Crystal Springs Beach Hotel

Amazing hotel we have just came back from a great stay here. The hotel is so clean the staff are so welcoming and caring they can’t do enough for you. Drinks and food are really good the bar staff are great Jack and Anastasia outside bar are so lovely. Inside bar Ustav was so lovely he was my son’s favourite. Plenty of sunbeds not crowded at all you can get a bed anytime no sunbed wars. Good location too plenty of parking for guests. Beach is beautiful as are the grounds.

we had a wonderful holiday at the Crystal Springs Beach Hotel with all the family 16 of us altogether including a six week old baby .The staff were a credit to the hotel all were friendly and very helpful we would highly recommend this hotel as a holiday destination,with a very nice beach within a few minutes walk. the food was excellent with a good selection.

We went as a family group Two under 5s and two seniors one with vision and mobility impairment.,plus mum and dad. This was the best holiday we’ve had and we visit Cyprus frequently. From arrival to departure the focus is on the guests and how their stay can be one to remember from beginning to end. Beautiful grounds lots of grass shrubs and flowers promoting tranquility. Thought through disabled access with ramp walkways spills cleared up immediately. A great feature was the donated pool toys so parents don’t need to purchase floaters rings etc and thinking about the environment. Food excellent and great choices and variety ingredients clearly coded for those with special dietary needs. Acces to cots and steriliser for baby plus cows milk such a bonus. We found the staff all having a great customer attitude and there was a person who was highly visible and regularly met with all guests to discuss any concerns they might have Great range of entertainment throughout the day evening with the in house entertainment team. Well done all, we will definitely be back.

Crystal Springs holds a special place in my heart. Its quiet beachside location is what is so special. Vrysoudi Beach is a small blue flag beach in a cove. The hotel has step access directly down to the beach so you have the best of both worlds. Don’t forget to bring your snorkel and goggles. This beach and water is excellent for exploring under water. We have stayed in Protaras at other hotels, but this hotel cannot be beaten. Protaras ***** is super busy and congested (very touristy). The staff and service at the hotel are also what make it so welcoming. They are so helpful and kind and can never do enough for you. The pool boys are also so hard working in hot 40 degree temperatures. The General manager and restaurant manager are always visible and checking that everyone is enjoying their time at the hotel. Standards here are high. The gardens are immaculately kept with luscious plants and flowers. It has an excellent balance of pool beds and beds overlooking the sea. Just incredible views. Breakfast is fresh with everything you could want from fresh waffles, omelettes to order and fresh squeezed orange juice on tap! But the best part of our stay were the ladies on reception. They are such fun, chatty and make your stay memorable. Big thanks to Anastasia who helped us with our booking and Panayiota with her help finding us a powerful hairdryer :) We will be back, even though there is some building work going on next door (this was mentioned and made clear on their website)I. It won’t affect your stay. You won’t regret it. Only one negative, the bathrooms are a little small but who spends their holiday in their bathroom!!

The entire hotel was very clean and well-maintained, with beautiful facilities surrounded by palm trees and breathtaking sea views. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, always making us feel at home. The location is peaceful and relaxing. It’s also very family-friendly.

I think this was our 5th time at Crystal Springs, 3rd time as a family. We love going there as the location is absolutely stunning, the food is great and the service and cleanliness of the hotel is outstanding! Highly recommend!!

Fantastic holiday at Crystal Springs, food was excellent and staff were really attentive, nothing too much trouble. Hotel is fairly quiet with a relaxed feel which suited our needs, and for those looking for more to do a 2 euro per person bus trip from outside of the hotel takes you right into the centre of protaris. Overall a great two weeks

We stayed at the hotel with my wife and son last weekend. Great experience! The room was fabulous having a sea and pool view at the same time! Clean room, comfortable and with some great luxury washing products from Greece! (My wife love it) . The stuff was very friendly and professional! The Yialos restaurant had a splendid view at the see and the food was great. Also the fish tavern of the hotel was well decorated and the fish maze excellent! They even had activities for my 11 year old son to do and also to look after him. The pool was clean and warm and everything was great. Highly recommended for a weekend staying or for longer holidays. Summer time there will be a blast. Definitely will visit it again soon!
