A bit of an old internal design, but everything was clean, the rooms were spacious, and the breakfast was rich.

Great location. Close to the central bus station and to the ferry service that takes yoi to the train station. Very good breakfast and dinner. Convinient parking.

We had a very enjoyable stay. The restaurant was excellent and the sauna and steam room superb - very friendly staff and the room was kept nice and clean and tidy

I used to be regular in there when One Day I realised a Dog by my side at the table in indoor restaurant, it belonged to the other couple. I had No idea that it's such a Low Ranking Place that allows Dogs in. It's absolutely insulting and suggests to the guests that they are Equal to dogs. Some people might choose to be equall to a Dog BUT Not everybody has stooped that low culturally and morally. I stopped going there and refuse to go to any place with such a Low Standards. First comes Respect, then service, food or location. There's a long way for some people to get civilised!

We ate twice this week at elbhotel bad schandau and were amazed both times. The park and rose garden setting with a comfy table and river view in the shade provided a dream place to enjoy extremely good cooking. One afternoon we had pork cutlets in mushroom cream sauce and lasagna. Tonight we had pork and chicken cutlets with a freshly made rissoto. Both meals we have to say were our favorites of the week. Fr Petrova and Hr urbanak provided attentive and friendly service. And the rose garden this time of year has dozens of rose bushes in many colors. A breathtaking pink rose bloom the size of a melon hung almost over our table. In all these were two unforgettable meals we enjoyed. Thank you.

Absolutely fantastic place to stay. Wonderful views. The staff are beyond friendly and professional. The rooms are tip-top and Jessica is the most beautiful woman in all of Germany. This is the place to choose for a short stay or a long stay. If we ever come back to Bad Schandau we would 100% stay here again.

Room was okay and had a bath (The Walkers Delight). Breakfast was fine. Dinner menu was a bit basic and waiter wasn't very helpful with our lack of German.
Nice terrace for a beer, which was the usual selection for the area. Would it kill them to get a few IPAs in 😉

Very neat and clean Hotel, friendly Service. Room top, Breakfast buffet, too. On the terrace you have lost sitting in the restaurant business.
