Awesome hotel!! The room was spotless and tidy. The location was beautiful and private but also so close to the town that you are able to go and do stuff without any trouble. The house keepers and front desk people were so helpful and kind throughout the entire stay. Honestly the best hotel me and my family have ever stayed at. The price for the hotel was amazing especially because with their quality you could definitely charge more. We will be staying here again next year.

This place is an absolute dream. Dinner was amazing, service was fantastic, room was clean, location is amazing. 10/10 definitely returning. Breakfast buffet has room for improvement, but all in all, excellent experience.

Was absolutely a beautiful place outside. The inside was just as nice when walking in .the room was clean and fresh with a king bed . . The view was superb. The restaurant food and service were fantastic. The patio had closed, but they allowed us to stay and enjoy the quiet . Instead of going inside . I would say this was a very relaxing, enjoyable 2 days. We will be back ..

After breaking down in Revelstoke we were forced to stay the night. The only room left in town was at the Coast Resort. While the cost was quite pricey we were given a 25% discount. Chelsea and Adam provided the best service with a complimentary ride down town and cookies brought to our room before bed. The restaurant has amazing views of the mountains and the food was great. Being served like this in a stressful time was truly a blessing. Our short stay was nothing less than perfect.

We have travelled from Victoria to Calgary twice in the past year for surgery on our dog. Picked them for our stopping point in both directions as listed as dog friendly. Rooms are very clean, quiet and comfortable. Lots of dogs in and out each of our 4 stays. Staff are great, very accommodating and seem to genuinely like dogs. About a 10 minute drive into town centre. Great patio to sit and eat or have a drink and enjoy the stunning views. Will continue to use them if heading out that way again.

This is one of my favorite places I've stayed in Revelstoke. The restaurant is fantastic, and the overall vibe of the hotel is great. Mt Begbie brewing is right down the road from the hotel which was also a bonus!

The location is top notch, with gorgeous views of Mount Begbie. Rooms are spacious and clean and the customer service excellent. Nicole at reception was the most fabulous with arranging a different room for us, being that our original room was right above a loud industrial sized fan. All of this was free of charge. The best part was also the hot tub and fab breakfast. Although we stayed only a night, we could have easily stayed longer. Thank you for the treat away from home.

We stayed at Hillcrest for skiing in February. A great location for skiing at Revelstoke Mountain Resort. The staff was wonderful. The only complaints we had related to 1) excess humidity in the room and 2) slow breakfast service if you order off the menu.
Evidently the bathroom vents all share a central fan that was only on intermittently while we were there. That resulted in some excess humidity in the room the first day. However, as soon as was spoke with the front desk they made a service call to get that fixed and delivered a dehumidifier to our room.
The Restaurant was a good choice for dinner and the breakfast buffet is perfect for skiing. We should have done that each morning. The first morning, we made the mistake of ordering eggs, bacon and toast off the menu. The restaurant was empty, yet for some reason it took them 40 minutes to bring out our eggs, bacon and toast. If you are there to ski (or need to get breakfast in less than an hour), do not order from the kitchen, just enjoy the buffet.
Everyone on the staff was friendly and professional. Very happy we stayed there. Looking forward to returning.

Stayed at the hotel during peak ski season. one thing the hotel fails to mention is that the majority of clientele staying there, is there for heli-skiing. Not that its a bad thing, but we felt a little out of place when we were only there for resort skiing. We would have appreciated being surrounded by other fellow resort goers. Not just being told we need to splash out the money to heli ride.
Hotel staff was ok - unresponsive to requests or any concerns we may have had. Stuck in Kelowna for the night because the airplane landed late and rental car places are shut down? Too bad. Not even a breakfast voucher for having to book an additional hotel because we were stranded and couldn't make it to the hotel the first night.
Also, the front door to our room was ....in the hotel lobby? It was annoying having people place their gear in front of the room all the time.

The hotel is always decorated so nice and welcoming for the Christmas holidays.
Unfortunately I was staying in a room above the restaurant and could hear the chairs scraping along the floor every time someone moved Some little felts for the legs would be an easy fix.
Also there were only 2 staff at the front desk that actually smiled and asked how the day was, everyone else ignored me as I came in.
Food was delicious.
