Unfortunately a mediocre experience. Our room 303 was spacious and up to date furnished but nothing special. Bathroom was clean and up-to-date as well. Main beds were good. Breakfast was ok. Parking can be done in 2 parking garages in walking distance and costs max 20 p/d. Limited in hight but our tiguan with rooftop box fitted in. Hotel location is great and in dead center of town. Ideal for a visit on foot. Hotel WiFi was great.
However, there were also a few negatives. 1 our airco room unit made a huge rattling noise, which made sleeping with airco on impossible in our room. 2 therefore we slept with the window open which meant we were disturbed in sleep by street noises till 1 am. 3 the 3rd additional bed was an unconformable sleeping sofa with very hard surface. A softener top would have been nice.
The price paid was limited and fitted the level of accommodation.

I did not get the name of the receptionist but she was very patient and sweet and walked me through the check in. I was lucky enough to get a 1st floor room right outside the main building. My room was clean and had no issues, I just wished that the wi-fi was faster so I could stream my shows on my iPad! The location was great and prime locations were all walkable distance (best restaurant for me was an Indian restaurant called Ganesha!). Overall I would recommend this place and I would stay again! This is not for everyone but if you want to have a “5-star” experience, go to a 5-star hotel ;) To me it was practical, cozy, and what I needed for my stay.
Edit: forgot to mention, the receptionist didn’t have to but she let me check in early since the room was ready!

Why Lying ? We booked good rooms on Booking, but it was not the reality. As for the receptionist, she was a liar. We did not even approach her. She was very racist towards us and did not want to help us. We know all the laws of Europe. Why did we not face this problem only with your hotel!

The room felt clean and nice, good breakfast, price and location.
It was over 30 degrees and a tropical night, we took this hotel because of the air condition. Unfortunately the cooling didn’t work. We mentioned this to the receptionist the day after and didn’t get compensated.
The wifi was slow, almost useless.

My single room was comfortable and well equipped with a mini fridge, kettle (complete with complimentary peppermint tea), safe, TV, desk and en suite. The highlight was definitely the breakfast which had a much larger variety of food on offer than I expected (hot and cold meats, fruit, cereal, breads, jams, pastries, yoghurt, salad and some Mediterranean antipasti) and nice coffee prepared on request by the staff and wine (!).
The hotel is very close to the lively and historic parts of Baden-Baden; the beautiful Lichtentaler Allee is almost on the doorstop!
The one downside with my room was that the street outside was a bit noisy with workmen but I slept comfortable despite this.

I’m staying in this lovely hotel for several days! The location is excellent, you are in the center to everything! The hotel staff are very friendly and competent. The room is clean and fully equipped.
For a small amount of money you get so good breakfast definitely worth booking.
For the price/quality ratio, I highly recommend this hotel.

Average quality. Small, not quite comfortable room. Bathroom needs renovation and despite many tries it was not possible to use wifi. On the other hand location is perfect and price is fair.
