We had a very pleasant stay at the Sandman Hotel. The location is very near to the airport which is convenient for a 1-night stay when arriving late to Winnipeg. The room was very clean and comfortable, the beds were very comfortable. Good wifi connection and very nice hotel personnel.

Close to the airport, we stayed here because we had a ridiculously early morning flight. We booked a jacuzzi room, which increases my expected relative standard. It had an entrance/living room/kitchenette space, then doors to the bedroom/jacuzzi (with the ensuite attached off the bedroom).
They really should have ventilation fans above the jacuzzi - not great airflow, got a bit humid, but at least we could run the A/C at the same time. It took a long time to fill up because we couldn't properly adjust the water temperature - to get the most water flow, the water was automatically HOT (we're talking ~110F); to get more reasonable temps (below 104) the flow dropped significantly. I didn't realize this at first, so it was mostly filled with far too hot water, and we had to drain some and supplement with cool water from the kitchen sink to speed up the temperature balancing process.
The decor was rather plain overall. They don't use scent-free detergents, but it was manageable and we got decent sleep. The beds were comfortable enough. We'd probably skip the jacuzzi room next time, but it was a decent overall experience.

The staff are exceptional and so are the house keepers! I booked a room on short notice and quickly got one. I had a ridiculously late flight that I needed to stay in Winnipeg for 2 days. I asked for the cheapest room possible and the clerk done an awesome job meeting my needs. There are 2 things I was looking forward to 1, Complimentary water bottles and 2, free continental breakfast. Other than that, there was a near by gas station and Dennys!

Hotel property and rooms were clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Comfortable beds in rooms, however there was no water pressure when you turn om the hot water. We didnt love the pool area, was quite small and crowded. There were only 2 chairs for seating. Could probably add two more.

Was booked here for work and it was my first time staying at this hotel. I was pleased with the very comfortable bed and with the quietness of the room. I didn’t hear doors or people in halls. While in the workshop at the banquet room the service was awesome and the food was great. It’s so good there I have booked my group of 15 people for our upcoming workshops there for four nights👍🏼

This is a very clean and modern hotel. The Chophouse steak house is an exceptionally great dining experience and it is nice to also have Denny's attached for breakfast. I wish the room and especially bathroom were larger as my son and I were pretty cramped. The employees are very professional, friendly and helpful. This stay encourage me to become a RSVP member for future visits.

We been living here for 4 weeks. It was perfect and convenient. Pool, every morning free coffee and tea in the lobby. Spacious and clean rooms. Regular change of bedding and towels. Staff great and helps on every demand. Thanks guys

Very clean and quiet hotel with ample parking. Very close to the airport with a free shuttle. I received a very friendly welcome and was very well informed.
The staff was so friendly and helpful. The room was clean, nicely furnished and the bed was very comfortable.
It is very convenient that the room has a fridge and a coffee maker. A large desk to work at in the evenings. Will stay again easily.
