Besides the delay with getting the room ready everything else is beyond amazing at this hotel. The manager Jamie made sure my family was comfortable and took care of us the best possible way. The food, access to the beach, service, pools, cleanliness... all together justifies 5 starts hotel.

We arrived at 2.00 am and were placed in the hotel by Jet2 after our flight home was delayed. I think the hotel staff knew this and we were made to feel like free loaders. It took me 6 hours to even get coffee making facilities to the room. The hotel itself looks very nice and maybe a different experience if you are holidaying there.

It is a fantastic hotel and overall service—a real hidden treasure in the heart of Limassol. This is a fabulous hotel with probably the friendliest, most helpful staff we've met at any resort hotel. Entertainment this season was extensive though is likely to be much more low key next year. Adults only, so mainly populated by couples. Mostly retired at the times we go (early and late summer) but we've been informed that during the mid-summer months the guest age drops significantly.

We had a lovely experience staying ay this hotel. Staff does an amazing job. Great outdoor facilities, beach area, saunas. Food was good and at a reasonable price. A major downpoint - music from downstairs. Be prepared to have a boogie night in your bed Fri through Sun. Not great for light sleepers

The hotel was spotless. The staff were all brilliant, especially the waiters who are all very hard workers and seem to have to tolerate some very rude customers with a polite smile. Which they, of course, do with professionalism. The hotels outside space was excellent, the large pool was again pristine. The only two negatives were, we didn't like the area the hotel is in. The hotel has a wonderful private beach a big clean swimming pool. Great for a morning run. Rooms are specious and clean. Wonderful breakfast. Kai sushi amazing restaurant . Great place to relax and have fun!

Good location. Lively area. Good for walking. Staff were kind and cooperative somehow. We requested a room in a higher floor but they didn't have as they said. The first two nights of our stay were a shock , couldn't sleep at all until morning. The two rooms next to us were very noisy as if they are alone in the hotel. We called one of the staff, who knocked on their door and called them but no response...

Had to stay one night in Limassol, and I found this beautiful hotel, the lobby, the restaurant, the bar vere amazing. Staff very friendly, I enjoyed my stay. The room could have been bigger and showed slight signs of wear. The best part was the breakfast buffet 10/10. Next time I am Limassol I will stay there again.

Classy 4 **** hotel, normal breakfast, large swimming pool, nice restaurant, above average contingent, slippers, bathrobes, hygiene products. Near the zoo and the park in 3 minutes on foot, the embankment in 4 minutes.

Room quality is generally good, although on the first and second floor we could hear the street noise very distinctly. Helpful staff, very accommodating.

Wonderful place to stay, stay in this hotel 2 times and each time they improve something in the hotel, the only minus you need to book for 1-1. 5 months before the trip, the rooms are quickly dismantled. Nearby is the city Park, the zoo and the Archaeological Museum.
