My room was facing the highway, so it was a little bit noisy 24hrs. I could take it but definitely not good for sensitive people, especially if you have trouble with sleeping.
You can refill your water bottle in the hall, but there is no coffee refill available.
The staff are nice and kind, very helpful.
BTW, you need to ask for the room keeper to come.
