Central location with free parking and proximity to important businesses in Aurich. Very good quality furnishing, large rooms, nice bathroom and very good quality breakfast. Great service at the front desk.Although a bit more expensive than average prices for similar hotels

I’m writing to inform you about our experience at your restaurant.
We were visiting from the US & were invited to the Hotel Stadt restaurant for brunch.
There were 13 people in our party.
This was a few days before New Years Eve.
Our waitress gave us green cocktail napkins to use with our meal.
I noticed the nice napkins, black with deer & trees, folded behind a small bar on the right.
Thinking the waitress had forgotten us, I went & started gathering them & the waitress said we couldn’t use them, they were for New Years Eve & were being saved for that night. The smaller tables had the napkins folded on them, so apparently they all weren’t being saved.
I would think an establishment as yours could have gone into the city & purchase more of the “nice” napkins; they are everywhere during the holidays.
I was greatly disappointed that your restaurant would hold them back from such a large party as ours for, maybe, patrons a few days later.
I just wanted to share my thoughts on this with you & maybe in the future you will purchase more of the nice napkins for the Holidays.

Was on a business trip and stayed in this Hotel which is very good. Locality is so near to city center and also to Aurich ZOB bus station. They kept good options of dishes for breakfast like boiled egg, scrambled egg with lot of bread and cheese as well. Muesli was also good with lot of fruit juice options as well. They do have laundry options with drying for a nominal price. Parking space is also good and well maintained rooms with daily house keeping

Very comfy and clean. Very freindly stuff. If you are travelling through the northen coast of germany, this will be a perfect overnight stop

This was our second stay. No refrigerators on our floor. Poor customer service; allow your in house guests chance at Friday barbecue. During inclement weather allow your in house guset access to Terrace.

Clean room, nice staff, room service available. There is a free of charge parking lot, that belongs for the hotel. Close to the city centre (like 10min on foot). There is a breakfast buffet, but we didn't take it, so i cannot tell much about that

When I am bicycle touring I normally try to stay in less expensive hotels, but when you are in an October rainstorm in North Western Germany (and the less expensive places on the road just before the town, where not open for business) you sometimes have to make a hard decision. The rate I was charged was a little under 100 Euros for the night (which was not really on my budget), but they were very hospitable and even allowed me to park my bicycle inside a locked storage room. The complimentary buffet (German style) breakfast in the morning was really first class and very much appreciated.
Also due to the fantastic German bathroom and room heating system, I was able to wash and dry out all my wet clothing, for a fresh start towards the coast in the morning.
