Vitalia is a nice hotel at a very nice location. If you stay here you should teke the time to enjoy it. Spacious rooms, friendly staff - one wants to come back.

Was very relaxed although there is currently no evening rate which we were not aware of...we were allowed in this time. We had it all to ourselves so to speak and it was very clean.

This is a fantastic hotel overlooking the lake. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very nice. The food in the restaurant is just great. The Jacob's mullet is a poem. Highly recommended. I felt very comfortable and welcomed here at the hotel.

Very excellent location. The hotel is a bit older but in very good condition. Good German kitchen, very professional personnel that will serve you quickly and is always in time for a refill, even when all tables are occupied. The restaurant is very much loved by the elderly, I think that's because of the original old fashioned cooking and the rustical atmosphere. The restaurant and the restrooms were very clean.

Very nice, old hotel only 5 minutes walk to the Kalkberg. The room was cozy and quiet. The small breakfast buffet was a good start to the day. The owners are very nice. I will gladly come again.

Stayed at the hotel and ate at the restaurant. Room was more clean than what had become common standard. Restaurant menu was a bit dated but made to high standard and service was above excellent. Best in the city.

Great contact, uncomplicated, compact and a comfortable, very clean room awaited me. The location was ideal for me as I had business nearby. The next morning I met the nice lady of the house, who was really in a good mood.

When I was there it was called Garni Pache's Gasthof. It was our first time in the Lübeck area. They are extremely helpful even though we didn't speak German, and they spoke little English. Nice quiet environment, receptionist could be a bit more friendly. We arrived at 23.00 hours and she wasn't expecting us any more. We were made very clear that we were oh so lucky she was going to make the room ready at this time.

From the fifteenth to the nineteenth of August we have a nice little vacation at Pachs Gasthof. Size changes were on the way. The hotel has got a new owner. Nice place, but overpriced, really bad internet connection (both wifi and mobile data). Also the kitchen was not well equipped. Wellness area and massages were very nice. The room was nice but it had some broken things.

Gorgeous hotel with super nice staff. It's a kind of rural chic place with the charms of rural landscape but the rooms and service are top notch. There's a lot of small details in the rooms - wooden decorations, pictures for room numbers - that just show how carefully curated the experience there is, how caring the owners are. Very nice place in the countryside a mere 10 to 15 min from the centre of Lübeck. Nice and very comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast and friendly service. This was an excellent accommodation that was able to fit my family of six with four young children in two separate rooms without a reservation. It is a wonderful little gem to feel good with with a garden and bathing jetty right on Lake Plön. We received a very warm welcome from the hostess, really enjoyed the time there and will definitely be back.

Since our ship trip was canceled, we were able to extend it at short notice. Hotel is great, very tasteful in the style of the 20s, friendly landlady and employees. Despite the conditions (flu) we felt comfortable. Breakfast with love and homemade jams are particularly recommended. Thank you, it was very good.

Other reviews are lying. This is great hotel. The location is 20min walk through a lovely suburbs to the city center. Rooms are clean, modern looking. Elevator is creaking and somewhat scary, but fully functionable. A CLASS staff from desk to the open night bar. Accessible public transport and secured parking. Do you want more?

1 night stopover on our way to Copenhagen. Rooms are ok. Parking costs 12 eur per day even though the app says 5 EUR. And theres no EV charger at this price.

The room was nice, silent and clean. The staff didn't know how to work; when I reported that the elevator was shaky and had stopped. It took a long while before they stopped people from using it. The parking lot is full of dubious people. I hesitated to park there. And the garage entrance is too narrow for the car...

The room is small but it has everything. The breakfast is quite nice, compared to the price. They have the parking slot for you. The elevator is a little bit loud and slow. The service is nice. It takes 15-20 minutes to walk to the city from the hotel.

Great new furnished hotel in Lübeck. I stood here overnight after a ferry trip, so having a good sleep was the main point for me. But I have also got a very warm welcome and kind personnel, a stylish room, a great bathroom and a good bed! What else could tourist desire? You can either park your car inside the hotel's territory or use the underground garage for 10eur/day.

Love hotels, where in the morning you can go to the pool and take a dip, lie down on the warm deck chair and sit in the sauna. Then a delicious Breakfast and enjoy a Cup of good coffee. Cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. The carpet in the hallway of the hotel on the 2nd floor has not been vacuumed for 4 days. Because it is not cleaned daily, the tile joints look dirty. Our room was OK with air conditioning available only by the open windows. The windows need to be closed at night so the traffic was not heard. The evening meal was a buffet and nice too it was. The room we booked was already taken so they arranged for a free upgrade in order to accomodate my friend in a wheelchair. The whole place is very accessible and the 24 hour concierge was very knowledgeable and helpful. Opening the handicapped doors and helping us at all times of the day (and night!). Facilities and room were in great and cosy condition. Breakfast was awesome with lots of dishes to choose from. The property is located very close to nature and hiking trails, but the old town of Plön is still easy to reach by walking, which is especially very nice if you choose to do a little detour and walk along the lake.

We had a good stay at the hotel, very happy with the place. The only real downside we experienced was the automatic check in - didn't work when we arrived. All we had to do was go to the hotel reception 50m and then we got checked in. The location itself isn't amazing, but it's walking distance from the Altstadt and parking in the garage was easy - and included charging for our EV.

Affordable newly renovated rooms. Car parking nearby for a fee or park for free at Bauhaus parking across the street, the car can be seen from the hotel. Motorbikes can be parked outside the hotel which is not visible from the street, behind the stone fence, 2 motorbikes!

Great hotel! The young woman at the reception who was working on April 19th around 7:00 PM was incredibly helpful with charging our car, parking, and check-in — we really appreciate her assistance. The rooms were clean, with fresh towels and bed linen. It was also nice to have a kettle with tea and coffee in the room. As for the downsides: we missed having a fridge, and the parking cost €15.

Well located for the train station. Short walk into Lubeck. Room was quiet. The single room was quite small but more than adequate. Bed was comfortable and the shower facilities were fine. Breakfast was very good and reasonably priced. The stay as a whole was very good value.

The hotel has a good location close to the old town. We had a nice and large family room on the ground floor overlooking the garden. The double bed was good, but the sofa beds that the kids had were a bit uncomfortable. Everything was very clean and tidy. Breakfast was all we needed. We stayed one night here. It was a nice, clean place. The manager was fantastic, he was very helpful. The room was spacious. The hotel is right next to the bus and train stations, so it was convenient for travel, but we didn’t hear it from the room at all. I was on a business trip, and everything was good except the noise. I heard the people in the rooms around me and the street traffic. Maybe it would not have been so bad if the room had a view of the internal yard. The location is perfect, and if I need to return to Lubeck, I will use it again.
