Great service and great location. In the heart of famagusta. Shops and the beach in walking distance. Very close to the historical castle and many other attractions. Rooms are very clean and staff are very helpful. Food was fantastic as well

Came here for the night and paid £69 for a very nice room for the night with a settee in the room and a pleasant bathroom area. Breakfast area was very modern with lots of lovely options. All in all we were very happy with this choice and would stay again.

Stayed in the hotel last night as we go to Famagusta at least once a week but have not seen it at night. Staff very friendly and the place was spotless. A perfect stay as always. Everything is perfect here. Whenever I visit Famagusta, my first choice is Grand Sapphire. They have the best service and the breakfast is amazing. You have all the facilities here. The location is near to market and good restaurants are nearby

Perfect cute hotel on the beach. The view is amazing and you can easily reach the beach in seconds. It has been renovated recently and the rooms have an amazing view. ♿⚠️ wheelchair accessibility is very limited.. I am mainly here for events and it's always been one of the best. The pool is such a beauty with Mediterranean Seaview and I just walk out to find yourself at the beach which is very cleaned with sunbeds and umbrellas. The lounge is not too big but really nice, grills during events and the music is always bomb! Rooms have great view.

45 euros for a day pass that lasts up until 6pm is a great deal. The gentleman at the desk wasn't totally clear about what we were and weren't aloud to do with the day pass, i believe aren't aloud alcohol but had full access to the buffet and pool which was what we wanted. Having read through some of the reviews let's settle a few things. Check in times are not particularly fast, I agree, although I didn't have the long waits some people have claimed to have. We had a lovely 5 day at this hotel. We got a fantastic welcome and our room was immaculate. Clean, spacious and well positioned. Temperature was controlled well too! we had a wonderful holiday at the Crystal Springs Beach Hotel with all the family 16 of us altogether including a six week old baby .The staff were a credit to the hotel all were friendly and very helpful we would highly recommend this hotel as a holiday destination,with a very nice beach within a few minutes walk. the food was excellent with a good selection.

We just visited the Casino. It is totally digital where no traditional slot machines are present. The minimum bet on Black jack was 15$, which was high for us. There are private tables and private rooms, as well as premium digital slot machines.

This Resort is awesome! It's luxurious, there's everything you could possibly look for or want for vacation or longer or many times to visit or stay there. Studios, appartments, restaurants, pub, enormous pool in interesting shape, gim, beauty salon, coiffeur... Even minibus... Not close to the beach, but not far. Not cheap though.
