The breakfast was great. The pool was quite spacious and nice. The beach wasn’t exactly perfect — we had to go quite far out to be able to swim properly — but it was very safe for kids. Its proximity to the city makes it ideal if you have a car. For those who want to use public transportation, there was a bus stop right in front of the hotel. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

We got our room with a sticky floor (obviously not cleaned after the previous guests left), no toilet paper, and dirty balcony floor, with fingerprints on the glass. We chose Henipa for the incredible value it offered - considerably lower price even for 12 nights with breakfast and dinner than other hotels. Once place but in need of some repair. It's out of the way but has a really good bus service about every 30mins from about 7.30am till 11.30pm. had bungalow D and it was alright - walk straight out from the room into the pool. all inclusive restaurant and drinks looked gross tho and the access to the hotel is horrible!! no sidewalks to the beach, had to walk on a highway and through dirt :/ super hot in the lobby, no where to cool off. concierge was very helpful. wifi is too expensive, and only 1 English tv channel. boo.

Good 3* hotel for reasonable price. Located not far (5-15 minutes walk) from tavernas and local supermarket, 15 minutes walking from the beach. The rooms are clean and serviced every day. The hotel has some weird lack of amenities for example some rooms have kettles but the guests are asked to buy their own tea bags and coffee. Similarly, no fridge in the room but you can pay for fridge usage. Generally, very weird in terms of service and hospitality but good for a few nights sleep.

Very kindly and good reception staff, not bad location a bit far from the beach, comfortable beds, but there was a trouble with the shower on my room, good breakfast, nice swimming pool at the top of the hotel that its free for customers!

Overall, I would recommend staying here - for the price I paid anyway (£25 a night). I think the hotel is good value for money and the staff are great, but there are areas that prevent me giving 5*. Firstly, the pool wasn't open - it only opens over summer - but it was 28 degrees this week, so definitely warm enough. Secondly, the air con has an odd system where you need to phone reception every time...

Don't expect a 5 star hotel but the rooms are neat and clean. Nearby there is a big supermarket. 5 minutes walk. In the area there is not much to do though.

Nice price expected place. The room is ok and tidy with good curtains. The walls are thin so everything is audible. The reception helped with our delayed arrival and kindly helped finding a trustworthy taxi driver and an electrical adaptor.

The hotel is really decent and it is totally value for money. The room was really comfortable with great size for 2 people. It was clean and the employees of the hotel tried to provide as much assistant as possible whenever we needed anything. The only downside I need to mention was the breakfast, which I think was inadequate. However, for the price we paid, it was still value for money.

Stavros and his team offer a warm friendly and helpful service. I stayed for 2 weeks in October on a business and leisure trip. Their 4th floor apartment renovations are beautiful, spacious, clean and everything new. The shower was awesome - lots of hot water and strong pressure, I would love this shower back at home! Lovely staff wonderful service. Sea view from balcony fantastic. Rooms are quite small but have all you need. Breakfast is great and the breakfast room very spacious and comfortable. We left a charger in the room when we left and Maria rushed out to give to us. Front desk ladies including Elena so helpful booked us a car. Ten out of ten for service and friendliness
