Hill and all the attractions. Our room had a great street view! Although there were NO amenities. Big minus.. A good hotel as compared to price. Rooms were clean. Furnitures are bit old. Bathroom was clean and good. Free breakfast. Had bread, muffins, cinabon rolls, waffle, juice and coffee. I am student in Niagara college, when I come to Canada I had no idea about Niagara region for a stay but the manager of Tropicana Inn motel Mr. Rajesh helped me and give me a room which was nice and clean and with good atmosphere Also good deals.. The room is a box. There were cups and garbage underneath the bed from previous guests. The towels are hand towels at best. The Mgr was kind, but had to leave a $200 cash deposit, which was not expected on top of already paying up front for my entire stay. Other than that, it is basic and cheapest I could find.

When we there they accompanied us to the room and welcomed us but the owner is a nice guy the wife wasn't the nicest. Not copcallers about noise or rent which was nice walls are thin need to be really quiet. If you asked for a sheet or towel can only get one in the morning give toilet paper. Pillows were flat as hell so bring ur own pillow. Good area 15 min walk to grocery store with bus routes.

It's really an excellent option for the price. It's clean (although outdated) but who cares because it's clean! It has the same amenities you'd find anywhere else, plus a cute little kitchenette, and the owner(?) was very sweet even though we ended up needing to check in late into the evening.

The hostel is a vintage house with four private rooms up in the second floor. Clean and neat through out the whole place. The staff was amazing!!! Rick allowed us to have a nice late check out and leave our car parked while we walked to the falls. It was located great to walk everywhere. They even walked us to our room and showed us how to use the air and lights. Definitely no frills. But a larger refrigerator is a must for me as I travel with my own food. And the kindness and welcoming feel we had was lovely!!!

We had a good time staying at Parkway. The room was really clean; it had very small fridge, small tv, and small ac unit. Bathroom was clean and there multiple clean white towels to use. WiFi signal was very weak in our room and completely unusable. In terms of location, this motel is pretty far from downtown area. Overall, for the price you pay it’s a good place.

Great accommodations for the price. steps from clifton hills. Its very dated but it was clean, fresh linens, working tv and cable. comfy bed and pillows too! Ac unit in the room. ours stopped working around 1045 pm and we went and got the owner and he came out and fixed it right away. Great experience. We did not use the pool but it looked clean and inviting. 10/10 Will stay again.

The location is great as far as close walking distance to all restaurants, both casino's and the falls. Service was very froendly and professional, however, the building is an older type condtruction, some paint and modern upkeep would help the cosmetics. Rooms were clean but if you are not worried about modernization, the prices are good. If you are looking for elegance, this is not the place.

Everything was on point. The place was clean and tidy. The bathroom was clean and comfortable. The internet was slow but everything else was good. Checking in was fast. The shower gel was smelling so good and their shampoo. It didn't seem like the cheap stuff.

This is an old hotel that has been sort of updated. It's clean. The shower in the room is not really a walk in shower. It has a 6'' lip on it. The toilet is small. There is not much room between the toilet and the wall when you sit down

For the price room not bad however it is the end of July and pool is not filtered, don't advertise it if it's unusable.

I had a great experience here at sunset inn! The people at the front desk were very kind and humorous and even upgraded my rooms to ones better suited for my group. Sunset Inn is a cozy motel with a fantastic location close to the falls and attractions. The room was equipped with a small fridge and a microwave oven, and the bathroom and beds were clean. However, the mattress was not very comfortable. The staff was very friendly, and overall, I was happy with what we got for the price. I will definitely come back and recommend it to others.
