Well-managed hotel. Excellent and friendly staff. Great buffet breakfast. Super-clean rooms.

We have been looking for a short break in this hotel for the second time and found it. We can only recommend this hotel. Super friendly and great staff. Everything was simply top notch and it won't be the last time we stay here. We used the sauna and spa area and everything was top notch again.

Lovely hotel during the day. We turned up after 21:00 hrs and this is a sleepy town...everything was shut. Keys were dispensed from a machine outside, and we just managed to make last orders at a local pizza place. We only wanted a beer, but had to purchase a pizza to unlock the beer experience. Quirky with a capital Q, but would recommend. Take your own pillow though, the one I had in the room...

Very nice hotel, where I was very well treated. The room was great, and everything went fine when I was there. The only "lack" was that I arrived late, and allthough the personnel had made sure that I would have access to a good room, and to a key, I wasn't provided with a Wifi code.

The room was nice and clean, very nice and big room. Fantastic breakfast with many fantastic options including cakes, mousses and fantastic scrambled eggs.

We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness in our room, the courtesy of the staff and the excellent breakfast buffet. The cakes in the café are absolutely great. We will be happy to come back next year.

I was here three times for one night each time and felt very comfortable every time. The decor is mostly older, but very well maintained. The rooms and bathrooms are clean and tidy. The hosts are very friendly. Children are also welcome guests. The covered terrace and the beautiful garden in front are nice places to stay. The breakfast was good every time despite changes due to Corona.

I took a short break there over the weekend with my mother. The rooms are very nice, cozy and clean. The breakfast in buffet form delicious, plentiful and something for every taste. Had a great place with a view of the beautiful garden. You can relax in the swimming pool and the sauna, everything is very well maintained. I can only recommend Hotel Pension Pieper Kersten .

Nice place and friendly staff. Everything was clean. The swimming pool was very good. The hotel is very close to the forest and the beautiful park. The only thing that could be better was the room because it wasn't so beautiful as the fotos in website/booking.

A very pleasant little family hotel. Good food and a very good price for the quality you get. Bad Laer is a very charming little village in Lower Saxony in Germany. I would highly recommend to take a walk through the woods from Bad Laer to Bad Rothenfelde, or to visit Bad Iburg a few kilometers away by car.

The swimming pool and restaurant are very nice. The apartment is also well equipted for simple family cooking, especially the living room has enough space for the little child to play around.

The place is ok. They have a nice resturant. But they have a problem with the staff that dont speak english very well. And the rooms are quite small.

Head a nice room that was quiet. Second floor. The windows opened wide and there was a tall fan in the room. It is a hot summer. Breakfast was really good plenty of choices on the breakfast bar. Juice, coffee, fruit, meat, bread, cereal and and more. additionally, eggs done as you like.

Not the ancient hotel one expects, however, the rooms are large, clean and cheerful. The bathroom also large with a delightful spa bath. Good restaurant, in the historic section. Well appointed, good value.

Hotel Neustadt is supposed to be the right place to check in when spending some time in good old Osnabrück. Rooms were not really clean. The shared bathroom was disgusting. When we arrived 2 of the 3 light bulbs didn't work, when pointed out at the reception i got 1 new lightbulb. Breakfast was not that good. There was a lot of choice but the products weren't really tasty. However 50 euros for a double room with breakfast is really cheap so it's good for 1 night

Stayed from September 19th-28th and any issues that came up were quickly resolved. Had a wonderful stay and the customer service from the staff was some of the best in Germany I have seen.

Nice hostel with a perfect location in between the train station and the city centre. The rooms are not super nice as everyone has the same key to enter. Also the showers are not the best, privacy wise. The host is super friendly though and will answers all the questions you might have about the area.

Great place to stay. Good food, people and ambiance.

Comfortable beds and our three bed room was huge. The elevator was quite small though and maximum capacity was only 300 kg so we had to use it in turns. We had the grill buffet in the restaurant at that was really good. Good breakfast in the morning.

Osnabruck was a wonderful German city with lots of character and Hotel Westerkamp was the perfect place to stay. The room was very spacious and comfortable. Everything was in working order and clean. Everyone was very friendly and the breakfast buffet was delicious. We'll stay there next time we visit Osnabruck.

We stayed there four people. It wasn’t crowded due to Corona and there was only one lady working. She was really kind and friendly. The hotel feels like a museum inside and it is so clean that sometimes we could even walk barefoot. We had an amazing breakfast in the next morning with fresh juice and so many other delicacies.

ok hotell to good price We got a room in the cellar. Very bad connection for WIFI and a bit strange layout. The thing that could be improved is the access to the staff (had to call them om the phone because no-one in the reception) and better wifi and better cleanup in the room.

Small Familly Hotel, Friendly people, Great Italian Restaurant and Hotel all in one, very close to German FN Ridingcentre of Warendorf, If you are a rider it is the place to stay. Rooms are not big but are clean for what you need. No luxury but kindness of owner makes it all.
