Parking was easy. Staff at reception were polite and helpful. The decor is lovely. The rooms were nice and clean. We had a lovely view from our room on the first floor. The bathroom was clean and comes with Dove body wash, shampoo, and hand wash. The breakfast was delicious, and there was a good choice of savoury and sweet options. The gym was well equipped too.

I was really surprised this is a Holiday Inn, the decor is fabulous, the King suite is fantastic and the front desk staff were kind and genuinely polite. The bed and shower are great. I am traveling on a motorcycle, so parking is important, it's underground and it felt very secure. The only thing to be aware of is I couldn't pull the luggage cart right up to my bike for unloading/ loading, there is a set of stairs at the front entrance to accessibility was not the best. I would go out of my way to stay at this location again and have the opportunity to really use all of the facilities and walk around the area. I did eat at the restaurant and while the choices were limited for dinner, it was probably the biggest hamburger I've ever been served! My only complaint here is that when I was asked if I would like water I said yes and then a small bottle of water was delivered and it's expensive. I had complimentary water in my room, so I felt it was just a learning experience. I'll be back!

Good size of room, quiet garden view side, nice person helping me for the check in, convenient garage with direct access to the hotel, garage fees a little bit expensive, fitness center+jacuzzi and sauna ,perfect to relax

One of the best Hotels by brand „Holiday Inn“ ever !
It is level like Crowne Plaza.
Staff, Room and Cuisine is quite good!
Area of hotel is pretty close to central station and easy to reach.
But it is no nice area and feeling of a safe area during the night was not with me.

After calling the hotel before booking to confirm a family room I was told that there was no such thing and I needed to book 2 rooms instead. After arriving we received 2 rooms with 2 pullout sofas. After complaining nothing was done to make us feel better for the miscommunication on their end, so we had to pay for two rooms with two pull out sofas (basically double price). Be aware! We feel ripped off!!!

King Room: Quiet and big, nice lighting , very clean . Parking is available underground. But for business trips , parking on streets are free after 19:00. very friendly staffs. Welcome drink included. Instant Coffee and kettle in room. Overall was amazing staying here

1. Amazing rooms, super clean, extremely comfortable, great view from french balcony.
2. Great value for money compared to other hotels
3. Easy access to underground car park
4. super cosy fireplace / bar
5. delicious breakfast buffet.
6. Great selection of beer
Negatives:
1. Disappointing dinner menu : when we stayed there was only a buffet, that was pretty empty and the available selection was pretty poor considering the price.
Slight negative:
1. Key card for elevators: This is understandable so that random people dont get to your floor, but in case you want to go before your friend or partner and forget your card, you are completely stuck on the floor.
Summary:
Amazing hotel, would 100% recommend it.

A bit strange hotel. It's all great inside the hotel, the rooms are fine, the service too and the breakfast is great - but some dealbreakers are there:
1. You can't set the AC yourself! The reception has to do it for you. There is actually a control panel inside the room but it does not work. Our A/C (room 431) stopped working (started blowing warm air instead of cooling) and we woke up sweating and airless at 3:30am. Then we tried to solve it with the panel and just after calling we understood that the AC can't be set and after the guy tried to set it down, he told us that it doesn't work at all and moved us to another room at 4am... Not very nice.
2. Although it's not really central, there is a huge parking problem as there is a hospital just next door. The hotel charges you 19 euro for a parking place...
3. Because of the hospital and a discotheque next door too, it's far from being quiet. Ask for a quiet room and beg for not many ambulances.
We paid 113 euro not incl. breakfast. I'd expect more.

I'm very sorry to write this about your hotel, however i'd like to express my personal experience at the Holiday Inn. While the service seemed to be a positive aspect, it's unfortunate that the overall visit fell short. The head chef's stubbornness and the unsatisfactory taste of the food relative to its cost are certainly concerning points. The negative atmosphere and the presence of stressed workers might have contributed to an uncomfortable environment. It's good to know that the service team tried their best in the evening, despite their apparent exhaustion. Overall, it sounds like there were several areas that could be improved to enhance the guest experience

Very luxurious stay in this clean and modern era hotel.

Should have the parking gate re-programmed to open automatically when a valid ticket is inserted. Pretty dull having to call the receptionist early in the morning for the to open..
Remember to ask about housekeeping as this is not planned by default. I was under the impression that housekeeping staff walked through every floor and made the bed @ replaced towels on the floor if there isn’t a sign saying “do not disturb”.
Apart from this feedback given I will definitely book them again when traveling back.
