This is an excellent hotel, with welcoming and helpful staff. The rooms are super clean and comfortable. We had a two night stay at this hotel as part of a family of four. Excellent breakfast choices as well.

The breakfast was very good although I did ask the last day for crêpes and he said he didn’t have any that day. thought you’re supposed to make what the client asked for, but I guess I’m wrong !!! it was a good location

We booked on very short notice and the staff at the Hotel made our stay more than pleasant. From check-in to booking the sauna and finishing our stay with a fantastic breakfast everyone was very welcoming

Good Location; very nice with the pool, sauna etc. but the service could be way better. Staff doesn’t even speak German that well. Room is very tiny, no AC, can’t close the window all the way

Hair was not cleared by housekeeping. The toiletries provided (cotton buds) had foreign pubic hair (I think or a long eyebrow). Would have preferred it if the staff wore masks, especially when cleaning the room

Room is big, no carpet all the room 👍, quiet and clean. Staff are friendly. Good price. Not far has Kaufland supermarket. Near Vietnamese restaurant. Near tram stations.

Loved it! It as a very traditional hotel and the room was very quiet. They had a great breakfast bar, great pool and the staff was super friendly. I highly recommend this hotel!:-)

It fits perfectly the business profile hotel. The rooms were good, although a little small to my family (2 adults +2 kids), but for 1 to 2 nights only, with the goal of only sleeping there, it is perfect

Breakfast was good and included. You have a parking place, charging 6 euros a night. Staff very helpful and polite, specially the breakfast crew

We stayed one night in a family room. Service from the reception was really good and helpfull also with some restaurant recomandation. The room (and also bathroom) was more than enough for a family of 4 and clean

The rooms are all suites with kitchens and large rooms; the breakfast is rich with many varieties. There is a small underground parking lot with the exit and entrance being the same

The hotel was a value for money. Parking was limited on first come first served basis. It was located close to a shopping mall but we didnt get to visit as we were on transit to Stuttgart and opening hours was short

I haven't stayed in holiday hotels much in China before, but I was very satisfied with my stay this time. Parking was convenient, the room was clean and tidy, and the front desk service was excellent

The room had a sofa bed, and we asked to make it up so two adults could sleep more comfortably, and they completely agreed

I saw a short, elderly woman living on the road, and I thought her sink wasn't even as high as the one in this hotel. The breakfast was terrible, and the taste wasn't great either. There was no lye bread or sausage

During Oktoberfest, room rates in downtown Munich are sky-high. A 40-minute train ride to Augsburg lets you stay at a Holiday Inn for NT$2,700 a night, which is quite good

We have stayed already three Times in this hotel with our dougther. The hotel is Well located, modern and Clean. IT IS close to a Shopping Center

The hotel is located not far from the station and is only 5 minutes from the city center, making it very accessible. The front desk staff is also friendly. I plan to book the hotel again next time I visit. ^👌

The hotel location was good and the staff were friendly. The location was close to downtown, so it was great to see things and eat nearby. I think I'll come back again the next time I visit Augsburg.

I visited for a business trip to Fraunhofer, and the facilities were great, and the hot water was excellent. There's a steakhouse nearby that's absolutely delicious

Everything is OK, location, breakfast, facilities and services are all pretty good.

This is a small, classic hotel with a unique atmosphere. The staff are friendly and the rooms are clean and well-appointed. However, the mattresses are quite soft, so it may be difficult for people with weak backs

We ate in for convenience and didn't regret our choice. The restaurant was buzzing with many customers and the food was very good, authentic Italian. All in all a great stay and we would certainly go back if in the area

We chise this hotel so that we could spend a day exploring Augsburg before going to Munich Airport. The hotel was not far from town. The rooms were very large, clean, very comfortable and warm

Easy to find and next to tram line. Get an all-day ticket and leave your car behind in the great parking provided. Nevertheless, location is indeed walkable to historic Augsburg

The exterior is plain but the room was not! It was tastefully decorated, fresh and clean. Super clean with even towel warmers

A good find At this price point, Stadthotel Augsburg is a good find. The premises are a little dated, but everything is clean, the room was spacious, and breakfast was great. Would definitely stay here again.
