4 star hotels in Bad Schandau

I was there with my son for a weekend last summer. The staff is super nice, very helpful (I am blind) and on request also tips on excursions, hiking trails and so on. The hotel is very clean and the food tastes delicious too. Even a massage we could treat ourselves on Sunday, which was very relaxing. We can only recommend this hotel and look forward to returning again.

Beauty area was too nice. We had a pure romance arrangement, which I highly recommend. The highlight was our bath in the tub with light and music, in which the time has passed by in the air. :) Our 4 course meal was delicious. Thanks to the kitchen and the service staff. Nice hotel in a perfect environment for a hiking vacation with a confortable stay (+sauna!). The staff was nice and accomodating.

We attended the Christmas night ballroom dance and had a lovely time. The ballroom is beautiful and has a really nice floor. The music was good. We discovered dance by chance and went because we were staying nearby. We will be going back next Christmas. Update we have been coming every year for the dance except during covid.

food was average but I give 4 stars mainly because of waiters which were generally quite nice and normal. I found it to be an exception in the area of Sachsische Schweiz

Hotel with a pleasant atmosphere, beautiful, spacious garden, pool and located directly on the Elbe.

3 stars would be appropriate. Bottle of beer from the fridge is not a 4-star level. Room quite nice. Breakfast Ok, but self-service coffee is a youth hostel Level.

We had an outstanding weekend at hotel Steiger in sebnitz. The staff was friendly and helpful, the spa was very clean an beautiful with lots of pretty details and a steamroom. The breakfast buffet was Plenty, with ordinary, various food like little omlettes and "Arme Ritter". We would stay at this hotel again for sure.

We were over the weekend in Sebnitz. The Hotel is situated in the heart of the city on the market. The paid Parking on the market is on Fridays from 18 clock, free of charge, until Monday morning you will have to pay again. Thus, we had no Problem with it. Great rooms, each decorated according to a theme. We were in London. It was a pity that the Spa is only 14 years.

Very nice Hotel, the to-be-missed his claim to be a Small Grand hotel, however, clear. Of note is the new and very beautiful Spa. Otherwise, there is a lot of Kitsch and frills. The food is mediocre. For the offered prices are too high overall.

Quartier 5 is a really nice 4 stars hotel! It has a really good infrastructure. From the beginning, we received a warm welcoming. The decoration inside is exquisite and I was impressed about it. We stayed here for one night during our vacation. The hotel is in a small calm village and it has everything for a great vacation. We had a double room with balcony and it is freshly renovated, very clean and decorated with a lot of love to details. Beautiful Hotel with all the amenities but very unfriendly staff upon arrival you will be sharply addressed to the Desk, the man is not stupid signs to read, and furthermore, the renovation of jam at the Wallpaper in the corridors, in part, breakdown, furniture scratched and... last point, no Parking 200 meters to the hotel with suitcases run you need to ca or a ferry ride cost to get to a... conclusion...

The food at the restaurant was exactly what I needed after a tiring hike. The staff was very courteous and helpful (as long as you could get their attention), when I expressed concern over not having tasted crayfish before, they brought me some before they prepared the meal.

We didn't stay at the hotel but we did eat at the restaurant. The server spoke great English, was quick, and kept checking on us. The location was good because it was right by a boat, people would take to go hiking. So, you could get a sweet treat right after hiking. Or a delicious meal. It was so cool because there was a robot that served your food to you. The food was delicious. We got desserts....

River view was exceptional, near to walking paths, travelling through the river

We were very pleased with our stay. The location is great for excursions around the region. The hotel restaurant is great and the rooms as well as the wellness center are clean and cozy. Small flaws in the hotel are more a matter of taste, so not relevant here, but: the fitness room could be loved more :)

Ideal structure as a starting point for walks in the surrounding area. Large and clean room. Leave the car on the other side of the Elbe and reach the hotel by boat.

I would not give the Hotel 5 stars. I would give it 3 stars based on the following observations. The breakfast buffet was simple, void of fresh fruit, fresh juice, and the eggs boiled hard. The wood flooring adjoining the balcony door was damaged, split, and flaking. The remote speaker in the bathroom didn’t function and the Kneipp foot bath in the courtyard was filthy and not functional. No Concierge...

Excellent room and the food was great that we had for breakfast lunch and dinner! Our company had a conference here and everyone treated us great that worked at the hotel.
