Beautiful hotel in a picture perfect, calm and remote setting with great views all around. Staff was friendly.
Spotless, spacious rooms with comfy beds. Breakfast was good, my wife loved the waffle machines. We stayed a couple of nights to explore the area (mountain biking, hiking) and would have liked to stay a bit longer.

The hotel is quite nice and very comfortable, but dated and needs a refresh. The rooms were nice. The grounds need some TLC, a little landscaping would go a long way. The location is great, even though it's a short drive out of town it's worth it. Overall we would stay again.

I wanted to make sure I left a review because after reading this resorts reviews I felt it was important. My husband and I came for one night on the way to banff and we were suppose to stay two nights in banff but we ended up cutting our banff trip short to return. We ended up getting the cutest pet friendly cabin that had a hot tub on the deck. We took advantage of the rental shop on site and rented a side by side and went to some beautiful secluded beaches…the memories and views were breathtaking. So many beautiful waterfalls close by to go see…I’m from Kelowna and Revelstoke had left a lasting impression on me. The staff at this hotel have been nothing but accommodating and friendly…and all the vintage snowmobiles are pretty amazing. Watching my dog live his best dog life on this amazing property is something I’ll never forget. Yes you might run into some nature outdoorsy things but ur in the mountains outside…don’t come here if u hate nature. Lol…I will be booking some sledding trips this winter 💯 the fact that u can sled right out of the parking lot…I’m really excited for my next adventure here😊 Oh & the complimentary Wine at checkin…how did they know I needed a glass of wine!

Be careful when booking this place. When I called them to make a reservation I was under the impression I spoke with the hotel directly but in reality it was a third party that overcharged us significantly. Both the phone number and the links took us away from the hotel website without us knowing it only to find out later that the booking had been made through Expedia. When mentioning this to the Manager during our stay he was completely ignorant to this and blamed Expedia. This is not a trustworthy place. Would not go again.

Beautiful, large rooms. Very friendly staff. Everything was clean and looked good. 4 stars because Hot tub was closed and the kitchen wasn't serving dinner. Which is a bummer when it's located so far away from Revelstoke proper.

My fiance and I were excited for our stay at the resort. Unfortunately, the room we were provided had fruit flies, spiders, and it was dirty under the couch chairs. When I went to speak with someone at the front desk about the issue, they advised that a manager would reach out to me. Unfortunately, it has been several days since our stay, and I have heard nothing from them.
The location is fine, but the hotel room itself is overpriced for what you receive. I would not recommend staying here.

We were really surprised how nice the rooms were and lodge in general. Rustic but super clean and huge room, with a fireplace. Staff was very accommodating big pool for my little guy was so perfect.

Stayed in one of the cabins for a night to celebrate an engagement. Cabin is beautiful, nice open loft on the top floor. Fully appointed kitchen on the main floor with cutlery and cookware. Pull out couch and gas fireplace in a cozy living area. Out the back door you look onto green space and views of the surrounding mountains. The private hot tub was perfect after being on the mountain all day. Complimentary breakfast had a great variety of typical food, fruit and baked goods. Staff went out of their way to make sure we were well accommodated. We will definitely be coming back here.

The staff were amazing, they went above and beyond for us during our stay. The rooms were clean and had a wide range of cooking utensils provided as well as a bbq. The private hot tub was the perfect way to unwind and relax after a big day out on the mountain. I have nothing negative to say about our stay and I can't wait to come back for another trip.
