Excellent room and the food was great that we had for breakfast lunch and dinner! Our company had a conference here and everyone treated us great that worked at the hotel.

I was there with my son for a weekend last summer. The staff is super nice, very helpful (I am blind) and on request also tips on excursions, hiking trails and so on. The hotel is very clean and the food tastes delicious too. Even a massage we could treat ourselves on Sunday, which was very relaxing. We can only recommend this hotel and look forward to returning again.

Rooms are a bit outdated, but otherwise a very clean, comfy and welcoming place. The breakfast offers a huge choice and the dinner is very tasty although a tad expensive. We really liked option to book a private sauna.

Nice hotel in a perfect environment for a hiking vacation with a confortable stay (+sauna!). The staff was nice and accomodating.

We attended the Christmas night ballroom dance and had a lovely time. The ballroom is beautiful and has a really nice floor. The music was good. We discovered dance by chance and went because we were staying nearby. We will be going back next Christmas. Update we have been coming every year for the dance except during covid.

food was average but I give 4 stars mainly because of waiters which were generally quite nice and normal. I found it to be an exception in the area of Sachsische Schweiz

Absolutely fantastic place to stay. Wonderful views. The staff are beyond friendly and professional. The rooms are tip-top and Jessica is the most beautiful woman in all of Germany. This is the place to choose for a short stay or a long stay. If we ever come back to Bad Schandau we would 100% stay here again.

Visited as part of the panorama tour, the ferry travels on the Elbe between Krippen and Bad Schandau. Walking a shortcut that I didn't want to use on my bike.

Has fully met our expectations. There is nothing to complain about. With the presentation of the breakfast you have come up with something good. (It was served like in a hotel, we didn't miss anything). This was our first time in a guesthouse and loved it. The use of the guest card was very pleasant. Gladly again

Cozy place, decent food for friendly price

Great place for dinner, they even have an English translation of the menu. The food was really delicious for a good price. The pork tongue was really delicious, the pork steak with mushrooms was also delicious. I highly recommend this place. Also the atmosphere inside is very nice and the waiters are kind.

Great food great ambience! But the bowling alley was a little noisy from the restaurant area, I guess that can’t be helped. It is still cool that they manage to fit 3 bowling alleys in there!

A bit overpriced for what it's worth but the panorama is indeed lovely. The climb up from the ferry is absolute murder, avoid if possible.

The food at the restaurant was exactly what I needed after a tiring hike. The staff was very courteous and helpful (as long as you could get their attention), when I expressed concern over not having tasted crayfish before, they brought me some before they prepared the meal.

We didn't stay at the hotel but we did eat at the restaurant. The server spoke great English, was quick, and kept checking on us. The location was good because it was right by a boat, people would take to go hiking. So, you could get a sweet treat right after hiking. Or a delicious meal. It was so cool because there was a robot that served your food to you. The food was delicious. We got desserts....

Really cute hotel along the river. The staff were extremely kind and the dinner was definitely worth trying. Our room was sunny and clean. We were really happy with our stay! Only thing to note is that it is an 20-30 minute walk to pirna town and not accessible by public transport on weekends. So good if you have a bike or car but we walked and it was still ok :)

We visited during a major heat wave, and there was no air conditioning or way to cool down. I know this is very common in this part of the world, but it made the stay very uncomfortable. The beds were average at best. We enjoyed the breakfast and the bathrooms.

Overall the hotel is really nice. The room was a bit old and smelly, also a bit dark. On the other hand, breakfast was really nice: nice variety, good tea, very cosy breakfast area, good service. Also I can mention small parking: it is rather small, and if you come late you might need to look for the place in the city.

The cleanliness of the rooms and the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff are definitely worth more than 5 stars! The hotel is located on the outskirts of Dresden. The reception staff, room and bar were fine. Had breakfast at the hotel which was ok but limited choice. It's a 30 minute tram ride into the centre of Dresden & the tram stop is 200 metres from the hotel, or it's a 20 minute taxi ride.

It's a very cozy hotel that tries to be outstanding by service. And they do. The rooms are a bit old style but in perfect shape and super clean. The breakfast is amazing, food and service.

An Amazing Stay! We had an incredible stay! The rooms were clean and spacious, the staff members were incredibly kind and helpful (especially Alex who worked the front desk), and we loved having an amazing restaurant inside of the hotel. The breakfast is not so good and there’s not so much to choose from. And you pay 13.5 euro for it. You can definitely get much better breakfast for cheaper price outside in bakeries. The shower in the room was broken during our stay and the temperature changes from one moment to another. I almost got burnt by the early morning shower.

Nice hotel with modern rooms. Good location, easy access to public transport. Staff was friendly and also gave tips for things to do in Dresden :)

A very cozy and relaxing atmosphere! The room was very nice and with great attention to detail! In the box spring beds you sleep well! The sauna area is really relaxing and invites you to stay longer! Family Lalee are very welcoming hosts and the breakfast was great! Everything for everyone! Thank you for the wonderful stay!

A recommended place to Stay, Chill out, Spa, and food! Qualified Service looked after us great, the rooms are designed in very cozy and references to the Spa which is a mysticism for the body and soul! Food...delicious! More of a man can't survive only say!

A few words about the Hotel. Is located in the vicinity of the center, which is a big Plus for the visitors. Luxury rooms and a well-equipped, WiFi! Room service very nice and helpful :) The Spa is also. You can use the Spa, Sauna and two swimming pools! in case of bad weather indoor swimming pool is :) In the evening you can relax in schiha :) We spent a very nice time there Simply super!

It is located only 500 meters from the city centre. You can walk anywhere. Staff was very helpful. Room is good but needs a bit refurbishing.

The location of the hotel is very close to the substation, you can reach it either by walking in 10 minutes or by taking the tram in front of it in 5 minutes. The rooms are spotless, and the beer bar on the ground floor is very enjoyable.

I spent 4 days during a seinar in the hotel. Staff was friendly at all times, even looked if there was a charger for my macbook (mine was at home). The room was clean and nice, I could even open the window to get some fresh air. Restaurant was good, again, friendly staff, taking care of requested diet without a problem. Only stayed for a few hours for some sleep on a longer road trip. Nice and clean rooms, comfy beds. Staff very friendly and professional. Would appriciate better signs where the parking is and possibility to charge electric vehicle.

Clean. Silent. Near 'the Neustadt'. Parking garage! No 24 reception, but the check-in process is convenient and communicated via mail + call.

The room was clean. Receptionist understands English. However, during night, it was loud because there is a theatre on the ground floor. The bathroom definitely needs more lights. It is also inconvenient to get in to the hotel after 6 pm because customers have to take the entrance at the back of the hotel. I absolutely love this place! Spacious and located in a unique part of town.

Clean rooms, weird decoration od the room, old-fashioned, quite old. IT was not the worst, but I am sure you can find better accommodation in Dresden.
