Malama Beach Holiday Village

The place is wonderful! The service is top notch, the infrastructure is maintained in excellent condition, a good beach nearby, a swimming pool and food are beyond praise! 5 stars!

I'll start writing my review) We arrived at the hotel at 10:30 in the morning and naturally it was too early to check in! As you know, the theater begins with the coat rack, and the hotel with the porter) so the first impression of the hotel is formed from the way you are received. The administrator immediately told us that the room was not ready yet and would tell us immediately when it would be. Then she told the restaurant staff to accept us for breakfast! This is very nice, care from the very beginning! By the way, the breakfast is excellent, a large selection, everything you need is available! I will add to the review later! ... I continue my review a week after arrival. During this time, we spent a lot of time by the pool and on the beach. Participated in active events with the animator. Special thanks to Miroslav for his positivity and activity! He leads children's animation very well! But he is alone, the other animators only work with Scandinavians! I would like to draw your special attention to the lack of some services (probably due to the coronavirus): the kids' club (it is only for Scandinavians for an additional fee), the spa with an indoor pool, the cafe by the pool on the second floor are not available. Maybe something else... The restaurant and bars have organized measures against covid, lots of antiseptics and face masks. Very good. Please note that sun loungers and umbrellas are booked for a room number, also due to the coronavirus. Which is actually very convenient! Your sun lounger is always free! I will describe the beach near the hotel a little. It is small, it is almost impossible to take a municipal umbrella and sun loungers, but it is possible if you come at 7-8 am. But you can go down to the sea from the pool, swim and come back. I will continue the review at the end of the holiday. I will write about the restaurant and the apartments.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. It really stands out from many other hotels in the area—it doesn’t feel flashy or Instagram-focused (it’s not trying to be overly photogenic).
We chose the all-inclusive package, which ended up being about 200–600 euros cheaper than similar packages at other places (for a family of two adults and two kids for three nights).

The rooms are in separate buildings rather than one large complex.
For us, this layout provided a great sense of privacy and helped avoid overcrowding. Plus, the space between the buildings is filled with pathways, lots of trees, and green lawns. Each room even has its own balcony, including those on the ground floor, which we really appreciated.

The rooms themselves are very spacious. For families, you get a unit with a living room and a separate bedroom, which is fantastic for giving everyone their own space. Each unit is at least 35 square meters, even for a standard room, so there’s plenty of room to relax.

The food was good and pretty varied. One thing we loved was the live cooking at every meal, which added a lot of variety and ensured fresh options. They were also generous with the alcohol during meals, and the service was quick and friendly.

There’s ice cream and snacks by the pool, which were decent enough to keep us and the kids happy between meals. The all inclusive snack are poor. The alcohol selection under the all-inclusive was standard, but the service was good, with nice and generous pours.

The hotel has a beautiful private beach with a stunning bay view—definitely a highlight!

There are two outdoor pools close to each other. The only downside was that they aren’t heated, so swimming in October was a bit chilly.
But there’s also an indoor pool designed like an underground cave, which was such a cool experience, especially for the kids. And the water there was comfortably warm.

The kids' club is also fantastic, with plenty to keep little ones entertained. They have also a good playground near by.

Overall, we felt we got excellent value for the price. Highly recommended!

Absolutely beautiful holiday destination. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It really is paradise. Nothing negative to say at all. Just book the holiday, you won't be disappointed!!

Awesome place and the staff is the friendliest i have met anywhere, pool area is suitable for kids and adults can have their peace also. Nice rooms and good food! Would rate 6⭐️if possible

Very Nice hotel, only problem is the cats that can be a little aggressive and that you need to buy water. The staff is super nice to everyone and you can tell they do a good job and that they try their best. They make funny jokes and are super nice. The staff working in the grill and the other places are super nice and very talented. The place has 3 pools and a super nice beach were u can see the ground in the water from 10 meters! U can see fiches swimming around and you can see very nice caves by the rock wall.
I would very much recommend this hotel?
The all inclusive is very worth it fells so much better when you don’t have to worry about paying it, it makes everything much easier😁⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We recently stayed at Malama Beach Holiday Village for 2 nights and had an excellent experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. It met all our expectations for a relaxing stay. Reception was excellent and polite, providing efficient and friendly service throughout our stay. We tried the dinner for €27 per person, which offered a good variety of food choices. While the selection was satisfactory, it left a bit of room for improvement in terms of culinary variety. The resort boasts three very clean pools, which were perfect for relaxation. The beach was conveniently located just 70 meters away, adding to the overall appeal of the location. We recommend booking directly with the hotel for the best experience and possible deals.
Overall, Malama Beach Holiday Village is an excellent choice for a short, relaxing getaway in Cyprus.

We stayed here for a week and had one of the best holidays ever. The hotel has alot of choices for guests (bar, pools, arcade room, tennis court) and has incredibly nice service on the whole area. The food at the restaurant was delicious. My brother has allergies to all types of nuts so we had to make sure he could enjoy the food aswell so we asked the chef about it and he came every day to inform us about the food which we appreciated alot.

We very much enjoyed our stay here and will definitely come back again very soon!

This hotel has rooms that are all suites that can accommodate three people or more. It's directly above the beautiful small bay of Malama beach, easily accessible from the hotel, and with beautiful scenery around. Rooms are clean and not too expensive for Cyprus standards. Excellent breakfast. Good housekeeping, although not on Sundays. Very good fitness opportunities including tennis and as free squash court. WiFi though is very poor. It's a much larger enterprise than it looks on the pictures, and was nearly completely taken over by Scandinavian all inclusive guests with small children even in early June. Given the size of the operation, it was very well managed, and the allocation of sunbeds at the beginning of your stay until you leave is a good idea. Still, sunbeds are hundreds right next to each other ... And the pool bar has hard rock all day long even if there is water gymnastics in the pool. All in all, a good base of you know what you are letting yourself in for, but perhaps best for young families. If you go, get a room on an upper floor (as we did), and ideally at the edges of the village unless you want to hear everything from your neighbours above or want passers-by to peek into your room.
