Simply great, everything with taste and lovingly furnished, very familiar and well cared for with a great atmosphere. There is so much harmony here, also with the furnishings, we discovered something new every day. Whoever lives there gets to know how to feel good

A hotel furnished with great attention to detail. The owners run the business with great personal commitment and always cater to the wishes of their guests. We had booked 5 nights and will keep each of the evenings in pleasant memories. The breakfast was very rich and left nothing to be desired. We will come back.

Very nice hosts. Their attention to detail is evident from the room to the breakfast and the garden (thanks for the cherries). Good leisure tips will be given on site ... The host impresses with his natural friendliness and you for your perfection and visions of the future. Keep it up, everything's fine. Perhaps the corridor could use a little splash of color for my taste (too beige for me) the table...

I loved my stay at Ortner’s Resort! The room was super clean and cozy, with a beautiful view. The staff were so friendly and always ready to help. The whole place had such a relaxing vibe—I’d definitely love to come back!

Nearly perfect a few details to improve still after getting the 5 stars make sure there is fresh orange juice at the buffet , maybe also to have a bell boy to help for the luggage But overall this is fantastic here and the spa huge and wonderful

What a fantastic family run hotel. The food is delicious, breakfast, lunch and dinner! The beds are so comfortable that I checked to try to figure out the brand of mattress! Every single detail is thought out to perfection. I am especially impressed with how well the hotel and staff have handled covid restrictions. I felt safe, spoiled and more relaxed than in months! We have been there about 4 times as a big group of loud, English speaking moms needing a weekend away. This family run hotel has always been amazing. They totally spoil all of us. The accomodation is very comfortable, the food is absolutely amazing and the spa facilities are excellent. Wonderful.

We went on a short trip and were more like welcome at the Sonnenhof. Very, very friendly staff and always helpful, competent and great service, from the reception to the hospitality. Not to mention the outstanding cuisine. We will definitely come again and then longer like just a weekend!

Best catering, very nice staff, a great bathroom with an outdoor pool, Kneipp facility, sauna and steam bath area, a day at the Sonnenhof is always too short. We always love coming back to the Sonnenhof.

Hotel advertises four stars, but they are only three. In my opinion. The food wasn't of a high standard, and the chef couldn't give any information as to what kind of fish was on the sideboard🤷🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️ Also the menu was changed without warning!! Overall OK!

All getting on in years, free WiFi only near the reception. Chaos in the dining room at breakfast which was still quite decent compared to dinner. For parking in the unkempt place you have to shell out 3 euros per day. In the many hotels we have visited in the course of our lives, this was the first one that took money from guests for parking.

I understand the other reviews, it's not my worst vacation, but it's not the nicest either. There are a few things that could have been done differently. Staff actually quite friendly. Rooms are clean. But wouldn't call the hotel a wellness hotel.

I can highly recommend the café and the hotel 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻. We have been here several times and are very satisfied. Spacious room, very friendly, competent staff. We were in the cafe on a Sunday. The service was friendly and quick. The house cake was very good. The restaurant is a bit older but clean. The prices were not excessive.

We really did enjoy our stay in the hotel. Room was big and it had everything you needed for your stay plus a big terrace. Breakfast was very tasty and the staff was super nice. Location is perfect, car parking in the garage underneath the hotel.
