They did not clean our room. Reception came up with excuses but not solutions. Extremely poor service. One of the excuses was "House keeping came and knocked the door but you weren't in the room". Doh! Was I supposed to be in the room for the cleaning? Nowhere else but in this hotel you need to be in the room so they can clean it.

We liked the hotel very much. Very beautiful place, good food, nice personal. The only thing, which we didn’t notice by booking, that there is no any Bar/refrigerator in the rooms. cleaning was very good as well, but we run out for napkins, which were in the bathroom, and the cleaning forgot probably to put a new one. And parking could be for free... it’s not a citycenter and not a garage

Extremely helpful and understanding personnel. They even helped me check in after closing hours around midnight due to my work.

Nice hotel, very modern and on a good location close to the lake. Friendly staff and good food! We will visit this hotel again!

The apartment is very nice and well furnished - only the box spring beds were unfortunately not for us, great view of the Baltic Sea

We had spent a really perfect weekend here. Very nicely furnished rooms, hotel located directly on the beach, small but nice wellness area and an excellent restaurant where we could enjoy dinner and breakfast. Geschmackvoll eingerichtete schöne Ferienwohnung mit schönen Sitzgelegenheiten im Garten. Einrichtung mit Liebe zum Detail ließ nichts zu wünschen übrig. Lage zwar direkt an einer Hauptstraße jedoch schallsichere Fenster. Wir würden jeder Zeit wieder dort buchen. Richtiger Ort zum Entspannen und Erholen.

The reception at the accommodation was very warm, you can tell immediately that the hosts care about the well-being of their guests. The apartment is furnished with a lot of love and you can really relax. At the beginning you get lots of valuable tips and a bus ticket from the host. Neustadt in Holstein is a nice little place with great food and excursion destinations. Gladly again!
