Some rooms are a bit out of time, but the wellness area is phenomenal and the restaurant is also really great.

Very nice hotel with clean rooms and friendly staff. Food is very good as well but the services at the bar in the evening were slow as everyone wanted a glass of wine and the place looked like short staff. Overall very good experience although quoted pricy.

Decent accommodation, good breakfast buffet, although a bit funny : except Bavarian pretzels, nothing else to sweeten the breakfast... Beware of open windows in the room : they left it open but covered with a curtain so we didn't see it until the morning and from 6am all the noise from the outside was in our room as well... no sleeping. The mühlbach is a very nice and clean hotel. All employees are friendly and very helpful. The rooms are clean. The food is delicious and there is something for every taste at the bar. The pools weren't overcrowded. Wellness treatments are highly recommended.

What a fantastic family run hotel. The food is delicious, breakfast, lunch and dinner! The beds are so comfortable that I checked to try to figure out the brand of mattress! We have been there about 4 times as a big group of loud, English speaking moms needing a weekend away. This family run hotel has always been amazing. They totally spoil all of us. The accomodation is very comfortable, the food is absolutely amazing and the spa facilities are excellent. Wonderful.

We were here for the second time and it was again a perfect stay. It's very quiet and the room on the 5th floor facing the park is just beautiful. Service, staff and breakfast all without complaints. We will be back and can only recommend it.

It was our first time in the hotel. Had a very nice room on the 5th floor with a view of the spa gardens. The staff were very friendly in all areas. At breakfast almost nothing was left to be desired. So we can recommend the hotel.

Friendly and brisk service. We were there at lunchtime. There was soup as a starter, plenty of salads and a large selection of main courses. Price-performance ratio good. Pleasant atmosphere. We went on a short trip and were more like welcome at the Sonnenhof. Very, very friendly staff and always helpful, competent and great service, from the reception to the hospitality. Not to mention the outstanding cuisine. We will definitely come again and then longer like just a weekend!

Best catering, very nice staff, a great bathroom with an outdoor pool, Kneipp facility, sauna and steam bath area, a day at the Sonnenhof is always too short. We always love coming back to the Sonnenhof.

All getting on in years, free WiFi only near the reception. Chaos in the dining room at breakfast which was still quite decent compared to dinner. For parking in the unkempt place you have to shell out 3 euros per day. In the many hotels we have visited in the course of our lives, this was the first one that took money from guests for parking.

I understand the other reviews, it's not my worst vacation, but it's not the nicest either. There are a few things that could have been done differently. Staff actually quite friendly. Rooms are clean. But wouldn't call the hotel a wellness hotel.

The Apartment Hotel Victoria is located exactly opposite the Europatherme. Spacious apartment, great winter garden for breakfast, very nice, newly made winter garden in the reception area, with open fire and drinks, after 6 p.m. for self-service. Friendly service at the front desk, always happy.

Despite Corona and restrictions, we 3 friends had a very good vacation. With good service and very nice staff. We have been coming to the house for years, we like the proximity to the thermal baths. We also liked the changes to the breakfast buffet with many small jars for yogurt, quark, muesli, fruit, tomatoes and much more. Our date has already been set for next year.

Very nice to relax for a weekend. The SPA is very cosy and has everything you need, there is a Bio and a Finnish sauna. Some may say that it would be nice to have little more to choose. Besides relaxing the food is also very good.

It was perfectly okay for the price, the room was clean and adequate, the food was not always good. Service was good, meal times could have been a little longer in the evening. A laundry service would be nice too.
