The resort is built for you to relax and enjoy. There is a big variety of pools and places to hang out, and basically you don't need to get out of the hotel too much. Service is great.

This is a fabulous hotel with probably the friendliest, most helpful staff we've met at any resort hotel. Entertainment this season was extensive though is likely to be much more low key next year. Adults only, so mainly populated by couples. Mostly retired at the times we go (early and late summer) but we've been informed that during the mid-summer months the guest age drops significantly.

I want to return. I slept very good! It is a very nice hotel to stay. Quite. The team is great and kind and extremely professional. Things to improve: breakfast. I don’t know if it is a good idea to cook for each guest eggs. It just takes a lot of time. Also I would change some products offered because of their taste. But it is very personal. WOW! I stayed at the Alasia for 4 nights on business on recommendation from my client. From start to finish I had the most exceptional stay. The main factor to my stay was the perfect service I received from every member of staff. Notably - Robert in the restaurant (amazing!) and all of the ladies served me daily either on the front desk, around the pool and at breakfast - so sorry I can’t remember...

The place is exceptionally clean. Value for your money. Anastasia at the reception gave us a 10 star service. She went out of her way to accommodate us.

Every summer we spend 2 weeks in this hotel. All stuff is amazing and polite. Pools are very clean as well beach. Huge park next to hotel and a lot of restaurants,shops and markets. The only thing I would suggest is to introduce more varied food.

Great hotel, rooms are spacious, lobby is nice and comfy, pools looks great, beach just a few feet from the pools. Food if fine. The rooms are a little old is style and some of the furniture in the lobby and restaurants show ware and tare. In total it was lovely.

Rooms where in good condition but as clean as a 5star hotel should be, see pics attached. The service desk/reception was particularly and slightly rude at times as the brunette woman behind the reception desk (name initial S...!) Never replied on the phone, while we were trying to inform the hotel for our ETA, but also when she finally replied she just hang up the call, again! Breakfast was generous...

All furniture is very very old, and the whole room is in the traces of mold and stains. Also there are catostrophically not enough sockets in the room. Great hotel if you're looking to stay downtown. Had everything you could possibly need from a hotel. Perfect location, amenities, and overall a lovely 4* hotel. Service was great and all the staff were friendly. Would highly recommend!
