Wow, wow, wow! I fell in love with this hotel! If the devil lives in the details, in this place they really know it! Neat hotel and good location with option of free parking on premises. Rewe is situated same building of the hotel. During summer you need to keep the windows open and it might become bit noisy as the tram lines are just beside the hotel. Found the Breakfast buffet expensive of 14€

At first sight, everything at Augustais old style, including the sincere politeness and top professionalism of its staff. The bedroom (for 2 + 2) was enormous and very adequately equipped. Augusta also serves a good breakfast, to get one over a walking tour of the old town starting right across the street.

we stayed pretty spontaneously for just one night and i really loved it. the staff were really friendly and helpful and the rooms were spacious and clean. the reception is open 24/7 so you can go whenever you need. my favourite thing was the breakfast (included in the price) with heaps of options and good food. the staff came regularly to check up on us and we got everything we asked for.

We stayed there for a couple of nights. Location is perfect. The staff is helpful, polite, smiling and very welcoming. The rooms are clean, the bed was a bit small but still very comfortable. Breakfast was nice. I wish They had a bit more fresh fruits to choose from. Totally recommend.

Good value city hotel very well located for exploring Augsburg. We arrived late to find a pleasant lad on reception who quickly checked us in and even offered to carry our bags. Room was small but decent. Breakfast was also pretty good despite Covid times and service was good. The guy on check out helped us pay a good price for the parking nearby.

The room itself was a bit small but since I was traveling alone and only for one night, it was perfect. The air conditioning worked great, the dark curtains did too and it was clean and very quiet. There’s a fuel station and restaurant within walking distance and parking was free. This was my first time staying in B&B hotel and would definitely stay again. Covid mitigation’s we’re great too!

I found the standard room too small for a family of 4 people (2 adults and 2 kids). Very cold service at the desk. Good breakfast and great location. More of a business type of hotel than a vacation one. Good option if only for one night.

Very nice hotel. It fits perfectly the business profile hotel. The rooms were good, although a little small to my family (2 adults +2 kids), but for 1 to 2 nights only, with the goal of only sleeping there, it is perfect. Breakfast was good and included. Friendly service, pritty location! Rooms where really spacious and the balcony was nice. Only issues we had is that the room we had didn't really have curtains, breakfast was not that special (not that much to choose from) and info about parking (to reserve) was not told to us at the phone. The hotel is in a fantastic location. For the most part, the staff was very attentive and nice, but the hotel is not staffed 24 hours a day. When they go home, you don't have access to anything. Did not have the chance to stay at the hotel due to a misunderstanding during the booking of the rooms. Unfortunately a bit uncoordinated, but VERY helpful TOP LEVEL staff. In my personal experience, some staff in charge of direct contact to customers had a lack of empathy when trying to clear the misunderstand. This is an excellent hotel with the best service and facilities in all of Bavaria. Clean rooms, cozy restaurant, polite staff. I especially want to note the work of the beautiful girl Valeria, who does her job perfectly as a receptionist. I recommend to everyone! You won't find better!

Great little hotel. We stayed for one night and we loved it. The breakfast was definitely above average for this class of hotel. The free parking was full, but I had no problem getting street parking nearby.

For a 2 star b&b it had very good value and was ideal as a base in Ausburg. Tram stop short walk away that took you into the city. 2 restaurants next door to hotel, 1 italian( tasty pizza) and a thai. Wife and I stay here every time we visit Augsburg. The owner and staff are always very friendly and helpful. Making us feel right at home. The rooms are always clean, tidy and well maintained.
