Good room but expect it to be noisy at night. People talk just outside your room. Same like other motels. Otherwise it was good.

Me and my girlfriend stayed there for a weekend it was a great experience, rooms were so clean and housekeeping was done properly . Staff is very good and dave (the guy on front desk) is very friendly and funny .Moreover this motel is not for from falls and public attractions. At last our overall experience was very good .

This motel is clean, and the staff are friendly. The price is very reasonable, if you have children, this motel is clean enough for them to sleep in. The destination is a 5-10 minute drive from all major attractions, and 5 a minute walk to Canada One outlet. If you decided to take a taxi to any attraction, it would not be an expensive ride.

Great location. Easy to find. Friendly staff. No breakfast.. Microwaves and mini fridge was ok. Microwave was burnt inside. The problem was the toilet was loose. It moved when you sat down.

The rooms are pretty great compared to a lot of other motels out there. Their bathroom utility is super up-to-date compared to other motels as well. The beds are comfortable and the staff are extremely nice and helpful!

This is probably the best place to stay in this area. The house and the rooms are very beautiful. If the price works out for you, just go for it. I'm sure that you will have a great experience. The owner and the staff were very friendly, helpful and accomodative.

This place is a GEM. Excellent service and staff :) very peaceful and was awesome to come to a cozy and quaint home after 10 hour drive. Comfortable bed!! Warm bath and clean quarters. Would definitely stay there again when in that neck of the woods.

Breakfast was amazing!? all homemade, started with apple crisp, then had smoked salmon on a baguette, then scrambled eggs on portabella mushroom, and fruit & yogurt parfait. Booked the master suite for me and my wife for our honeymoon in Niagara falls, my wife loves hillcrest inn, the owners are great and kind, everything about this B&B is amazing, I recommend it to everyone.

Never thought its going to be that clean n well put only bad experience I had was in the kitchen room with the Lady is I accidently spilled water n she shouted I just clean it. The rooms look like just renovated as per 2015-Aug-30, the administration is very kind and you can negotiate the price if you get more than one night, good continental breakfast. No more bed bugs ( as previous reviews ) , very clean and even fancy for the price . Good price for when I booked it, but the room lacked TV was at least 10 years old, AC on max took 1.5 hours to cool down the room, no amenities but that's expected, room was pretty clean, I'd still recommend wearing sandals though

The hotel was very clean and had a lot to offer. The location is conveniently located where you can leave your car parked at the hotel parking and walk the entire tourist part of Niagara falls. They have an IHOP restaurant on the ground floor and provide a $15 dollar discount coupon if you eat there, and other coupons for nearby restorations and attractions. I truly cannot express how sad the Parking and extra fees you guys' charge? it's disgraceful! $35 a night for offsite parking where there is a shuttle that is never available. and its easy to walk back and forth from ... but there is empty parking lots everywhere. and then additional fees for daily charges and security. Will never go back, not what I expect from a Hilton.

Amazing hotel close to event concert. We ate dinner at Corso Italian restaurant which was delicious and a variety of pasta dishes wine and dessert included. The hotel gym overlooked the falls and appreciate upgrading to a fallsview room. Would return 100 percent.

The rooms have best views in my opinion but the management really needs to work on their room service. As every guest says it, the location is one the best in the area. There are WeGo bus stops near the hotel. A WeGo day pass at CAD 11 is good value. Armed with this pass, one don't even need to use the inclined train ( at the back of the hotel) to go to Table Rock Center. I my opinion, the close up view of the Horseshoe Falls outside Table Rock center is better than viewing from the hotel's falls view...

Make sure you read the small print about the view of the falls! We booked a room that said “falls view” as opposed to “city view” but when we came to check in it was partial falls view and the photos of the view out the window were incorrect and it was half falls view but with the corner of another hotel obscuring the full view. My spouse and I travelled with our 1 year old dog the staff at the front desk was very accommodating. Check in was very quick and simple. Our room was clean and comfortable and it was quiet. Perfect place to stay for a hockey tournament. They kept most of the team together in the older wing. We received a few emails regarding on the hotel renovation before we checked in. First we were concerned, after we checked in the hotel, we knew we found the right place. Stayed from Sunday-Tuesday. Staff were nice and the rooms were clean. Best part is you can sign in to watch Netflix or Disney+ on your personal account. Celebrated our one year wedding anniversary here! There was a nice welcome note in our room when we arrived to help us celebrate. Everyone at the front desk we spoke to was super nice. Rooms are large and spacious, very clean even with the hotel being under renovation. Beds are firm, I found myself sleeping on top of the duvet and using the spare blanket. Very close to the center and the Niagara Falls, clean Motel. The service was amazing. The staff were very nice and helpful. The man from the office gave us a map, and advised us on were to go and how to pay in Canadian dollars. Even in our last day he let us keep our car in the motel’s lot for two hours free even after we checked out. I strongly recommend this Motel when you arrive to Ontario.

For the value, with parking it’s tough to go wrong here. The staff are great. The other guests are interesting and friendly. I would feel better giving it 4.5 stars but I can’t give it a full 5 only due to the lack of microwave and not so comfy mattresses. Wonderful stay. Everything was excellent. We were able to check in slightly early with no extra cost. Parking is free and right outfront. We were on the 2nd floor and it was easy to get too even for the kids. Once the kids were on bed, we sat on the sundeck and it was nice and quite. We ordered some food and watched the fireworks. We stayed in Feburary. Decent lodging close to downtown Niagara Falls. We were always out exploring so we never spent time in the room other than to sleep. Dave (Stephen Harper lookalike) was super friendly and had great local knowledge. Would definitely book again...in the off season.

Let me first say that for $50 a night you can't have high expectations as you really get what you pay for. The rooms are out dated and in desperate need of a renovation as the wallpaper is peeling and bathrooms are stained. Pros: comfortable bed, friendly staff Cons: room wasn't cleaned properly when we first got there. We found hair on our bed under the comforters, no plugs/outlets by nightstand...

Nice little spot that's not in all the hustle of Niagara Falls. It was quiet and relaxing. The staff was very helpful. I only gave 4 stars because we had to pay for parking even though we were staying as guests, and there wasn't much within walking distance, that it would've saved me a parking fee somewhere else.

Close to everything- hooters bar brings trouble tho- fridge didn't work- rooms could be cleaner- ours was dusty and smelled of smoke. We were all coughing the first night until the smoke smell cleared. Staff are helpful and friendly.

Very affordable and clean. The wifi worked great so not sure why people complained about it. Most of the hotels in the area charge $50+ for parking and they only charge $10. Unfortunately my stay was non-existent as the office had already closed when I booked a room. Booking was done through Hotwire but it was never mentioned that the office was closed. The manager at Fairway Inn was very friendly and helpful with assisting me in getting a refund processed.

I like the place! Got good AC and heaters. All your basic needs for a good price. Clean, they don't care how dirty you keep it of how much water or electricity you use (I've actually had many hotels complain to people I know.) Only problem is that my room didn't have a microwave, not sure if others did. Otherwise, good place to stay!
