Excellent experience. Room was very nice, clean and cozy. Also there are a lot of extra stuff in a room, nicely equipped kitchen including microwave oven, TV with YouTube and more. Location is also quite good.
And stuff. We came a bit late (after 6 p.m.) and with no booking made but young lady at the reception was very helpful, professional and with very good English. Check-in was fast and smooth. I was very satisfied with check-in experience.

Stayed from September 19th-28th and any issues that came up were quickly resolved. Had a wonderful stay and the customer service from the staff was some of the best in Germany I have seen.

The owner went above and beyond to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The place was beautiful. The building is historic and the rooms quite comfortable with many amenities. We only stayed for one evening but the room could support a much longer stay (kitchen included in our room). We included breakfast and the meal was an excellent traditional breakfast. The staff was also attentive and the owner as well. It was about 15 minute walk to the train station & 30 minutes to the city center.

Unique location, looks like a little castle and you feel like a king. Perfectly located to visit the city by feet. Staff is very friendly and we strongly recommend the breakfast!

Such a beautiful place. The serviced apartments have all you need, cooking facility, dish washer, fridge etc. Staff is great, all is super clean, rooms are spacious and the location is central.
