Parking garage costs 11€ per day but if you pay for it, it doesn't mean that you get a lot. They just give out more lots than they have.
Check in takes ages if you're a larger group or someone is in front of you - processes are really slow.
Employee's answers to every question is "no" unless you can convince them of the opposite. Overall most employees are kinda grumpy.
Rooms are average three star - it's fine. Location is very central and close to the Holsten Tor and old town. Breakfast buffet is good.

We can understand that in Covid times procedures must be followed. We do not question that. But and this is a big BUT. Receptionists can make guests feel so uncomfortable that they cannot decide if they are part of a legal procedure when their son is subject to presenting compulsory negative Covid test result or else check-in is not possible. Of course we walked to the nearest testing station at the Radisson Blu - thanks for the extremely nice and caring lady doctor/nurse in charge for the compassionate treatment which faded our son’s fear - to carry out what is necessary. But going back to the reception counter the way the receptionist lady treated us was so negative that made us feel so bad that my wife wanted to walk away. I am not only talking about the burden of doing all the painful and long paperwork after a 9-hour-long drive but the feeling that you are exposed to a lady authority as a totaly unwanted being. We do not want to go back there. Ever. Our room was spaceous and clean, though. But still. No. Not ever again.
