This is an excellent hotel, with welcoming and helpful staff. The rooms are super clean and comfortable. We had a two night stay at this hotel as part of a family of four. Excellent breakfast choices as well.

The breakfast was very good although I did ask the last day for crêpes and he said he didn’t have any that day. thought you’re supposed to make what the client asked for, but I guess I’m wrong !!! it was a good location

I was stranded in Augsburg and they did not only provide me with a room they provided me with a great place to stay, a great breakfast and with what could only be described as hospitality! Would give 6 ⭐ if possible

It's great, very clean, comfortable and comfortable. You can stay here for long-distance business trips, family trips, or just passing by. Clean and sanitary, the parking lot is also good, very good hotel.

The room is big and not far from the city center. It is said to be the tallest building in the city. There is a park near the hotel and a beer house where you can eat and drink beer. It is good and recommended.

Whether you attended an event in the Congress hall, a romantic getaway plans or new year, nothing is up to, the Dorint is the best! I was now already 4 Time in this Hotel and I look forward to each new visit

Hair was not cleared by housekeeping. The toiletries provided (cotton buds) had foreign pubic hair (I think or a long eyebrow). Would have preferred it if the staff wore masks, especially when cleaning the room

Great little hotel. We stayed for one night and we loved it. The breakfast was definitely above average for this class of hotel. The free parking was full, but I had no problem getting street parking nearby.

Cozy hotel in a center of Augsburg. I did like the location and the price/quality ratio (3 stars). There was a single-bed room - an extra star for that. Last not least, the breakfast was awesome!

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was noce, no ac but there was a fan on the room which was more than enough to keep us cool. Breakfast was decent and the dining room was very nice

When we first arrived we didn't think a great deal about this hotel. The front of the hotel was locked and we had to walk around the back to get to reception. The hotel has a swimming pool and sauna

We stayed here for a Conference that was held in the hotel. The staff was very accommodating and helped the conference run smoothly. We stayed a few extra nights for some sightseeing

If you book a standard room you will have to pay €10 per person per day to use the pool. Breakfast is very good and plentiful. We had evening meals in the hotel on 3 occasions

The hotel sells you 2 day tickets for the tram(incl some reduction on the entrance fees of attractions in town). And it works out a lot cheaper to get from the hotel

For the 3-star class it has, it has very friendly staff, totally okay and nice breakfast, clean place and a central location. Tram ticket is included! Recommended.

helpful kind staff and hotel well positioned near train station, not far from the old city. the room was very dark with walls mostly painted black. the bed was comfortable and clean but overall the carpet was very dirty

This location is just great! It's within steps of the train station, but thankfully it wasn't very loud within the hotel. It's still close to city center. The hotel was very clean, the rooms were very smartly designed

We stayed one night in a family room. Service from the reception was really good and helpfull also with some restaurant recomandation. The room (and also bathroom) was more than enough for a family of 4 and clean

The rooms are all suites with kitchens and large rooms; the breakfast is rich with many varieties. There is a small underground parking lot with the exit and entrance being the same

There is a neon sign outside with the room price, rather like filling stations, the price is constantly adjusted to how much is going on in town

For example during the Oktoberfest beer festival prices are much higher, but in November, or January the price drops to about half because it#s not the tourist season

Only issues we had is that the room we had didn't really have curtains, breakfast was not that special (not that much to choose from) and info about parking (to reserve) was not told to us at the phone

Children above 6 are obligated to be tested (either PCR/ selftest) if you bring the selftest pack yourself, it will cost you nothing, and they will give you a paper right after you perform the test in front of the reception
