Good three star hotel, nice rooms. The reception always answers all questions. Every morning I had an omelette for breakfast and it was very tasty. Of the minuses, I can only mention the road nearby, from which there is constant noise, but otherwise everything is fine.

The location of the hotel is good, very close to the beach as well as to the restaurants, the shops and the park. Wifi was quite good, the bar was useful. The room was spacious, with a convenient kitchenette. The little balcony was a treat even though my room was at the first floor. I also liked the shower cabin, while I’m usually quite picky in that respect. The only thing I didn’t like that much...

Absolutely fantastic!!! The hotel is located near everywhere! The park is just across the street and sea is only 100 meters away! The rooms are comfortable and very very clean!!! The staff is amazing and very helpful especially katerina the hostess!!! I always stay in this hotel when I come to Cyprus cause I know that I won’t be disappointed!

If you are looking for a perfect location low cost reasonable hotel, this is the place. Large clean rooms in a very "homely" family hotel, only less than 100 meters from the beach, and even a small swimming pool. Bus stations, internal and intercity to other cities are in few steps walking. Reception staff, especially Catherina and everyone are very friendly, warm and helpful. Highly recommended as...

Took a room for several days and I can say that the hotel is fabulous. Very clean and cozy. The staff is very very polite, friendly and accommodating. The breakfast is very tasty but you will not eat much if you like to eat the abundant breakfast. The location is awesome, but it can be a bit noisy because of the motorcycles. I recommend this hotel!

Awesome little place, super well located seconds from the beach, sunrise facing, 10-15 min walk form the Marina, great access to shops, bike rental just outside, pool and equipped with everything you need, little kitchenette, good wifi connection, bath and beach towels, a/c, spacious rooms.

The location was great with easy access to transportation. I stayed there for 15 nights in a studio and it was perfect, it was all we needed and more! Can't wait to go back!

I have already stayed here four times and like this place a lot. It's really cheap, but clean and convenient. It has own parking place, which is a very important thing for Limassol. Also a supermarket and a bus stop are close. It was a nice time and I'll be glad to visit it again.

Ideally located from the beach so that it's quiet but close enough to walk to. There is a supermarket with all you need for the flat as well as a bakery, restaurants and bars. The number 30 bus is available on the seafront road to take you as far as The Mall. It has been recently renovated and has great wifi connection throughout.

Great location,yet rather quiet. Very nice and accomodating staff. Studio has all one may need for cooking simple meals. Very pleasant and clean.

Somewhat old building where the sounds from the street can disturb, but the personnel is really helpful at this family-owned hotel. There is a big supermarket just 50 meters away and the sea is about 100 m away

Near to the sea and big Debenhams mall. Nice apartments with conditioners and kitchen. Free wifi for guests.

Located in the heart of Limassol right in-front of the beach and walking distance to the tourist area(restaurants,coffee shops,pubs and shops). Lordos river beach complex is my favorite place to stay when ever I’m visiting Cyprus - they have a lot of apartments for rent privately owned that you can rent them through booking websites.

Friendly and helpful staff. Reasonable prices, nice apartments though a little dated. Very clean apartments with excellent pool. Great location right next to the beach. Not all apartments have a sea view.

Nice, family run hotel. Interior a bit dated. Slow to fix small things like door handles. Otherwise, very nice, friendly, and helpful staff. Extra tap for drinking water in the kitchen, and toilets that take paper. Very pleased with my stay, and returning next year.

Not bad, only kids runs on top so you can hear it well...

Visited this place before Covid and now it's reopened its great to be back. Quiet village location far from the tourist crowd and within walking distance of 2 excellent meze tavernas (and 1 not so excellent) this is a diamond on my travel itinerary. The owner Panicos maintains the superb gardens and lawn and nothing is too much trouble even installed a cot for my grandson for the sort visit. See you...

the best value for money holiday ive had beautiful surrounding in a quiet location only a few minutes drive from the beach and harbour Maria went out of her way every day to make our stay as special as possible this is a perfect chill out and relax spot for cyprus
