We have stayed already three Times in this hotel with our dougther. The hotel is Well located, modern and Clean. IT IS close to a Shopping Center. Breakfast is really good. What i Like Most IT IS that they have a room, where the children can Play while you have your breakfast.

we stayed pretty spontaneously for just one night and i really loved it. the staff were really friendly and helpful and the rooms were spacious and clean. the reception is open 24/7 so you can go whenever you need. my favourite thing was the breakfast (included in the price) with heaps of options and good food. the staff came regularly to check up on us and we got everything we asked for.

At first sight, everything at Augustais old style, including the sincere politeness and top professionalism of its staff. The bedroom (for 2 + 2) was enormous and very adequately equipped. Augusta also serves a good breakfast, to get one over a walking tour of the old town starting right across the street.

This is an excellent hotel with the best service and facilities in all of Bavaria. Clean rooms, cozy restaurant, polite staff. I especially want to note the work of the beautiful girl Valeria, who does her job perfectly as a receptionist. I recommend to everyone! You won't find better!

Great little hotel. We stayed for one night and we loved it. The breakfast was definitely above average for this class of hotel. The free parking was full, but I had no problem getting street parking nearby.

The room itself was a bit small but since I was traveling alone and only for one night, it was perfect. The air conditioning worked great, the dark curtains did too and it was clean and very quiet. There’s a fuel station and restaurant within walking distance and parking was free. This was my first time staying in B&B hotel and would definitely stay again. Covid mitigation’s we’re great too!

They have limited free parking surrounding the building but for the underground gated parking, they charge €12 extra. The room doesn't have a wardrobe but has 2 space for hanged clothes/coats. For a bargain price, you get a clean, modern room with an amazingly comfortable bed. Breakfast was amazing; they had bacon, sausage, eggs, scrambled pancakes, cereals, yogurt, cold meats, bread, juices, and more. Kids under 12 eat free. I would definitely stay here again.

I like Inter City hotels as they are convenient for the railway station. This one is tucked away a little and not well signposted so make sure you know where to go. Quiet room, friendly reception and good breakfasts all help. Plenty of restaurants nearby for lunch and dinner.

This location is just great! It's within steps of the train station, but thankfully it wasn't very loud within the hotel. It's still close to city center. The hotel was very clean, the rooms were very smartly designed. Also, the staff was very friendly. We would definitely stay here again!

Because of the bad experience at the other hotel, I talked in a bad temper when arriving at IntercityHotel. But the staffs at Intercity were super friendly and helpful. They found us a room. Did not have the chance to stay at the hotel due to a misunderstanding during the booking of the rooms. Unfortunately a bit uncoordinated, but VERY helpful TOP LEVEL staff. In my personal experience, some staff in charge of direct contact to customers had a lack of empathy when trying to clear the misunderstand. I've stayed here before. It's a good place to stay if you want to be in the centre of town and have many different restaurants and cusines at your convenience.

This hotel is fairly small but the rooms are clean and comfortable. The location is perfect for walking around - it is tucked just off of Maxmillianstrasse across from the square. Very nice hotel. It fits perfectly the business profile hotel. The rooms were good, although a little small to my family (2 adults +2 kids), but for 1 to 2 nights only, with the goal of only sleeping there, it is perfect. Breakfast was good and included. Only issues we had is that the room we had didn't really have curtains, breakfast was not that special (not that much to choose from) and info about parking (to reserve) was not told to us at the phone. For a 2 star b&b it had very good value and was ideal as a base in Ausburg. Wife and I stay here every time we visit Augsburg. The owner and staff are always very friendly and helpful. Making us feel right at home. The rooms are always clean, tidy and well maintained. We also appreciate the wonderful breakfast and coffee provided each morning. We look forward to staying here again in the future each time we visit.
