Stayed for 2 nights before our flight. Good place if you want to be near the airport .They have airport shuttle every 30 mins. which is very convenient for us with luggage’s and kids in tow. Modest breakfast selections. There are some fast food restaurants near the area. Train station is also walkable.

I booked this hotel for the first night we were in Vancouver because it was close to the airport and I've stayed in the Hampton Inn in several cities in the US which have all been quite nice. Most of the employees were friendly and helpful. Parking is free and just outside the entrance to the hotel. Breakfast is complimentary with a variety of foods: cereal, bread, muffins, bagels, scrambled & boiled eggs, Canadian Bacon, waffles, pancakes, fruit, and juices. The dining area is large enough to accommodate many guests. There's also a beverage area that's available anytime for coffee and hot water for tea and hot chocolate. Your room key is required for accessing upper floors. A workout room is on the second floor. There's no restaurant on site, but several are nearby. As for the room, it was nice, but the beds were much too soft for me. For that reason I'd try a different hotel on my next visit.

Our room was small but nice. Employees friendly and helpful. Included breakfast is ok, maybe avoid the sausages.

Stayed here one night for about 12 hours. Staff was friendly and helpful but the rooms were much smaller than I expected and the noise from Bridgeport Road was very disruptive! I did not sleep well with the sound of the highway outside. Maybe the hotel needs to invest in some soundproofing, at least for the south facing rooms. Not my favorite Hilton stay ever.

The experience here was delightful. The staff were friendly, rooms clean and was able to get a room upgrade. They had a paid shuttle to the cruise port and free shuttle from airport. Special touches was the apple cinnamon waffles and pineapple coconut water for breakfast. All made our stay enjoyable.

We have also stayed at the Hampton Inn near Kelowna airport and there was a distinct difference. The front desk staff at this hotel are not friendly and seem disinterested. We were not welcomed by text when we arrived or communicated with at all. The room was clean though and the bed and pillows were comfortable. The breakfast was okay but only mild weak blend coffee was available not medium or dark roast. Free parking and free breakfast is a real plus but for the price they could do better.

Hugely overpriced for convenience of proximity to airport. Basic old building with basic rooms. For the price $250++/nt, you would expect a higher level of comfort and amenities. Stayed at three Hampton Inns near airports during our trip and this hotel was 3x more expensive and 1/3 the quality and comfort. Staff were pleasant enough and the morning breakfast and all day coffee were nice. Close to the River Rock ****** Resort and some fast food places, but location is amid construction and old industrial area and not very walkable.

I traveled to vancouver to board a cruise headed to Alaska. This hotel was wonderful. Fast shuttle service when i arrived, beautiful clean modern rooms, a bountiful continental breakfast, and conveniently located nearby the bridgeport skytrain station! I will always stay here anytime im boarding a cruise from Vancouver!
