Hotels in Altenfeld

We were there for a short break, for which the hotel is a very good choice. The staff was friendly, the room (superior) was in good condition and reasonably (though not perfectly) clean. The breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety. The hotel is getting old, the furnishings are mostly stuck in the early 2000s. With a little more attention to detail (inside and out) one could make a lot more out...

The hotel is a bit dated from the outside, the staff is very courteous and friendly and helpful. A very nice swimming pool with a warm temperature invites you to swim. The steam sauna is great but lacks a good scent, We spent 3 wonderful days there and thank the management of the hotel and the staff!

super nice staff, It was ensured at all times that we were satisfied. The rooms are large and newly renovated the bed is comfortable. The food is good, the breakfast is rich. The view from the restaurant in the morning and in the evening is fantastic. We would like to come again

There were three of us on the Rennsteig and we arrived relatively late and were immediately welcomed with open arms and a very warm welcome. The food and hospitality were very, very good.

A nice little cozy guesthouse right in the village on the Rennsteig. Good option for an overnight stay on the Rennsteig tour. Also very suitable for a longer stay in the Thuringian Forest. Rooms are very practical. Breakfast and dinner were just perfect. Very friendly hosts. Wasn't my last visit.

We only went to eat, but this was very good, Thuringian cuisine, but there were other things too. I had dumplings, hmmmm they were delicious. Large parking lot behind the house. Outside seating, friendly service

We were at a family celebration in an extra large room for events in the hotel which is right on the Rennsteig. Outstanding hot and cold buffet, every extra request was catered for. You can tell the boss is cooking here. The whole team was very friendly and quick. Local draft beer another plus. After a short night in one of the spacious, very clean double rooms with a bathroom, there was a breakfast...

Nice food

We had a very nice holiday there. Our house type B surprised us with its wonderful location right next to the forest and a beautiful view of fir trees and the stream that flows below the complex. Our children also had a lot of fun playing there by the water or collecting raspberries and blackberries in the forest. the Equipment was very good, clean and everything was there, what we needed to feel good...

A very nice area directly in the nature with many possibilities for excursions. Here you can really switch off and enjoy nature. The hosts are very nice and accommodating, everything is lovingly designed and furnished. We felt welcome right away and had a very nice time here. We'd love to come back!

Very nice facility right next to the forest. Our apartment was very well equipped + a large balcony overlooking the forest. The landlords were very friendly and helpful.

We held our annual family reunion at the Bad Hundertpfund holiday village. In total we were 12 adults and four children. We rented four houses in total. The houses are fully equipped and nothing was missing. In the area between the houses there is enough space for the children to play and run around. The landlords are very friendly and helpful.
