The spa was excellent, only not everything was working properly. The steam sauna switched off and got cold after a short time requiring attendance of hotel staff

Located near the highway but not close to the center (however the area is served by the tram). Hotel with restaurant, indoor pool, spa, private parking. Breakfast, wellness center and pool are not included in the price for standard rooms. Even though the parking is the hotel's own, they still decided to charge 10 euros per day.

Not too happy I booked it when I saw a picture of the pool. It costs 15 euros to use. It is a disorganized layout, and when I checked in, ended up schlepping my stuff all over looking for check in. The sauna, I never saw, but I believe it is there. Never saw the pool either. Couldn't find either and didn't get much help in that regard. Very nice breakfast, big Rooms and im in love with sauna on the rooftop.

Overall it's clean, the facilities are a little old, but the breakfast is pleasantly surprised and rich.

Despite the lack of staff, the hotel offers excellent value for money. I highly recommend it ;) I'll book again immediately if the price is the same.

It is very nice hotel; clean, quiet, big rooms. Receptionists were especially helpful; although there was no kettle in the room they gave us one from the kitchen. there is a water station available at the entrance. Only minor issue was that it is not very convenient to reach the city center; walking 12-13 minutes to tram station and then tram rides take another 20-25 minutes.

It is clever with the code for letter box to get the keys to the rooms after the reception time. However, I found an old towel hidden behind the curtain on the heating radiator.

For check in we had to call as we havent received info from the property. That was the only issue we had! The property felt safe and had what we needed, but the surrounding not as much. Supermarket close by but we wanted to eat and it wasn't as easy as we taught..

Last minute booking on a road trip thru Bavaria. Cute little hotel with great amenities. The air conditioning was welcome on a hot summers evening.

We loved the location, facilities and staff. The staff was so helpful as we were dealing with some medical issues.

Great hotel very clean, comfortable and the most friendly team there, made me feel very welcome nothing too much trouble. Dinner was great well cooked traditional Bavarian. Breakfast also good quality and fast. Easy access from the autobahn with good parking. Would go back for sure.

Perfect. The only hotel in Augsburg that offers free gym membership pass (great gym is next door) Vegan friendly place (breakfast / dinner) Friendly stuff. I will recommend this place. It was priced better than chain hotels nearby.

this is a fivestar superior hotel very excited to go there. The receptions were very nice and helpful. Unfortunately, the air conditioning was not working in my room 158. I went downstairs. It was 7 PM at night. She took me around to a few other rooms, which were all very warm and then I saw other fans outside the doors obviously that first floor does not work well after an unpleasant night sleep...

This is an excellent hotel, with welcoming and helpful staff. The rooms are super clean and comfortable. We had a two night stay at this hotel as part of a family of four. Excellent breakfast choices as well.

This hotel is awesome!! Old world service with new world amenities. You definitely get a good value for the price. Incredible location with great access to shopping and restaurants as well as a great breakfast. 10/10 recommend in you’re in Augsburg!

Fantastic location right in the middle of the Main Street but not noisy at all. Beautiful lobby, excellent reception staff, and comfortable, clean rooms. This was a great stay - so many restaurants nearby, lots of shopping opportunities, as well as close to the tourist information office that gives an excellent English tour.
