Brenners Park-Hotel & Spa - an Oetker Collection Hotel

Even the hotel was (or still is) under construction, we never noticed anything of it and service, rooms,.. were all on point.
Spacious room, beautiful setting, nothing to remark.

We enjoyed the spa, the afternoon tea with some live music and had dinner in the Fritz&Felix restaurant, followed by the best Whisky Sours made by Fabio (who now moved to Bristol hotel in Paris to my knowledge).

Absolutely top notch service, facilities and rooms. The food was excellent as well and direct access to the park is a great perk. Shopping and restaurants are also close by. The staff is very attentive and professional.

Great hotel. I had a nice stay at Brenners Park with exceptional service. The entrance was a bit hard to find due to construction - the main building is being renovated so only the smaller building is being utilized but that is not reflected on google maps navigation. Had to drive around the construction sites before finding the entrance.

You feel as though you are living in the world's most beautiful and picturesque postcard, such is the feeling of warmth and beauty at Brenners Park-Hotel & Spa in Baden Baden. The way the team at the hotel looked after us 24/7, especially our children, was exemplary. Unparalleled service as we have come to expect from the Oetker Collection hotels.

The breakfast team of Mrs Kiy, Mrs. Martin, Ms Moutaqi, Mr. Kumar are first-class, there is no team better in the industry. The room service lady Ms Milella was an absolute star. Taking care of all our vegan and vegetarian needs with ease, complete ease.

And Ms Becker and the apprentice Mr Schroeder fixed a small light bulb in the middle of the night while my kids were asleep, without making a noise and doing so with a smile. No request was too much. The front desk team of Mr. Kauer, Mr Taller, Mr Hamed, Mr Weber, Ms Kollmann, Ms Benítez, Ms Bergbauer, Mr Doufrain were so courteous, so polite, so engaging. Reminds me of the teams at Le Bristol and L'Ápogee, out of this world.

The sauna and the fitness rooms were impeccably clean, day and night, and the housekeeping teams are world-class, not an ounce of dust in sight, ever.

And, Ms.Franziska Kempf the front office Assistant manager leading the team brilliantly, and waved us goodbye at the end as we drove off.

Last but not least, I must compliment the Managing Director Mr. Henning Matthiesen. Under his leadership, you don't just feel part of a hotel family, you feel as though you have entered paradise.

Our love story with Oetker hotels started with the impeccable service of Mr Duarte Bon de Sousa at L'Apogee back in 2016. He is now Vice President of Operations at Oetker Collection. Just goes to show how first-class hospitality runs throught the organisation from top to bottom.

We spend a wonderful afternoon, enjoying the tea time in the winter garden despite the renovation work of the hotel.
Everything was perfect, we will definitely come back on our next trip to the city.

Gorgeous place

If you want to say “yat”, then this hotel is for you: relax, bliss and travel beautifully, then this hotel is for you.

Brenners is crème de la crème when it comes to service and hospitality. Every member of their staff was cordial and accommodating during every portion of our visit: from housekeeping when we needed pillows and an iron, to the staff during tea (3 different amazing experiences there), to the staff during our drinks and meals each evening. The dinners were exquisite and I would not hesitate to recommend the tasting menu (including wine pairing) to anyone I know, as the chef’s have done an outstanding job of creating a wonderful menu with well paired wine selections. We most definitely look forward to a return visit to Baden Baden and this wonderful establishment!

What a magnificent property! As beautiful as the town and surrounding park is, it’s hard to bring yourself to leave the hotel grounds. So beautiful.
The service was absolutely exceptional.
Dinner at the Fritz and Felix restaurant was one of the highlights of our trip and our server, Sasha, was one of the most professional and personable waiters I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. Only wish we could’ve stayed longer and cannot wait to return.
