Where to stay in Bad Durkheim

The Staff was very nice and the hotel was everything I expected. They had a lovely garden and breakfast was great! There was a lot of variety and something for everyone.

Absolutely outstanding! Professional, clean, and orderly. Last minute decision turned into pleasant surprise. Highly recommend. Clean rooms and excellent service.

Great service and food. Spa was excellent and room was very clean. We loved just staying at the hotel and checked out the winery nearby (5 min drive).

We really enjoyed our stay. The atmosphere is great and the spa/wellness area is especially beautiful. In the indoor pool women/men could feel like they were in another, magical world. Special praise goes to the kitchen and of course the always friendly staff. And all this with such a great value for money. We will be back.

We had a wonderful 3 days / 2 nights here. The staff was always very, very friendly. The email in advance was also very warm. The room was clean and the whole facility was tastefully decorated. The food was also excellent and the wellness area invites you to stay for a few hours and relax?

Very good place/hotel to discover the city. The hotel is run by a very nice and friendly family. The hotel is very clean and the breakfast is sufficient and you can order more. No buffet for breakfast due to Corona. There is also a parking space for the car. It's all good and recommended. Thanks for the nice time

Nice family-run hotel. Was there for a seminar and the rooms should be great. Didn't stay overnight but my colleagues praised it very much. Whiskey lovers have to try the Palatinate whiskey there.

Nice hotel with a very friendly owner. The breakfast was great, the rooms were clean and large. But a few deductions, since the ambience was more modern in the eighties and is therefore not contemporary and also a little masked. But: if we were to be in the area again, this hotel would be on the short list.

Beautifully positioned hotel view across the Weinberg’s amazing.. Found the room to be a little dark and cold but the seasons were changing from summer to autumn and the building we were in was older than the main bit of hotel Very friendly and helpful staff .

Positive: very good, quiet location, very clean, good food could be improved: -tables were randomly changed at dinner (why?) - visitors who arrived later received their dinner first - packed lunch is poor; Tetra Pak (lots of rubbish for the garbage cans in the forest), you had to prepare and pack the rolls yourself (almost looks like theft)

We only stayed one night, but it was so worth choosing this hotel. The location is great, lots of hikes are possible from here. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There is a beer garden right in front of the hotel where you can enjoy a spritzer or two. We will definitely be back.

We stayed at the Hotel Annaberg for 3 nights and booked an arrangement. Since we had breakfast and a 3-course meal in the evening included, I didn't expect the food to be of a really good quality, especially given the cheapest arrangement price. The staff were amazing the swimming pool was also great since it's indoor, the breakfast was delicious,in general I had a great experience. Maybe the only point I have for the hotel that if they put new couches in the room 🙂

Though the hotel and the rooms are a bit outdated, overall it was great for our one-night stay in the area! The rooms were comfortable, though you can tell they haven't been renovated or updated in a long time. The restaurant is very nice, as we had a great evening meal and breakfast there. We loved our stay at the Achat Hotel in Bad Dürkheim! The room was spotless (and the soap smelled SO good!). Our balcony had a beautiful view, the breakfast buffet offered plenty of choices, and the pool was the perfect place to unwind. Excellent staff, service, and facilities. Highly recommend it for a relaxing getaway!

Hotel is lovely, service is very good, the staff is very friendly and ready to help. The swimming pool is very clean, so are the rooms. We had a 3-course dinner there and food was lovely, they prepared a lovely table for us with loads of candles. Would go there again 100%.

I really enjoyed my stay at Achat! Firstly, the room was very clean, the bed was comfy and the little terrace opened up to a beautiful view of the park. Good hotel with a nice breakfast Buffet. Every request such as gluten free bread or almond milk was no issue for the reastaurant, fantastic! The rooms need a Renovation especially considering the price. The next door rooms were quite loudly to hear, the furniture is old.

Unhelpful and dated Bathroom was very dated and not very clean. The guy on reception was very unhelpful- didn’t explain how to get through the barrier to enter the hotel with our motorcycle and didn’t explain what was available to eat in the restaurant or where the swimming pool or facilities were - we found out that information from the lady in the lift who was cleaning, who was very polite and helpful...

Dürkheim is a hidden gem and well worth a weekend visit. Would recommend the hotel but brace yourself at the reception desk: the staff do not know what service is and are busy ignoring guests and display an arrogance I have not seen for quite some time. If you can look past this you'll have a nice stay.

We arrived on a very hot afternoon and were warmly greeted and given details of our room and told that the car park was a pay and display public car park. The charge was 3 euro for 24 hours. The room was standard Mercure with a shower above the bath. The hotel had access to the adjacent municipal swimming pool. Great stay in Bad Dürkheim, close to a lot of activity’s and free enters to the saltine. The room is nice and clean, the breakfast is basic and the staff is super helpful. I would recommend this hotel if you are staying in Bad Dürkheim for both couples and family.

I stayed here in January 2007. Everything was excellent. A nice welcome, excellent room, staff and breakfast. Landscape and view from your was beautiful. Hotel is placed next to a salt factory. So you can visit the salt factory too.

Small, delightful hotel (almost) in the middle of the city. Super clean. Nice terrace to relax. Excellent breakfast. Everything your heart desires! Very friendly service. Dogs are also welcome.

Everything was fine! Very nice landlord, you can't do anything better at breakfast, the rooms are large with a balcony and very clean, parking is available, there is also a bicycle garage, definitely recommended!

Overall everything was fine. Delicious breakfast with lots of choice. The room was okay, but we had to remodel it a bit so that you could turn off the light from the bed. We'd love to come back.

After 12 hours of absence in this place, a natural desire is the comfort of rest, and in my case, the bed of its poor quality frame made it UNLESSELY impossible to properly implement this privilege, which I reported to the representative of the rental company.

The host was very friendly en helpful. The location is also very nice; right next to the wine cycling route, with some great views. I would very much recommend to do have the breakfast when staying here. We arrived by bicycle and there was and fortunately there was the option to store these securely in the basement.

A good campsite but pitches rather small and a bit squashed in. When we arrived the site had a lot of free places all over the site but we were allocated a pitch in an area that was already quite full rather than spread people about.

Bathing Lake, airstrip, doable walk through medieval vineyards to bad Durkheim, every other place a weingut, mostly Mediterranean climate (something to do with the airflow from Alsace) nowhere better. Treat yourselves.

Facilities are good. Much of the space for tents does not have shade. Not the kind of place you'd be comfortable charging your phone unattended in the toilets. There's a small lake which seemed popular with kids and families. There's also a small shop.
