I loved my stay at Ortner’s Resort! The room was super clean and cozy, with a beautiful view. The staff were so friendly and always ready to help

Excellent hotel in very central location with easy access to everything that Bad Füssing has to offer. The pool and sauna areas are gorgeous and done with great attention to detail

The friendly and helpful staff were such a surprise, considering we were in Germany! If the bedrooms had air conditioning then I'd give them 5-stars but sadly they didn't and the mattresses were too soft

Only negative: It's an 'adults only' hotel and on several days there were young children in the thermal pool, using it as a diving and swimming pool -- which it isn't intended to be!

It was our first time in the hotel. Had a very nice room on the 5th floor with a view of the spa gardens. The staff were very friendly in all areas. At breakfast almost nothing was left to be desired

We were here for the second time and it was again a perfect stay. It's very quiet and the room on the 5th floor facing the park is just beautiful. Service, staff and breakfast all without complaints

Best hotel I have been to in Bavaria for this price and the staff are extremely friendly and bring a warm atmosphere in these winter times.

We received a very friendly welcome and were shown around; the rooms are incredibly tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. The wellness area is also beautiful and more than met our expectations

Bathroom a bit smaller but still perfect. Nice balcony with seating area. The outdoor pool has a temperature to relax and feel good. The indoor pool is very warm with sulfur thermal water

Next door is a very good restaurant and a wine bar, each with an indoor and outdoor area. We didn't even go to the thermal baths because the hotel was so great

The wellness area, pool and garden were clean and very nicely maintained. Extra praise goes to the homemade cakes that you can buy with your coffee at the pool bar. (Praise to Sabine, the cakes are fabulous)

In the well-tended, nicely landscaped garden you will always find enough loungers and free space. In the cafe by the pool you can relax with cool drinks, small dishes or coffee with homemade cakes

Very nice hotel. Room is comfy and breakfast good. Only drawback is Fitness room as the equipment seems a bit random.

Super comfortable beds, friendly service, and above all, the only breakfast buffet so far that actually lists which rolls and breads you're eating – invaluable, especially for allergy sufferers like me! We're already looking forward to our next visit

It was a bit of a challenge for the two of us (with a friend there), a bit younger and young at heart, but not that important. There are plenty of alternative options for evening activities in Bad Füssing

This is perhaps the only minor drawback if you prefer to be among your own. The staff throughout the hotel are truly attentive and friendly, happy to accommodate special requests where possible

As already mentioned in a previous review, when the hotel is at full capacity, you might end up sharing a table with other hotel guests at dinner, even strangers

The hotel is located almost directly next to the Europa Therme spa, a 5-minute walk away. Breakfast was very good, with a wide selection of dishes

It was perfectly okay for the price, the room was clean and adequate, the food was not always good. Service was good, meal times could have been a little longer in the evening. A laundry service would be nice too.

Despite the central location, a very quiet house. The staff was friendly and courteous and the breakfast buffet offers everything your heart desires! There were also no complaints at dinner

Great breakfast and plenty of free parking. Less than 5 minutes from the Europa-Therme spa. The rooms seem quite dated, with carpeted floors and a very small bathroom. But they're fine for a week.

Nice small hotel (40 rooms or so), with a great kitchen, very good Spa and treatment offers. They have their own Thermal Water Pool on a lovely roof-top pool. The treatments are very effective ( I did Jin Shin Jyutsu)

We stayed here for a week as a retired couple and everything was great from the first to the last day. The kitchen deserves at least 5 stars. The food was very good and was always refilled

The hotel was 2 minutes from the bus stop so that was possible You can park your car in the hotel's own underground car park, the rooms are very spacious and there is even a small kitchen with a kettle, coffee machine and fridge

We went to Café Himmel in Bad Füssing and had two Hawaiian toasties – simply heavenly! A huge compliment to the friendly staff member who made them so delicious

We booked four rooms at the same time and were staying with some other people. Nevertheless, they refused to charge us for one breakfast and one night, even though the person wasn't even there

Apparently, they don't rely on guests who book four rooms at once

The owner was very kind and offered me a room late in the night with no reservation and also taking in consideration that was a festival going on and all resort was fully booked and I mean no room available anywhere! The price was high and the price didn't match the quality of the room

Very rustic place with a lot of fruit juices and teas, coffee was fresh and lovely view with the garden. I wanted to book for few more nights but expensive. Free parking in the front of the hotel

There was an old cobweb and dust that had been waiting for a dustpan for quite some time by the side of the bed. It's probably a corner that's a bit harder to clean

However, I have my doubts regarding cleanliness. The entrance area and the stairwell were clean during our stay. Our room, unfortunately, was less so

What I also didn't like was that the tablecloths were only cleared of the dishes after breakfast; the crumbs remained until brunch

That's not pleasant; in a 4-star hotel, you have to eat brunch with the breakfast leftovers of other guests on your table

Even a freshly set table in the evening, nicely arranged, only to find several clearly visible stains on the tablecloth

Yes, it's highly recommended; a fantastic hotel with every comfort. The rooms are immaculately maintained every day, and the towels are changed very often, even though we hadn't even put them on the floor yet

The service staff is always on the ball; special requests, whether at breakfast or dinner, are immediately accommodated. We stayed there for 14 days in July and felt completely at home

There were trolleys available in the underground garage to transport our luggage up to the apartment. This eliminated the tedious unloading and lugging of individual suitcases. The apartment was a good size
