Great Spa. Watch out though, it appears to be closed on Sundays. Decent breakfast, rooms were clean. Right opposite the historic elevator which is a great place to take in the golden hour with a nice beverage 🥂

Nice hotel in a perfect environment for a hiking vacation with a confortable stay (+sauna!). The staff was nice and accomodating.

We attended the Christmas night ballroom dance and had a lovely time. The ballroom is beautiful and has a really nice floor. The music was good. We discovered dance by chance and went because we were staying nearby. We will be going back next Christmas. Update we have been coming every year for the dance except during covid.

food was average but I give 4 stars mainly because of waiters which were generally quite nice and normal. I found it to be an exception in the area of Sachsische Schweiz

Hotel with a pleasant atmosphere, beautiful, spacious garden, pool and located directly on the Elbe.

I was there with my son for a weekend last summer. The staff is super nice, very helpful (I am blind) and on request also tips on excursions, hiking trails and so on. The hotel is very clean and the food tastes delicious too. Even a massage we could treat ourselves on Sunday, which was very relaxing. We can only recommend this hotel and look forward to returning again.

Beauty area was too nice. We had a pure romance arrangement, which I highly recommend. We had an outstanding weekend at hotel Steiger in sebnitz. The staff was friendly and helpful, the spa was very clean an beautiful with lots of pretty details and a steamroom. Beautiful Hotel with all the amenities but very unfriendly staff upon arrival you will be sharply addressed to the Desk, the man is not stupid signs to read, and furthermore, the renovation of jam at the Wallpaper in the corridors, in part, breakdown, furniture scratched and... last point, no Parking 200 meters to the hotel with suitcases run you need to ca or a ferry ride cost to get to a... conclusion...

The food at the restaurant was exactly what I needed after a tiring hike. The staff was very courteous and helpful (as long as you could get their attention), when I expressed concern over not having tasted crayfish before, they brought me some before they prepared the meal.

We didn't stay at the hotel but we did eat at the restaurant. The server spoke great English, was quick, and kept checking on us. The location was good because it was right by a boat, people would take to go hiking. So, you could get a sweet treat right after hiking. Or a delicious meal. It was so cool because there was a robot that served your food to you. The food was delicious. We got desserts....

We were very pleased with our stay. The location is great for excursions around the region. The hotel restaurant is great and the rooms as well as the wellness center are clean and cozy. A very romantic hotel.. All the employees were very kind. The rooms are spacious, clean. You get a key like from the Middle Ages, to really feel like you are in a castle. The breakfast is excellent. The surroundings with the gardens are beautiful. We really enjoyed it.

We greatly enjoyed staying at this hotel. Breakfast had a nice variety of options and staff were attentive in clearing tables and asking patrons if they needed additional drinks. The hotel is located on the outskirts of Dresden. The reception staff, room and bar were fine. Had breakfast at the hotel which was ok but limited choice. It's a 30 minute tram ride into the centre of Dresden & the tram stop is 200 metres from the hotel, or it's a 20 minute taxi ride.

It's a very cozy hotel that tries to be outstanding by service. And they do. The rooms are a bit old style but in perfect shape and super clean. The breakfast is amazing, food and service.

I booked this hotel for my family trip to Dresden. It was far from the center of Dresden, so it would be difficult to get there by bus. If you have a car, it's cheap, clean, and recommended.

The hotel is very clean and the staff super friendly. The twin beds on the other hand is pretty narrow and my son actually fell off a couple of times during the night waking me up in a fright lol.

Pretty nice business hotel. Great breakfast and buffet. Just 10 minutes walk to old city center.

Right in the Altstadt. Short walk to Frauenkirche, Neumarkt, Zwinger, Brühlsche Terrasse and the Elbe, and also to the trams and shopping to the south. We liked our room very much, it had plenty of seating to relax in, enough room to move around in, and outlets for our chargers. Bathroom is nice, too. The beer, wine, water and juice in the refrigerator mini-bar is complimentary, and they restock it...

The premium room  has a cupboard door share with the bathroom broom and toilet. When you draw the door to close it makes noise and the lights wake up the other person.  This is most disturbing experience . None of us slept well for three nights.

We changed the room with the Frauenkirche view to a bigger room 300(39 m2). However the bathroom door is shared with the cupboards. That disturb the other when one goes to toilet in the night. The door makes noise and lights from the bathroom wakes up the other. These for 3 nights we didn’t sleep well. The elegant Grand cafe close by is wonderful in the evening for drinks.

The location of the hotel is very central and you can walk to many of the city attractions. The rooms are alright but far from a four star hotel. The breakfast buffet is mediocre and the staff at the buffet were everything but friendly.

We stayed two nights in this lovely hotel and enjoyed each moment. The friendly service, very well equipped and clean rooms not to forget to mention a delious breakfast for a good start into the day framed the visit of this nice town. The hotel's location in very convenient. It's within short walking distance to many major attractions so it saves a lot of travel time staying at this premise. It's an older hotel so do not expect state-of-the-art facility. The front desk staff is modest, professional but not going out of the way to help. It feels very German. Very nice room to stay. The bar on ground floor is crowded but staff service was nice. Parking area is underground. It is difficult to find and inside is very narrow so that you need to be careful for driving.

It has been quite a while since the hotel name changed from The Westin Dresden to BILDBERG. It was inconvenient because you had to walk for about 15 to 20 minutes from the tourist center and there were no shops or restaurants nearby. The room is small and the bathroom is large. The facilities overall are old. Breakfast was okay.

It's a little inconvenient because it's a little far away, but the building was clean. It would be helpful if there was a microwave in the room or in the common area. There was a refrigerator. There was also a bathtub.

It takes 10 minutes to walk from the hotel to the light rail station. The location is remote. It is not convenient to take a taxi. It is not recommended for those who are not traveling by car. I booked it because of Marriott at first. But the service and facilities are not up to par. The air conditioner in the room is broken and the bathroom is very small.

The location of the hotel was a bit disappointing as it is rather far away from the city center. Our room was clean but rather basic. We were given a room with one double bed although my reservation was two single beds. The lady on front desk was impolite. They said we don’t have room only one. That one was for people with disabilities the toilet was too high and there was no bathtub. My reservation was with street view and you can see in the photo the view we got.

The hotel is very easy to reach from Neustadt bahnhof (just a 200-300 metres) and still an easy, walkable distance to the city center. My room was spacious and comfortable; well, I did miss a coffee/teamaker. The bed was very comfortable too. It wasn't noisy although my windows were facing the street The breakfast was lovely too!

The front of the hotel faces a very busy street. The rooms facing the parking place in backyard are shielded from the street noise and really quite. The guests are charged extra for the parking. The interior is beautiful. Rooms are spacious. Many restaurants are in about 5min waking distance.

Built in 1855, it must have been a majestic landmark in its heyday. Sadly it now shares the building with other businesses - often the case with old, large hotels that require expensive maintenance. TLDR: it's a great place to stay in Dresden. The hotel feels upscale, the rooms are spacious and clean with nice natural light, the beds are comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with a huge selection of quality foods. Parking in the underground garage is easy. The hotel is just a short walk from a bunch of cool attractions. 10/10 would recommend staying here.

After mediocre experience in Titisee we were hesitating to take this hotel and we loved it! Very good facilities for a family! Even if the hotel is huge and full of guests, the staff is extremely professional and provides personalised advice and guidance in a very friendly manner. We had a good dinner and wonderful breakfast. They also have a very interesting loyalty programme. Bravo!

Excellent experience we too the family suite which was big and comfortable. The hotel is right at the edge of the old city 5 min walk. Still Some room for improvement- in the order there were bath tub and shower but didnt mention these are in the same wet room . No much sense having it together so we couldnt take this in advantage. Very nice hotel. Only bad thing was the sauna was additional charges and the car park was 4 times more expensive than another within a 1min walk. Other than that it is an exceptional hotel.

It was clean and nice. The underground pool was quite deep, so it was fun. I was supposed to be assigned a room on the 1st to 4th floor, but all the rooms were taken, so I was given the 8th floor.

We stayed at the Urgestein room and we really liked the decoration and the shower. Additionally, a really good price for a 4-star hotel in Bautzen that we got directly from the hotel website, cheaper than in the hotel aggregators. There is an inner yard which unfortunately we could not enjoy but I bet it is really cool to enjoy in the warmer months. The staff was nice and attentive.

Perfectly located hotel in the old town. Clean rooms. Very good breakfast. Staff is nice and attentive.

Very conveniently located hotel. Right in the city center next to City Hall and the amazing old town. Comfy rooms, friendly staff and a great breakfast buffet. The only sore point was their absolutely flaky wifi, which was largely useless.

Tony at reception is ready to help out. Maddox in the restaurant is great. He just graduated from apprentice training, four months ago, and doing an excellent job with a "can-do" personality. Nice hotel, quiet room and parking available. Too high price for parking on the street! Breakfast was excellent and atmosphere was very nice!

We stayed for one night. The receptionist was helpful and there was no wait. Our room was of average size and had no carpet and was spotless clean. The bathroom had a walking shower and a tub both in a separate compartment. There was a free bottle of water in our room together with a hand written greeting card. The curtains were light proof. Our bed was a queen size even though we had booked a king...

We had a short stay over here. The location is great! Service was warm n friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Overall a good experience:)

Lovely, clean and well located hotel. Easy tram to the main train station. Staff were very good, and my room felt spacious and even had nice views. FYI, I didn’t partake in the breakfast so my review doesn’t reflect that.

Lovely modern hotel with large rooms. 2 stops on #11 tram to old town centre, or 20min walk. Great breakfast too. Tram also runs to Hbf.

The service was very good, they were very polite and offered to help us. The facilities were also good, the bed was comfortable and they had a TV, the bathroom was very nicely decorated and it was tidy, thank goodness you could book in late in the evening and it's close to a train station so it's easy to get there.

The room is average, a bit punk style
