This hotel is really nice , the food at the pool bar is amazing, the staff are also amazing, big shout out to George at the pool bar, he just goes that extra mile to make you feel welcome, all the staff are amazing, very friendly, helpful, go out of their way make sure everyone is happy with their food, the drinks are also very good, the young boys at the lobby bar are very friendly and always offering drinks, rooms are kept very clean, aircon was very good, nice big room, definitely going back 👍👍

This is an all round excellent hotel in a peaceful location. It was our third visit and I am pleased to say that very little has changed. The staff and the service are absolutely incredible and nothing is ever too much trouble. It would be unfair to pick out any single member of staff as the whole team including those behind the scenes are all magnificent!! The food in the main restaurant is of a very high standard with so much choice & the Meze evenings in the Basilikos Restaurant are not to be missed. The cleanliness is outstanding in every part of the hotel & the gardens are beautiful. We'll definitely be back!!

Me and my fiancée had the most amazing 2 weeks here and the entertainment team made our holiday the best it could possibly be. They were kind and made us laugh, day after day without fail and made us feel welcome in all the activities. Will definitely be returning again next year.

I t was our first time going away together and we had the most amazing time together the food was lovely and the restaurant staff and entertainment staff were excellent we had a great time joining in the activities and the staff made it funny, it was our 6 month anniversary on the 25 june and my fiance had a surprise planned and the staff helped him arrange it we had a table just by the beach and 3 course meal which was not included off the menu then my fiance proposed to me I was in shocked and emotional and of course I said yes but most of the staff were in on the surprise and just believe how special they made it for both of us we definitely will be going back next year or maybe the year after

Fantastic hotel. Staff can’t do enough to help you. Food great. What’s not to love about this hotel. Lots of repeat guests which says it all. We booked to go back in September whilst we were there. Lovely touches like fresh fruit pots and frozen towels handed out during the day. Many thanks to all the staff who looked after us during our stay.

The hotel is clean and well-maintained, and the food was truly excellent — varied, fresh, and high quality. We stayed in mid-June 2025, just as the high season had started. Unfortunately, there was ongoing construction both around and within the hotel grounds, causing daily noise and disrupting the atmosphere. The beach looks sandy in photos, but once you enter the water, it’s mostly stones — not ideal. We were on half board, and although drinks weren’t included (which is fine), the staff was overly pushy about ordering extras, even in shared hotel spaces. Could have been a great stay with better transparency and guest treatment.

This was our 2nd visit to the hotel as we had 2 great weeks last year. We arrived to a very warm welcome from reception. Checking in was straight forward. As the evening meal had finished by the time of arrival there was food for us in a bag. We had a room on the top floor. The room was very clean with everything that you needed. Once settled we went down to the bar and was made welcome again. All areas of the hotel very clean. Breakfast had a lot of options,we had a lovely greeting from staff. Kristina made sure we had what we needed with the beverage. Was always there to help very cheerful, made you feel special. Management could be seen regularly walking around the hotel talking to customers. The meals at lunch and evening had a lot of choices. We also ate at the pool bar. The meals were excellent. George at the pool bar was a helpful, cheerful young man. Anastasia at pool bar was a lovely helpful lady. Ulysea I apologise if I have spelt your name wrong. Talks to guest also a nice person to deal with any problems will be sorted by her. I had a problem and it was taken on board straight away and rectified. The lady who looked after our room kept it very clean and topped up if necessary. The staff in the bar amazing never stopped. Remembered everyone’s orders. Usvan was an amazing young man. There are too many members of staff to name as they all make you feel special and make you welcome even on a first visit. The staff are well trained. There was building work next door but it was still a great holiday once again. The work didn’t bother us. See you all next June.

The hotel is located on the first line in a quiet area of Protaras. It has 2 pools with warm water. Clean numbers, good and varied food. I'd especially mention the honey in the comb for breakfast. 2 things making this hotel special. - Direct access from the pool zone to changing rooms, showers, sauna, steam bath and lifts. It's very convenient, especially in cool or windy weather. - The most kind and friendly staff I ever met.
