Crystal Springs Beach Hotel

Amazing staff, really friendly and super helpful. The pool and activities are great and the food was amazing too. Room also smashing. Highly recommend. Thanks for a lovely time.

Returned from here 1 week ago, and whilst I was a little disappointed, mainly in the room itself and the Buffet restaurant, I wanted to give this review as there's so many other really great plus points I can give. The Room; in my opinion, it's quite outdated, & The bathroom is exceptionally small and the hairdryer is one of those things I haven't seen in a long time, connected to the wall with 1 speed! Take your own. The Buffet Restaurant: in my opinion, the food needs to be hotter. However the food at the Pool Bar Restaurant is great, cooked to order and good option. A big shout out to Zahera, from Housekeeping, who looked after our room, was great and looked after it like it was her own, clean, serviced and with some personal touches. Even with a personal note for my birthday. Shout out to Anastasia, the manager - great leader and service and Constantina at the Pool Bar. Shout to Utsev in the main bar, great service. Overall the service was definitely 5* Food 4* Hotel 4* Cleanliness 5*. Great to have branded spirits too on offer as part of the inclusive package. Nice walk along the coastline.

I spent seven beautiful days in this location at the beginning of September 2024. Everything was wonderful, starting with ladies of the reception which welcomed us and continuing with the personal from the kitchen who served us the meal, from the pool bar and the rest. The food were very delicious and very good arranged. The location is very beautiful, quiet, very good organize and all the people which we met there were very friendly. Good luck for future and hope to see again very soon!

This hotel is the absolute best. The staff, the food,the rooms , the location, the pool and the general ambience is just perfect. Went back for a second time this year and will definitely be booking for next year.
More suitable for couples I would say.

Highest satisfaction from the first to the last moment. Fantastic staff with big hearts, speaking many languages, making sure you feel like a valued guest. A nice hotel with well equipped rooms, beautiful colorful garden, clean sea full of fish, a fantastic selection of delicious food and drinks, fitness, tennis court, massage and spa. If you want to go on trips during your stay, or to look around, I recommend renting a car, or calling Bolt or using public transport. The bus stop is at the entrance to the hotel. The hotel is in a quiet area away from noisy tourist centers.

Amazing hotel, we stayed here for 10 nights in May as a family of four and absolutely loved it.
The staff are brilliant, so attentive and engaging with the children.
The hotel and room we stayed in was spotless.
Food brilliant and all the branded alcohol! The cocktails were amazing. Such a relaxing place to stay, would love to visit again.

Very nice hotel with beautiful palm garden to relax. Sunbeds and umbrellas not too close each other. Beach downstairs. Peaceful hotel suitable to relax and enjoy te summer.

Wow ,what can I say ,Brilliant hotel and all the staff couldn't do enough for you,from the cleaners to the bar staff. they all worked hard to make our holiday special and after a 20hour delay it was a brilliant week. special mention to Eric and George even.we even spoke to management team and the owner. everyone was very welcoming. 5star plus all round.

As a family of 3 with a young child, we had an absolutely phenomenal stay at Crystal Springs. The rooms are spotlessly clean and the hotel is set in an idyllic location with the most beautiful bay and gardens surrounding it. Worth noting the rooms are quite small, but this wasn’t a problem for us given we were barely in it. Also, we asked for a double bed and got single beds pushed together with single duvets - not very romantic as a couple and I know they have proper double beds as I spotted one in the room next door. We stayed bed and breakfast so can’t fully comment on food but can comment on the breakfast and what we saw - the breakfast was fairly standard and I’m glad we didn’t go all inclusive as the food was quite bland and I can’t say I was too excited by the choice. There are some lovely local restaurants about 15 minutes away which serve traditional Greek food, definitely recommend Pinia which has a beautiful terrace where you can watch the sunset. If you venture further out there are a great choice of restaurants in the local towns about 30 minutes walk away - all affordable and run by local families. Affordable drinks can be purchased from the supermarket opposite the hotel. There is one large pool and one baby pool at the hotel and plenty of sun loungers - the ones overlooking the coast are the best. Sun loungers on the beach cost €2.50 a day which is fairly reasonable for what is a lovely experience. The bay is great for swimming and snorkelling. Drinks at the hotel were quite expensive if you weren’t all inclusive, but there was a good selection. Coffee at breakfast was excellent and also we highly rated the freshly squeezed orange juice. It is worth mentioning that the staff here do a spectacular job and are always friendly and approachable - one of the best hotels we have been to and will hopefully be back. P.s. there is a bakery about 20 minutes walk from the hotel which sells phenomenal baklava amongst other sweet delights - very much worth a visit, it’s open 24 hours so a good evening activity!

An excellent hotel, I'll start with Luigi and his entertainment team, absolutely excellent, they are multilingual and strive to make your holiday as enjoyable as possible, put on plenty of activities during the day, both for adults and kids, there is live entertainment daily.

Food has been extremely tasty, with plenty avaliable for all diets, there is plenty to choose from, there are vegetarian dishes and all allergy information is clear (not sure on Vegan due to not looking, to be honest)

Wait staff have been amazing friendly, chatty without being intrusive, more than happy to help, big shout out to all at the pool bar staff, all exceptionally professional.

The hotel is very clean, and the room cleaners do a great job and even do a second evening turn down service.

The grounds are beautiful, plenty of room and sun beds.
