Good room but expect it to be noisy at night. People talk just outside your room. Same like other motels. Otherwise it was good.
Me and my girlfriend stayed there for a weekend it was a great experience, rooms were so clean and housekeeping was done properly . Staff is very good and dave (the guy on front desk) is very friendly and funny .Moreover this motel is not for from falls and public attractions. At last our overall experience was very good .
This motel is clean, and the staff are friendly. The price is very reasonable, if you have children, this motel is clean enough for them to sleep in. The destination is a 5-10 minute drive from all major attractions, and 5 a minute walk to Canada One outlet. If you decided to take a taxi to any attraction, it would not be an expensive ride.

Great location. Easy to find. Friendly staff. No breakfast.. Microwaves and mini fridge was ok. Microwave was burnt inside. The problem was the toilet was loose. It moved when you sat down.
I booked two rooms for one night's stay. The staff was very friendly, they gave useful tips on visiting falls. The rooms were clean and spacious. I would stay here again.
The rooms are pretty great compared to a lot of other motels out there. Their bathroom utility is super up-to-date compared to other motels as well. The beds are comfortable and the staff are extremely nice and helpful!
Nice people running this place, gave some tips on the falls. Queen beds were comfortable. It's an ok place, probably won't stay here again. Our room was clean, but the place is dated. Electrical outlets weren't working - and as a result, the fridge and TV were not working. Building is very close to the road, so you get traffic noise. One of the beds is very close to the AC unit, but in order to keep...
Dont know about others complaining, this is a decent motel with very clean rooms. The rooms are very spacious and owners/front desk staff are very informative and knowledgeable about the area. Gave us the directions and do's and don'ts. Obviously this is Memorial day weekend and prices were on little higher side, but comparing with other hotels/motels in area it was worth staying here and spending...

This is probably the best place to stay in this area. The house and the rooms are very beautiful. If the price works out for you, just go for it. I'm sure that you will have a great experience. The owner and the staff were very friendly, helpful and accomodative.
Excellent B&B! Cassidy is the Best!
This place is a GEM. Excellent service and staff :) very peaceful and was awesome to come to a cozy and quaint home after 10 hour drive. Comfortable bed!! Warm bath and clean quarters. Would definitely stay there again when in that neck of the woods.
Breakfast was amazing!? all homemade, started with apple crisp, then had smoked salmon on a baguette, then scrambled eggs on portabella mushroom, and fruit & yogurt parfait. The room is a bit small (we had English room) but it is beautiful in this historic house that is 100 years old. I would stay again. Loved it?
Awesome. When you consider the quantness, location, hospitality, and yummy bountiful breakfast...there is no better place to stay in Niagara. Plan to return.
Booked the master suite for me and my wife for our honeymoon in Niagara falls, my wife loves hillcrest inn, the owners are great and kind, everything about this B&B is amazing, I recommend it to everyone.

The place is really good. Never thought its going to be that clean n well put only bad experience I had was in the kitchen room with the Lady is I accidently spilled water n she shouted I just clean it. Come on I wanted to wipe it myself but the way u talk just pissed me n on the other hand its part of ur job. Customer service please.
The rooms look like just renovated as per 2015-Aug-30, the administration is very kind and you can negotiate the price if you get more than one night, good continental breakfast. No more bed bugs ( as previous reviews ) , very clean and even fancy for the price . About the comment of the guy who couldnt sleep, is a hotel, obviously is gona be cars and there is no such noise don't be a princess

Room was basic, no frills but clean and hosts friendly. Bonus was a second window facing the back the gave us a cool breeze on a June night
Good price for when I booked it, but the room lacked TV was at least 10 years old, AC on max took 1.5 hours to cool down the room, no amenities but that's expected, room was pretty clean, I'd still recommend wearing sandals though
Great price! Comfortable, welcoming. Went up for 2 days... stayed 4... gave us more spending money to do attractions, instead of paying ridulous amounts for a hotel. Definately go there again!!! Thank you again!
Clean family owned motel. a bit old but well looked after. Priced right
This was comfortable stay for us. We stayed here because of the large 3 bed rooms. It is far enough from all the attractions that the price is reasonable. It was a comfortable stay. The rooms were clean. The grounds were kept clean and the pool was nice.

The hotel is comfortable, the rooms are pretty, and the view is good. The pool is nice but doesn't look or smells clean. The room service is good when they do it. I spend 7 days till they provide new bed clothes and fresh towels (I asked for that). The price for a 500 ml bottle of water is 3.5 cad, and the hotel fee per night is around 6 dollars. Most of the staff is nice, but the manager (I think...
The hotel was very clean and had a lot to offer. The location is conveniently located where you can leave your car parked at the hotel parking and walk the entire tourist part of Niagara falls. They have an IHOP restaurant on the ground floor and provide a $15 dollar discount coupon if you eat there, and other coupons for nearby restorations and attractions. Will definitely stay here again.
Nice location, you could walk to the falls which is highly recommended since you're already paying $20 for parking at the hotel. The rooms were fine, nothing fancy, but comfortable. No fridge in room. You get coupons for nearby restaurants which is nice since prices are inflated in tourist areas (and there is a Niagara falls tourist tax). If you are from the States be advised that even though your...

I truly cannot express how sad the Parking and extra fees you guys' charge? it's disgraceful! $35 a night for offsite parking where there is a shuttle that is never available. and its easy to walk back and forth from ... but there is empty parking lots everywhere. and then additional fees for daily charges and security. Will never go back, not what I expect from a Hilton.
Our rooms were amazing on the 45th floor of their US/CAD fallsview
View from my room was fabulous. It’s was a great experience.
The view was amazing and the room was so spacious and comfy. The breakfast room is a must if you stay here. We paid extra at hotel for breakfast meal set CAD 35 each. (No buffet option)
Amazing hotel close to event concert. We ate dinner at Corso Italian restaurant which was delicious and a variety of pasta dishes wine and dessert included. The hotel gym overlooked the falls and appreciate upgrading to a fallsview room. Would return 100 percent.

The rooms have best views in my opinion but the management really needs to work on their room service. The room service was lacklustre, the water I ordered from uber eats was delivered before the water that I ordered twice from room service. There was no bottle of water in the room at all, even if its chargeable, there must be water bottles in room as someone has travelled a lot to get to this hotel...
Great stay at Embassy Suites Niagara Falls. The location is unbeatable…..literally a 5-minute walk to the Falls and right next to the casino and Fallsview attractions. Spacious two-room suite was clean and comfortable with a panoramic full view of the Falls from the 32nd floor…..watching the lights and fireworks at night was spectacular. Loved the free made-to-order breakfast (huge selection and good...
As every guest says it, the location is one the best in the area. There are WeGo bus stops near the hotel. A WeGo day pass at CAD 11 is good value. Armed with this pass, one don't even need to use the inclined train ( at the back of the hotel) to go to Table Rock Center. I my opinion, the close up view of the Horseshoe Falls outside Table Rock center is better than viewing from the hotel's falls view...
Ilwe have paid 150 CAD more for river review but we weresatisfied with the room and service.
Make sure you read the small print about the view of the falls! We booked a room that said “falls view” as opposed to “city view” but when we came to check in it was partial falls view and the photos of the view out the window were incorrect and it was half falls view but with the corner of another hotel obscuring the full view. We paid another £152 on top of the £240 we paid for the room to upgrade...

Nice budget hotel….nothing too fancy but the beds are comfy and reasonable clean. Affordable when on a budget in Niagara. The room was reasonably clean. Bed was comfy. The hotel restaurant Turtle Jacks is very good. Check in was extremely slow. We have two small kids, and this was a bit annoying. Maid service is only every three days, this is a weak point as it’s nice to have your bed made at least
The Staff were very pleasant. Check in and out was very quick. Our room was clean, comfortable and quiet. We parked on site. The parking lot was well maintained. We walked to nearby restaurants and the Casino. A farther walk to see the Falls. We had a better experience here than what we had at one of the larger hotels in Niagara Falls. We would definitely stay here again.
My family of 6 had a great stay! When making reservations we were given a free upgrade to accommodate our large family. Then at a arrival the front desk lady upgraded us a gain to a 1 bedroom jacuzzi suite! Everyone had a comfortable bed and lots of room. The jacuzzi tub made my husband and I's stay. The room had a microwave, mini fridge and coffee maker. Kids had fun in the pool. However it was only...
My spouse and I travelled with our 1 year old dog the staff at the front desk was very accommodating. Check in was very quick and simple. Our room was clean and comfortable and it was quiet. We had 2 queen beds and a pretty decent view of the falls. Furniture is a-bit dated but it wasn’t a major concern. If you have pets and are coming to Niagara I would recommend this hotel.
Friendly helpful staff. Comfortable room. If you can ask for the room with the best view of the falls you can get. It's well worth it!!!!
Perfect place to stay for a hockey tournament. They kept most of the team together in the older wing. There were about 8 teams there and they seemed to keep us away from other guests which I’m sure they appreciated. Very clean, well maintained rooms. Lots of chairs/bench seating in the room. The place is pricey ($304 for a 2 queen bed suite). The room had a jacuzzi in the middle of the living room which was the highlight of the stay there. It was useful. The carpet was old and stained. Overall, the hotel building...
Price is good. Walking distance to the Niagara falls and restaurants. Parking next to the building. Front desk really helpful and friendly, specially Ralph. No breakfast included and the rooms look a little bit outdated and need a deep clean. AC ducts, behind the beds, carpet, etc.
Nice place in a very convenient location. You're only a few blocks away from the falls. You can hear them as soon as you leave the hotel which was very pleasant. Their guest services were extremely quick whenever we called for any room service. And not only is there a pool here but they have a nice bar that has a fun karaoke night. This our second stay and loved it. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Very good communication about the construction. The room was clean and well organized. Beds are very comfortable. The bathroom is very clean. The only thing we had trouble with is regulating the water in the shower. Thank you very much for the enjoyable stay.
The location of the hotel was really great, I could access attractions, restaurants, and parking lot easily. Also, the front desk lady was really nice and friendly. I believe her name was Tina(?) (She's a Korean). Even though the hotel was in the middle of construction, there was nothing inconvenient. Me and my family had a great experience.
Pleasantly surprised by this hotel. After booking we were informed of renovations taking place, and a number of hotel services would be unavailable (restaurant, pool etc.), but given the location of the hotel there's no shortage of other great restaurants a stones throw away. We had an issue with our first room as it smelled of stale cigarette smoke, but after a short call with the front desk they...

We received a few emails regarding on the hotel renovation before we checked in. First we were concerned, after we checked in the hotel, we knew we found the right place. The renovation did not bother our stay at all. It’s just the closure of the pool and gym which we wouldn’t use. The room size and set up are well designed and practical. South facing room giving us a bonus to have a Falls view....
They just renovated the hotel, and the rooms look great! The bedding is a good quality to my surprise for a 3.5 star hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful, as I would have not remembered to ask to have the tourist tax taken off my food bills in restaurants while in Niagara Falls.

We had a wonderful stay, as did our wedding guests! The whole venue has an incredibly intimate and elegant vibe. It’s beautifully decorated around Christmas giving it an extra special charm! I was very pleasantly surprised by how nice the inside was. Based on the outside appearance, I was afraid it would be dated and old. We ate dinner at the restaurant. However, the manager had met us earlier in the night and remembered...
Celebrated our one year wedding anniversary here! There was a nice welcome note in our room when we arrived to help us celebrate. Everyone at the front desk we spoke to was super nice. We brought our standard poodle with us, and we felt the accommodations for pets were great. The room was clean, bed was comfy, it's a little dated but very well maintained. Only about a 10 minute walk to the falls.
Not bad for location. The room was average, clean. My boyfriend and I were put in the pet area so the hallway was very barky but you could barely hear the dogs once inside the room so that was fine. Overall, we would stay here again!
I took my boyfriend out for his birthday weekend from Toronto to Niagara, and this was the perfect affordable and cozy place to stay. Just a 5-7 minute walk to Clifton Hill (there’s a short path down the street from the hotel) & Fallsview blvd, the front desk staff was very kind to us. Let me first say that for $50 a night you can't have high expectations as you really get what you pay for. The rooms are out dated and in desperate need of a renovation as the wallpaper is peeling and bathrooms are stained. Nice little spot that's not in all the hustle of Niagara Falls. It was quiet and relaxing. The staff was very helpful. I only gave 4 stars because we had to pay for parking even though we were staying as guests, and there wasn't much within walking distance, that it would've saved me a parking fee somewhere else.
The staff was fairly nice and the king room we had was small but pleasant view of the Buddhist temple next door. The jet tub was dirty and didn't work at first though. I would stay there again but opt out of the jet tub room.
Excellent resort. Free parking. Next to a temple and white water walk. A bit out of tourist area but the price is great for a Ramada! Room is clean. Bathroom is nice. Can't think anything bad about it. It certainly deserves higher ratings.
Great, clean room. Excellent service. A bit out of the area from things to do but it's a short drive to the falls area. Unfortunately, parking is not free at this location. Overall, had a great stay!

Very affordable and clean. The wifi worked great so not sure why people complained about it. Most of the hotels in the area charge $50+ for parking and they only charge $10. Close to the falls and city centre. For the money I saved I'd stay here again, the place was quiet, comfortable and clean enough for me.
Unfortunately my stay was non-existent as the office had already closed when I booked a room. Booking was done through Hotwire but it was never mentioned that the office was closed. The manager at Fairway Inn was very friendly and helpful with assisting me in getting a refund processed.
I like the place! Got good AC and heaters. All your basic needs for a good price. Clean, they don't care how dirty you keep it of how much water or electricity you use (I've actually had many hotels complain to people I know.) Only problem is that my room didn't have a microwave, not sure if others did. Otherwise, good place to stay!
