Comfortable rooms and beds, stellar breakfast, free parking with easy garage access, and very helpful and friendly staff in a wonderful Black Forest setting. Would stay at this BW again.

The hotel Was nice, only on the balcony no table, chairs. And in the room of the refrigerator is missing. The balconies are made of wood, the time from dust and dirt clean. The area where the hotel is, is great Everything on-the-spot Bus, shopping. Otherwise, we were for 1 week, satisfied all super nice in the hotel.

We were 13 adults and two small children for two nights in a Best Western Hotel. A total of seven double rooms were occupied, which were almost all of different size, some with a very small bathroom. The furniture have their best time behind itself, the walls could use a new coat of paint, but it was clean and tidy and nothing broken. Breakfast plentiful, dinner, tasty and something for every taste. Service very friendly and helpful. Wi-Fi reception, unfortunately, is not in any of the rooms are equally good, but for us it was sufficient. All in all we were satisfied and had a lovely stay.

The rooms are outdated, the furniture old, the upholstery frayed. On the day of arrival a lipstick sleeve was under the sink, on the day of departure he was still there....so much for the cleaning service :-( The bathroom is tiny, and only with a bathtub. The large Hotel has a very small swimming pool, which is the size of a third-rate paddling pool. On the balcony of one ( 1 ) plastic chair without pad, very modest :-( Wi-Fi in the room was not accessible. Wi-Fi there was only in the lobby. Parking in the very tight underground Parking garage for 8,-Euro on the day.....:-(
The kitchen, the great food and the very friendly staff I can praise in the highest tones. The Hotel I can not recommend, it is part of a General overhaul!!!!

The buffet was nice. I love the small dej to the German. The pool water was a bit cold and the staff did not speak French. Otherwise it is quite nice and we enjoyed the sauna.

A special thanks to the kitchen - was great, nothing repeated in the 10 days . But some of it was not so super - a balcony - no chairs, dirty - the cleaning staff was not responsible, other window sills were schnuddelig - pity!

I had booked a Deluxe room with a Queen-Size bed and panoramic views. The room could be of this description.
The bed is a small 1mx2m bed, the room was really small, the bathroom tiny and the panoramic view consisted of a view on a wall. The room was clean but very noisy. You can see the Hotel that was last renovated in the 80s. The bookable Garage is very steep and twisty, and to recommend only very good drivers. I can't recommend this Hotel.
