The hotel lobby itself is beautiful and I cannot fault the service or any of the staff. The rooms were a little disappointing in the bathroom as our shower and bath took 5hrs to drain away after a shower. It's bizarre as the shower 'room' which was room 12 had a beautiful fitted walk in shower.
Outside of this we only had one more complaint. And that was in the restaurant. My wife has a shellfish allergy, and although not vegetarian she prefers these options. With self service it's a good chance that if you put shellfish next to a vegetarian option someone will contaminate the serving utensils. This happened a lot during our stay and I would say this is something that could be improved.
Outside of those two things our entire holiday was wonderful and the hotel was a big part of that. We definitely are considering a return visit.

We booked this hotel for a very needed relaxing break, it has not been disappointing at all. The place is 5 star no doubts even if not in hotel ratings. I have stayed at many hotels worldwide that are 5 and 6 star and they do not compare.
The staff are amazing and all have the same positive attitude needed to create a great place to stay. Shouts to all bar staff, including Lea, Joanna and the Gianis and Dimitri's. The chefs and support team including King Mutombo, Caleb , Jonathan, Batgirl ( you know who you are), the great Liberian Thierry and all the restaurant staff I missed who all were unbelievable.
The manager Christos is simply a superb host as is his maitre de. Finally the owner Paniyotis, who took the time to talk to me and welcomed us and our friends in such a humble way.
We will of course be recommending you and of course be back. Thank you! x

Brilliant hotel - rooms clean and comfortable. Food quality really good and drinks top notch thanks to the bar staff team here, especially at the main bar to two old boys there are a credit to themselves and the hotel.
Staff in general are fantastic and very accommodating.

We were astounded by the amazing service. It was our honeymoon and they upgraded our room for free and left us a bottle of wine and chocolates in the room to celebrate (thank you!). Great pool, beach just a 10 second walk away. Rooms could do with a bit of updating and its far out from the town of Protaras, but if you're after a fantastic relaxing beach holiday in the sun this should be on your list.

The beds are a bit hard and the pillows aren't good support and rooms could do with being updated especially the bathroom.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. Food selection was amazing with something for everyone. Rooms very comfortable. Hotel is very clean inside and outside. Extremely happy. Well done guys 👍

Good hotel. Excellent service in the dining area. Staff so polite and courteous. Good covid precautions in place. Food good could do with more fresh fruit selection. Our group was vegetarian and the chef went out of his way to accommodate our request. Definitely go there again.

We have been staying here for a week and have enjoyed our stay. Initially we were disappointed at the view from our room as we overlooked the car park and had only a partial sea view. But, thinking about it, we only dry our washing on the balcony and hardly ever sit out there, so on reflection, it is fine. The hotel is well run and the food good, and just what you need in October to set you up for winter in the UK. The staff are all friendly (except the person who showed us to our table last night in the a la carte restaurant) but he was probably just having a bad day. We have walked along the coast to nearby beaches, got the bus to Protarus, been on a glass bottom boat and a half day on the Yellow Boat - for just £10 euros.
All in all, a good hotel and good holiday and we will be sad to leave tomorrow.

arrived late at the night but welcomed by staff. Bar open till 1 am so my husband happy. Bar fully stocked with beer wine and spirits. Really enjoyed the pool loads of room couldn't be happier
