We had a nice room but it was with transparent glass to the bathroom and the glass door to the toilet could not fully close - I much prefer a separate bathroom so remember to ask for that if you feel the same.
We had a weekend stay with a menu on the second night - the food had good taste but it was not at all something special.
We spent 155€ on wine + drinks and had to pay 3,6€ for a small glass of tapped water - that ought to be included with a bottle of wine.
The hotel is located app. 20 min. walk to the city center.

Very nice hotel close to the center of Lubeck.
Great room, breakfast and service from the staff.
I’ll clearly consider the hotel for future visits to the Lubeck area.

Really inconvenient if you’re trying to see Old Town and want to maximize your time, wound up moving to a different hotel. The room itself was nice enough and the food was good, just very inconvenient to anywhere we wanted to be.

We booked via Hotels.com and we looked for a nice room where you could bring dogs, charge our Ev, have good sleep and a nice breakfast.
The room was big, clean and nice.
They had put two beds, bowls etc for the dogs Super friendly staff.
But they only had two charge places and they were occupied, so we couldn’t charge our car.
Loved the beds so nice!
Breakfast was ok.

The hotel was easy to access. There were Nordic Energy's charging points in the garage, but just on the other side of the street is 8 DC chargers.
The staff was friendly and reception open 24 hours, which is great. The hotel has a very nice glass elevator.
The room was very modern and clean. Although a little bit small. It was possible to open a window, liked that.
The breakfast was good. It was in the 8th floor, which offered nice views.
I recommend this hotel and would stay there again.

This place is despite the its nice looking photos in there website deserve the word .... AWFUL..the receptionist was so blocking , we were on the east beach in Kiel and decided to head towards Lübeck , but since it's Corona time and the rules differs from one city to the other , so decided to go and inquire about the price and the accommodation availability ....
First the receptionist was trying to offer even higher prices than it's shown online ,so we had to do it ourselves and booed using booking.com
Then we asked her about place in the restaurant ,said all tables are reserved , which is not true , cuz we got later ourselves a one and even less than the third was full ... food is okay no meat meals only 6 or 7 meals including salad which is too less
The rooms was cold ,u couldn't change the temperature and not sound insulated ,so u hear each movement and little sound in the corridor or in the upper next room
The city is very nice and interesting ,if we didn't visit would of been very sad and disappointed ....
As my boyfriend said .... let's escape from this place

I really don't recommend this hotel to anyone; we had a bad time and no one care!!
We arrived in our room, and it was dirty, and when they change it for us, they give us a single room instead of a double room then we went back to the unfriendly receptionist they changed the room again. In this room, AC wasn't working with sweltering night, the window next to the street, and no way to be able to sleep.

Very clean rooms, experienced and friendly personnel, great breakfast ( except corona virus days), not 5 stars because of the stone age television and forbidden connection with my ps4

It's a very nice hotel to stay at when passing by Lübeck but not more than that. Decent breakfast though I could have wished for a bit better quality at a 4 stars hotel.
