Inn at Laurel Point

Extremely comfortable rooms and overall a great time staying in the hotel the location was absolutely terrific, you are close to the parliament building the museum government street and the fishermen’s wharf. Almost everything you need to do is on 20 minutes walking distance from the hotel. And the view was absolutely stunning you can watch boats take off and sea planes land. If you’re visiting Victoria could not recommend staying at the Inn at Laurel Point.

Amazing location, feels like the sea planes are going to land in your room if you get the right one! Service was excellent and easy to walk along thr coastal path to Fisherman's wharf or the other way to central Victoria. Great place.

I recently stayed and attended a conference here at the Laurel. I was truly blown away with the positive experience. My room was exceptional with one of the best views in the city. All staff went above and beyond being super friendly and receptive. The food at the conference was to die for.

Absolutely amazing hotel. The rooms are clean, bright, and spacious. We had a room with an unbeatable view of the harbor - we even got to see a heron frequent the shellfish beds in front of the hotel! Staff was excellent and made our stay great, and were so helpful when we forgot something in the room after checking out. The restaurant was delicious and we were always able to quickly get a table. They had AC and the windows were soundproofed well, so the harbor noise didn't wake us. We got a package deal for the gardens, which came with breakfast and free parking. I'm so glad we chose to stay here! We'll definitely be back.

Stayed here for the first time and we’ll definitely be back! The views are stunning and the bed is incredibly comfortable and luxurious. The location is awesome as it is still a short walk to the busy inner harbour and rest of downtown but it is also tucked away from the bustle and thus a perfect spot for a peaceful getaway. They are also pet friendly and gave me a nice room on the ground floor looking out over the Japanese garden and inner harbour. So it was easy to take my pooch out for a walk. Definitely excited to return!

I went to this hotel for a business trip. The room I stayed has an awesome view of the Harbour. The room is quiet and clean. We had our business meeting on the 6th floor, one of the conference room. They served us really well with good food and drinks. The servers were very polite and kept our water filled while necessary. We were not interrupted during our meeting at all. The front desk staffs were super helpful too. I asked for toothbrush and paste set, as well as slippers. I was kindly given all the items I needed promptly. I used the swim pool in the morning before my 9 am meeting. It was really nice because no one was there when it opens at 8am. It was perfect little routine exercise for me. The walk to downtown was quite easy. I walked everywhere, didn't need to drive my car at all sight seeing. I witnessed several wedding celebrations there during my visit. They have enough space outdoor and indoor for all sorts of celebrations type, including a horse carriage and live music performance.

Location was absolutely perfect, within walking distance of anything we needed in the way of restaurants and pubs, whale watching tours etc! The room was clean and comfortable and we had a beautiful view of the harbour. We just loved having our coffee in the morning and watching the comings and goings of all the planes and boats. Will definitely stay here on our next visit to Victoria.
