The room and the hotel itself were lovely - clean, modern, and good food. Only minor gripe was our shower gel was empty from when we arrived which feels like a shame that was overlooked. But otherwise the service was great and the staff were friendly.

The main reason I've only given this 3* was the noise - the hotel is right next to a nightclub, and our room was on the nearest side. There was pumping music even at 1am, which we could hear with all the windows closed and wearing earplugs, so our sleep wasn't super restful.

If there were no noise, or it stopped at a more reasonable hour, I would go back in a heartbeat, but this put us off returning unfortunately!

The hotel enjoys a strategic location, especially convenient for travelers arriving by train. The front desk staff are friendly and welcoming, and the hotel is within walking distance of several key tourist attractions—making it an ideal base for exploring the town.

3. This hotel exceeded my expectations! The on-site gym was well-equipped, the front desk helped with tour bookings quickly, and the overall vibe was calm and welcoming. Great value for money.

Really nice Hotel with clean and spacious rooms.The bar has great ambiance and the breakfast was really good .Loved the sauna too.

Perfect hotel if you don’t want to sleep.

Nightclub Alando Palais is ATTACHED too the hotel. Loud music and bass sound vibrated throughout the hotel until 5 am. Apparantly every sat-sun. Even earplugs would not solve this.

The staff responded kindly and were understanding of the situation.

Very unfortunate because it is otherwise a very nice hotel.

Just stay here, it's perfect. Hotel is beautiful and not your typical Holiday Inn. Do go for an executive room, for more space and a minibar, I would say it's worth it. Recognised for our IHG membership and told the minibar was complementary. You will not regret staying here, even if the price might be a bit higher than other hotels in the area. Worth it = YES.
