Nice and modern hotel. Fabulous breakfast. Great TVs with Google TV built in so you can cast anything from your phone.

The hotel is clean and reasonably priced. The staff are often in the corridor during the day, making lots of phone calls and talking loudly. This is not pleasant. The room had a door to another room, and we could hear the people in there. This was also disturbing!

Very happy we chose to stay at this hotel. Overall the hotel is well maintained throughout. Most importantly, our room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel staff was very pleasant and accommodating. Hats off to Pam, the hotel guest service agent, who helped us extend our stay. In the evenings, the lounge was a very comfy place to have drinks and relax. Would absolutely stay again.

They don’t let you do an early check in to advance with the paperwork (we didn’t need the room immediately just in case was possible to do the check in and leave our stuffs and later receive the key) Weren’t nice to express at the moment we asked if we can check in saying specifically is it 3 pm? (Being 1 pm) Like we were dumb… their English is not even the best and when we talked in German the switched...

We knew we would be arriving fairly late, so had already made the decision we would eat in the hotel rather than elsewhere in the town as this hotel is a little on the outskirts. We were told at reception that we had been upgraded, which was a lovely surprise and the room was fabulous with separate sitting area, robes, slippers, coffee machine, and complimentary water in the mini fridge. The overall impression of the hotel is very good! I stayed in room 141, the room is wonderful, the only thing I would like to draw your attention to is the unsatisfactory condition of the bedspread on top, its inner surface was full of holes. Dust next to the coffee machine. An unknown spider in the room. But overall I am very satisfied, I can recommend it!

Despite the lack of staff, the hotel offers excellent value for money. I highly recommend it ;) I'll book again immediately if the price is the same.

It is very nice hotel; clean, quiet, big rooms. Receptionists were especially helpful; although there was no kettle in the room they gave us one from the kitchen. there is a water station available at the entrance. Only minor issue was that it is not very convenient to reach the city center; walking 12-13 minutes to tram station and then tram rides take another 20-25 minutes.

It is clever with the code for letter box to get the keys to the rooms after the reception time. However, I found an old towel hidden behind the curtain on the heating radiator.

For check in we had to call as we havent received info from the property. That was the only issue we had! The property felt safe and had what we needed, but the surrounding not as much. Supermarket close by but we wanted to eat and it wasn't as easy as we taught..

Last minute booking on a road trip thru Bavaria. Cute little hotel with great amenities. The air conditioning was welcome on a hot summers evening.

A wonderful property in a quiet location close to the city centre. Bed was extremely comfortable.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Dom Hotel!! Check in was very easy, we had a beautiful room, very close walking distance to everything. The staff are incredible, the breakfast was immaculate! Will be staying here again when we come back to Augsburg!

A wonderful hotel across the street from the Cathedral. Wonderful breakfast, quiet and spacious rooms, great location, and very reasonably priced. Recommend highly!

Hotel was located next to Cathedral and center of the city. Everything was nearby - staff were very friendly. Breakfast buffet was excellent.

Great atmosphere, awesome breakfast, also right by tram stop and in the middle of town ! Very convenient for a visit in Augsburg.

We can't recommend Hotel am Rathaus enough. Although the rooms are cozy, we had everything we needed. The staff more than anything went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable, thank you so much! It was not easy travelling with a baby, and we appreciated the extra care. We also enjoyed the breakfast onsite. It had everything we like and would want to get the day started.

There were Road works directly outside the hotel, starting noisily around 06:30 daily - no the fault of the hotel,. of course. But the lift was not working - my room was on the 2nd floor, I am 81 years old and have to walk with a stick, so that was difficult.

Easy to find and next to tram line. Get an all-day ticket and leave your car behind in the great parking provided. Nevertheless, location is indeed walkable to historic Augsburg. The exterior is plain but the room was not! It was tastefully decorated, fresh and clean. Bathroom was especially nice. Super clean with even towel warmers.

A good find At this price point, Stadthotel Augsburg is a good find. The premises are a little dated, but everything is clean, the room was spacious, and breakfast was great. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is a 20-minute walk from the city hall. It's too tiring to walk around the city center for a day. There is a tram at the door. The room is large, but it's still cold even when the heating is turned to the maximum. You can't get your arms out of the quilt at night. It faces the street, and the windows are not well sealed. I was asked by a staff "how was my sleep?" at the breakfast - a question which I haven't heard for so long time when staying at a hotel. Everything was clean. Location was great as a tram station is just a step from the location. Would be great to have a kettle in the room for such a very cold day.

Too noisy Good location just 10 minutes walk from the centre or a short tram ride from outside the hotel. Breakfast was normal continental buffet. Staff were pleasant and helpful. However, we had a room facing the road. It was too hot with the windows closed and too noisy to them open.

Friendly, clean, nice breakfast and moderate price.  Check-in and out is very easy !

We arrived a bit late, but we were lucky enough to be greeted by Dennis, who was as helpful as you can hope for. He helped with every request and questions we had . I hope each future receptionist I meet on my next stays are as good as Dennis is. I will for sure try to stay at this hotel in the future.

The late arrival procedure is the worst ever: it takes hours to register yourself on a touch screen, entering an endless list of information. Avoid this hotel if the reception is closed when you arrive. Appart form that, the hotel is fine, try to arrive early.

We stayed at this hotel for one night and had a wonderful experience. The room was excellent—clean, well-cooled, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The staff was exceptionally kind, offering us valuable advice and even assisting us in getting an "emergency espresso." Additionally, the free parking for hotel guests is conveniently located right in front of the hotel. Highly recommend!

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an excellent experience! The atmosphere is cool and refreshing, which complemented the super clean environment perfectly. I especially appreciated the convenience of self-check-in during the late hours, which made my arrival smooth and hassle-free. The breakfast was delightful, offering a lovely start to the day. With plenty of parking available, I had no worries...

I was at the hotel and I get other 3keys when I personally booked for 4 room !!! I went out to club with friends when I returned to the hotel I didn’t get my key to my room I waited at the reception for more than 1 hours non of your staff came out .. I have to sleep outside that day ,,, am not happy with the service and I didn’t use the room because nobody gave me keys to my room I booked

Smells bad, like toilet drain odour, but staffs are really kind. Check-in time is quite reasonable, but contact to the reception is a bit tricky

If I ever visit Augsburg again, I'd stay here again. The quiet atmosphere, with a view of the park in front, was fantastic. The breakfast was also excellent. Bicycles are parked outside, but the structure is designed to protect against rain.

Top hotel! We felt very comfortable; the room was nice and the beds very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was lovingly prepared and the products were regional. We also really liked the friendliness and warmth of the staff and the fact that even those with disabilities are in good hands there. We would love to come back!

We stayed at the hotel for New Year’s eve and we have nothing negative to share. Hotel was very clean and staff was super nice. I recommend this hotel for short stays in Augsburg.

Nice and clean property. Breakfast options are good and sufficient. 5 mins walk to the tram line 2. Service is good. No front desk post 11pm, so make sure not to loose the key if returning late.

Located near the Augsburg Clinic where I needed to be. Wonderful staff, great breakfast, quiet, and clean.

Great location, excellent unit at a reasonable price. Best as a base for exploration rather than as an office away from home.

This is remote check-in and everything is independent. It's very close to the main areas with many restaurant, drinks, and coffee options. Close to all transportation and the trains in Augsburg are free so easy to get around. They will restock you if you need but I didn't need to. It had a small kitchenette with dishes etc if you need but there's many local options. Downfall is water gets everywhere...

Everything is OK, but it is not cleaned at all if you stay for less than a week...

Just finishing a 4-day stay in Augsburg, and we're very happy with the Limehome apartment. Despite other comments, we had no trouble accessing it via the provided info - just don't try to enter the keypad numbers too quickly. A taxi took us the short journey from the railway station (8 euros), then a minute's walk to the accommodation. 1st floor (room 109) overlooking the passage, not the street....

clean and central The room was very spacious and clean, good kitchen facilities. In the absence of aircon, the electric fan was a life-saver. Could not keep windows open, as there is plenty of noisy restaurants below. Easy self-check-in. Good location with walking distance to railway station, sights, and facilities. Loved the selection of tv-channels!
