Vitalia is a nice hotel at a very nice location. If you stay here you should teke the time to enjoy it. Spacious rooms, friendly staff - one wants to come back.

Nice quiet environment, receptionist could be a bit more friendly. We arrived at 23.00 hours and she wasn't expecting us any more. We were made very clear that we were oh so lucky she was going to make the room ready at this time.

From the fifteenth to the nineteenth of August we have a nice little vacation at Pachs Gasthof. Size changes were on the way. The hotel has got a new owner. Gorgeous hotel with super nice staff. It's a kind of rural chic place with the charms of rural landscape but the rooms and service are top notch. There's a lot of small details in the rooms - wooden decorations, pictures for room numbers - that just show how carefully curated the experience there is, how caring the owners are. This was an excellent accommodation that was able to fit my family of six with four young children in two separate rooms without a reservation. Other reviews are lying. This is great hotel. The location is 20min walk through a lovely suburbs to the city center. Rooms are clean, modern looking. Elevator is creaking and somewhat scary, but fully functionable. A CLASS staff from desk to the open night bar. Accessible public transport and secured parking. Do you want more?

1 night stopover on our way to Copenhagen. Rooms are ok. Parking costs 12 eur per day even though the app says 5 EUR. And theres no EV charger at this price.

The room was nice, silent and clean. The staff didn't know how to work; when I reported that the elevator was shaky and had stopped. It took a long while before they stopped people from using it. The room is small but it has everything. The breakfast is quite nice, compared to the price. They have the parking slot for you. The elevator is a little bit loud and slow. The service is nice. It takes 15-20 minutes to walk to the city from the hotel.

Great new furnished hotel in Lübeck. I stood here overnight after a ferry trip, so having a good sleep was the main point for me. But I have also got a very warm welcome and kind personnel, a stylish room, a great bathroom and a good bed! What else could tourist desire? You can either park your car inside the hotel's territory or use the underground garage for 10eur/day.

Love hotels, where in the morning you can go to the pool and take a dip, lie down on the warm deck chair and sit in the sauna. Then a delicious Breakfast and enjoy a Cup of good coffee. I always stay here as the staff are very friendly and accomodating. The dining area is great and so is the spa/pool area. You will not be disappointed staying here, whether for a weekend getaway, a business trip or anything else.

Have seen better days, time to refurbish the rooms perhaps, clean and tidy but the rooms have more to wish for, I'm a returning guest for approx 20 years but I will think twice next time

On the plus side is the very nice and helpful staff at the desk. Free parking on the street is possible, the hotel garage comes with a fee. The breakfast is ok but not great. The negative side is that the hotel and the rooms are pretty old, altough they are clean. For that it is one of the cheaper hotels in Lübeck it is worth the money.

Well appointed room with everything we needed, only a little small. We enjoyed the heated floor in the bathroom. Contrary to our worries the close proximity of the train station was not an noise issue. We will return and recommended this 🏨 hotel.

Well located for the train station. Short walk into Lubeck. Room was quiet. The single room was quite small but more than adequate. Bed was comfortable and the shower facilities were fine. Breakfast was very good and reasonably priced. The stay as a whole was very good value.

We booked via Hotels.com and we looked for a nice room where you could bring dogs, charge our Ev, have good sleep and a nice breakfast. The room was big, clean and nice. The hotel has a good location close to the old town. We had a nice and large family room on the ground floor overlooking the garden. I can only rate this hotel 5*... my wife got sick after dinner in a sushi restaurant. Next morning we overslept and we were too late for breakfast. Friendly and joyful staff! We had a 2 bed standard for 2 adults, 1 baby and a dog. The room was very big and clean. So was also the bathroom. They even setup a crib free of charge. The issue we had was upon arriving with luggage and a baby stroller we found there is no entrance without steps. Once inside they showed us a way through the bike garage to avoid the steps. Perfect room for the price range. Clean, modern, quiet. Only thing to mention is the carpet rug. It was nice and clean, but we prefer no rug as it is easier to keep clean from bacteria and dirt. Reception is good, nice service. Parking just below the building for 20€/day.

Great location, easy to arrive by car and walking distance to the old town. Green area outside of hotel. I booked an economic room, room is comfortable but a bit small, the bathroom is too small for people taller than 170 cm. Breakfast is great, food is fresh and various. Over all, for staying one night, will be great choice, for staying longer, perhaps to consider a bigger room.
