Fine hostel for overnight stay. Good breakfast and location. Nice staff.

Great place to spend the night while travelling. Nice town. Rooms are good, great beds, good breakfast. You can park your car at the hostel if you book a parking space in advance.

I stayed in the hostel for one night with my family. It was a very pleasant experience. Staff is very nice and gives all the information before you even ask, everything is very clean and the "system" is excellent. Everything you need from a hostel! So I recommend it to everyone who needs to stay in the area. Just lacks some "added value treats" to get a full five star from me :)

We had been have nice times. The room was clear, usefull. We hadnt any problem about common toilet and bath. But the important thing about bath is that unfortunetely there is no hair drier. Espacially in winter mounths, the hair drier is so necessary after bath. Last one, thanks to all staff for attention.

Just stayed for one night, but had a pleasant experience. Staff is friendly, helpful and very thoughtful. Can definitely recommend!

Reception and rooms are separated into different buildings. Reception is located in 41. We were very late to arrive, but their responce was kind a lot.

Slamba hostel is located in a busy street with tram (rail publictransport) stopping infront. That makes the rooms (located at front) noisy till late at nigth. Rooms have no airco so windows are used for ventilation and cooling. Tv has no international channels. The hostel is in a vibrant part of Augsburg above KFC and with plenty of food and bars on walking distance Beds are very soft but clean

First impression of the house, the hostel is situated in, was not the best, but after entering the actual hostel it was great. Everything is pretty newly built, the room is small but enough if you don't want to stay there all day and even has a balcony. The location is clean and the staff is nice. Allround good experience, would book it again.

helpful kind staff and hotel well positioned near train station, not far from the old city. the room was very dark with walls mostly painted black. the bed was comfortable and clean but overall the carpet was very dirty. the hotel accepts dogs and this being the case, the rugs and decor should be changed more regularly to control smells and stains in the rugs and carpet. the worse thing was actually...

I like Inter City hotels as they are convenient for the railway station. This one is tucked away a little and not well signposted so make sure you know where to go. Quiet room, friendly reception and good breakfasts all help. Plenty of restaurants nearby for lunch and dinner.

This location is just great! It's within steps of the train station, but thankfully it wasn't very loud within the hotel. It's still close to city center. The hotel was very clean, the rooms were very smartly designed. Also, the staff was very friendly. We would definitely stay here again!

Very friendly and helpful staff! My reservation at another hotel got canceled for nonsense reasons, so I had to relocate to Intercity. Because of the bad experience at the other hotel, I talked in a bad temper when arriving at IntercityHotel. But the staffs at Intercity were super friendly and helpful. They found us a room. The room was very clean and comfortable. We absolutely had a nice stay....

Did not have the chance to stay at the hotel due to a misunderstanding during the booking of the rooms. Unfortunately a bit uncoordinated, but VERY helpful TOP LEVEL staff. In my personal experience, some staff in charge of direct contact to customers had a lack of empathy when trying to clear the misunderstand. However, problem was cleared quickly after other staff noticed the problem later on. Grateful...

I had never been to one of your hotels where all check in is done at a kiosk. We did not have a problem, but another customer in front of us did.

It is okay, but not very special There was no physical check-in and the online check-in did not work. Luckily, the customer support on the phone was very friendly and helped us out, but this did take about 30 min extra late in the evening. The rooms itself are fine, quite basic but all you need. However, my room sadly smelled quite much like cigarette smoke....

All was good ! But breakfasts can be made better and bigger 😁🤝

Not too big, but cozy and clean rooms, good breakfast and a very very friendly staff!

The room was nice and clean when we arrived. The shower has amazing water pressure and the bathroom was spacious. Service was great, we showed up well after midnight when the lobby had closed but were able to check in over the phone earlier in the day and get a door code to open the lobby door and get into the room once we finally arrived. The front desk also lent us a power plug adapter to use during...

The check-in on the small screen in the lobby is complicated and not customer friendly. The rooms are descend size, clean and well maintained but cushions are too flat. Breakfast is okay but not offering Nutella (or any other brand) is a pity. Overall we are satisfied but there’s room for improvement.

We arrived a bit late, but we were lucky enough to be greeted by Dennis, who was as helpful as you can hope for. He helped with every request and questions we had . I hope each future receptionist I meet on my next stays are as good as Dennis is. I will for sure try to stay at this hotel in the future.

The late arrival procedure is the worst ever: it takes hours to register yourself on a touch screen, entering an endless list of information. Avoid this hotel if the reception is closed when you arrive. Appart form that, the hotel is fine, try to arrive early.

We stayed at this hotel for one night and had a wonderful experience. The room was excellent—clean, well-cooled, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The staff was exceptionally kind, offering us valuable advice and even assisting us in getting an "emergency espresso." Additionally, the free parking for hotel guests is conveniently located right in front of the hotel. Highly recommend!

A very clean and nice hotel in Augsburg. Comfortable bed and good price.

I spent a day in Augsburg during my trip to Romanfi Road. There is a mart and a cafe near the hotel. The room is small, but it is clean and well-maintained, and parking is convenient. I had a delicious beer and dinner at a brewery 10 minutes away by car. I recommend Brauhaus Riegele.

The counter staff is only on duty until 10pm. If you exceed the time, you can only use the emergency phone, which is relatively inconvenient. In addition, the automatic check-in machine at the door was out of order when checking in, so the entire check-in process was a bit delayed, but the service staff was proactive in helping to deal with it.

The location of the hotel is a bit remote, and it's very convenient to get on the highway. There is a large warehouse supermarket next to it, but you need a membership card to enter for shopping. Opposite the hotel is a gas station and a small supermarket where you can buy things. The hotel room is small but clean and the front desk is friendly.

Clean and comfortable, very satisfied, reasonable price, acceptable location
