They have an outdoor parking lot and an underground garage. To get to the hotel, you have to drive through a barrier to access the outdoor parking lot. If you do that, an additional €13 will be charged. A rip-off for an outdoor parking space!

The room is clean, quiet and also beautifully organised. The restaurant on the first floor offers breakfast in the morning, good food for dinner at the evening and also various drinks at night. There is no store nearby so you can get some snacks and beverage in the restaurant. The crew in the restaurant can also send drinks and food to your room.

The room was clean, quite, and comfortable. The restaurant staff were very kind and helpful, and made arrangements to ensure that my dinner is gluten-free.

The hotel is located a bit far from the city center, so we had to drive for a few minutes to get there. The room had a modern and stylish vibe, and it was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. There’s a nice sauna and an underground swimming pool, which are open until 10 p.m. The breakfast was fresh and enjoyable, though it didn’t offer anything particularly special. The reception staff were kind and welcoming. I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel and would love to come back for my next vacation.

There were no tea bags in the room and when we asked the hotel to provide they wanted to charge us for this. Providing tea and coffee in the rooms is basic for every hotel and it was quite shocking that the hotel did not want to provide tea bags. They must realise that everyone doesn’t drink coffee and some people would like to have tea in their rooms.

Lovely hotel in Wurzburg
We had a lovely stay in the Hotel Melchior Park, Würzburg. It’s a little way out of the historic centre but right on a good bus route (very cheap and direct service to the centre). Hotel was immaculately clean, very quiet and all the staff we met were very friendly and efficient. Our room had a full balcony and overlooked the ‘natural’ outdoor pool. We’d definitely stay here again if we went back to Wurzburg.

I just checked in with a group of 31paxs and for 2nights. On arrival we found that the hotel have very poor customer service except for Mr Mohamed Gamal at the front desk. He try his very best to help us out to attend to the issues stated below. House keeping did not replaced toiletries like body gel etc in many rooms. Bed pillow are super thin and not good for support. Super limited or broken Kettles from the lobby cabinet. Air-conditioning not working. Very disappointed with this hotel. Thank God at least we have Mr Mohamed Gamal to ease our discomfort.

Hotel is fantastic. Could absolutely see myself staying there in the future due to the saunas and pool area.
